I was referred to Dr Daitch by another doctor and thought that he would be just what I needed for my back problem. I was pretty much satisfied after my first visit with Dr. Daitch and was scheduled with treatment after my insurance provider had given approval. The appointment was set up and I was ready to go for the treatment until they informed me that they were out of network with my insurance company for the procedure. Not the doctor but the treatment center. They are both part of the doctors the same practice and in the same building. Makes no sense! Why would one be in the network and not the other. So I cancelled my treatment and have found another doctor that is in my network. They wasted my time and now I still have the back issue to deal with until my new doctor can give me treatment. They should have told me about being out of network from the start. Their response was that it was my responsibility to find that out. The doctors office personnel were very nice and considerate, but I would never say that about the treatment centers personnel. They were rude and showed no concern. You pay for the treatment or go somewhere else. So, that's what I did. No referral for this practice from me!

From the second the doctor walked in the room he had an attitude. Accused me of lying when I literally have no reason to and absolutely did not even touch the surface of helping my pain, not even a little bit. Changed the only medicine that was taking the pain away, which I am very open to, I know there’s a whole lot of meds out there that could help and that I would definitely be willing to try and I expressed that to him but he still changed me to something that costs over $300 and is for people that have addictions… which I do not and, most importantly, didn’t take away any of my pain… like at all. On top of that, instead of investigating what the pain is physically or trying to figure out if I’m doing any thing wrong at home or in my wheelchair, he just wanted to throw injections at me that costs $600. He was rude every minute at each of my appointments and clearly he’s not here to help just collect money. And the office staff has nothing but an attitude especially when you don’t accommodate to them wanting to change the appointment you already made. I don’t know how many times I told the staff that I need to schedule my rides to go to my appointments at least 24 to 48 hours in advance and they tried more than once to change my appointment and when I said that I couldn’t they responded in such a nasty way saying and tried slapping a couple no call no shows on my account. LITERALLY ALL THEY WANT IS TO COLLECT MONEY. So now I’m literally still in agony months and months later because this man couldn’t listen to his patient. I also talk to my other doctors and they informed me that their other patients don’t like working with Dr. Samcam either so I’m not the only unsatisfactory customer. Take your pain literally anywhere else, folks!

I wish I could give a -4. After being a patient for 6 years and only seeing actual doc twice and the 3rd PA in 5 months. It's time to get out. Had shoulder surgery a month ago and the new guy reading computer cut me off medicine with no warning. Not only is this a detriment to health, but the mind also. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Please save your aggravation

Dr. Daitch is a caring and compassionate doctor. His staff is friendly and courteous. I have been going to Dr. Daitch for over two years. I am always able to get into my appointment with 10-15 minutes of arriving. I have never had an insurance or billing issue. Juji, his Nurse Practitioner, goes beyond what I ever expected. She takes her time to assess my pain levels and treatment. I never feel rushed when I am in my appointment.I always leave feeling that I have received the best medical advice possible for my conditions and there are many. Dr. Daitch actually uses a machine to make sure the cortisone injections are going to the area that will do the most good. He does not guess. Skylar, Tyler and Christina are wonderful. I recommend this practice to all of my friends.

I was so glad I went to Advanced Pain Management. I had almost giving up hope of any relief. I was impressed with the Doctor! He was thorough in the evaluation of my MRI and listening to my concerns. He wasn’t just doing his job he seemed to truly be concerned and empathetic about how much pain I’d been experiencing. He has set up a plan of treatment to make improvements in my level of pain. He took time to explain why and how treatment would go! Thanks

Only ever c the NP. Haven’t seen the actual DR in over 6 months. NP consultants with the DR while I’m there but it’s not the same NP is excellent & quite knowledgeable. I’m pleased with her care & not sure the DR would do any better but they charge my insurance for him just the same. I c Dana every time & again I’m happy with her care. The staff r so courteous & very helpful. Kudos to them as well!

Dr. Padilla exceeded my expectations in every way. I wasn’t there because I needed “pain medications”, I was there looking for solutions to the root of my cervical problems. She showed me my MRI images, and explained to me how they related to my problems. She offered a treatment plan that I totally embraced. She even examined a painful area behind my knee and diagnosed a Baker’s Cyst during my visit. She listened to me, and evaluated and correlated symptoms. I am super thankful to have been referred to her, and I feel like I will always be able to trust her.

I’m new to Florida. I’m very thankful for the opportunity to be part of this practice. My experience was very good. I found that I have plenty of options available for me to treat my condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful and accepting. The Dr was genuinely concerned about me and I felt very comfortable with the visit. I would recommend this practice to any of my friends and family. If you’re looking for a place where everyone treats you with respect then this practice is the place to go.

I put in a request through their website Tuesday to schedule an appointment. I called mid morning on Wednesday and was immediately put on hold for 6 minutes. After waiting I was then transferred to the new patient coordinator and left a message which said please allow us up to 24 hours to return the call. Thursday I called again around 3:00 and left another message. Called again Today (Friday)at 3:00 to see how long it would actually take to receive a call back. They told me 48 hours to which I said I put in a request Tuesday night. Still got no where and still have not been able to schedule. Scheduling an appointment at a doctors office is the most basic concept and if takes over 4 days to even get a call back, how difficult are other processes going to be with this clinic. I was able to call another doctors office in the area with great reviews and was able to schedule an appointment on the first attempt.

My office visits every month go smoothly. The PAs are efficient and compassionate. This visit, Dr Daitch reviewed my recent RFA procedure and pain level. Today, Dr Daitch was extremely thorough in his assessment of the effectiveness of my recent RFA. I do believe his goal (and of course mine) is to reduce my chronic back pain level to tolerable. I've suffered chronic back pain since I was 42 years old. At 61 years old, I am of course frustrated and exhausted by my constant pain. I do believe that Dr Daitch and his staff are doing their best to alleviate my suffering with appropriate pain management and are evaluating me every month for other options. I'm grateful that we have MDs like Dr Daitch and his team who care about the suffering of chronic pain patients. Without MDs who actually treat pain, many patients will continue to suffer if our MD/patient relationships continued to be hindered by the government overreach by the CDC, and the inappropriate pursuit by the DEA of legitimate MDs who help patients in their time of suffering. I would highly recommend Advanced Pain Management and Dr Daitch if you suffer from chronic pain. Again, I'm grateful for the thorough evaluation done by the MD and by the exhaustive pursuit of how to treat my pain adequately.

My first visit at Advanced Pain Management and I'm thrilled to say I was truly impressed. The friendly reception upon entering to meeting with Dr. Samcam's assistant was professional and made me relax and feel very comfortable. Dr. Samcam was thorough, friendly, very knowledgeable and just great. I left feeling I was definitely in good hands.

Dr. Daitch and his medical team have been heaven sent! They have helped me mentally and physically manage the physical pain that I’ve been experiencing for the last 13 years without prescribing so much pain medications. I just wanted to say thank you as well as to your staff at Advanced Pain Managment for helping me get through a difficult time.

As I explained to my doctor, your practice always reads a five, except today! Why give me an appointment, ask me to be there 15 minutes ahead of time, and then make me wait one hour before I am seeing by my physician? That is unacceptable. Additionally, on more than one occasion I have related to Doctor Samcam that I am impressed with everyone working there. Please try a little harder not to lose that opinion. Thank you

Dr. Daitch was extremely knowledgeable in his field, I was impressed and looking forward to his healing of my back issue. Staff was one of the most courteous I've encountered. Will review further as this was the initial visit to meet the doctor and put a plan of action in place.

First rate experience. I had recently received an epidural from another practice which failed and caused so much pain the procedure was terminated because I couldn’t remain still due to the pain. My experience with Dr. Daitch was extremely professional and I felt great confidence/trust in his surgery operation.

I have Been a patient of Dr. Daitch’s now for close to five years, after moving from Pennsylvania to Florida. After extensive research before I moved, I made the decision to send my records and chose Dr. Daitch to become my pain management physician. I’ve been a chronic pain patient now, unfortunately, for over 19 years as a result of a near fatal rollover car accident while 29 weeks pregnant. This resulted in extensive damage to both my cervical and lumbar spine. I’ve had two cervical spine surgeries, A spinal cord implant and pain management is essential to my well-being. Pain management allows me the opportunity to be as functional as possible given my limitations. I’m not a candidate for lumbar fusion or artificial discs, without hardware, as my spine would not support the extensive work needed. Dr. Daitch has been amazing at taking the time to follow up and also suggest various procedures which has helped me tremendously. This includes epidural injections, radio frequency and most recently he performed the MILD decompression procedure. It’s been four weeks and the results have been truly astounding! The nerve pain down my right leg, as well as neuropathy in both my feet has improved tremendously. The goal now is to strengthen my legs and feet! I would not trust my pain management to any other physician in this area! I am so grateful for the staff and for Dr. Daitch!!!

The office staff is kind and and helpful. The medical assistants and nurse practitioners are very attentive. Doctor Daitch is both sympathetic and informative during the office visits. Dr Daitch has given me epidurals that have helped relieve my pain. I have friend that have seen him for compression fractures in their spine which have been more successful than her friends that went to other doctors. I recommend Dr Daitch to all my friends and family.

All of the staff from scheduling to the surgical center nurses make you feel comfortable and safe during all procedures. Dr. Daitch and Dr. Padilla are extremely diligent and they get to the root of your pain. I highly recommend them. They also are extremely responsive to any concerns you have and address them. They follow up after procedures to see how you are doing. They treat you like family. They are truly compassionate and care about all their patients well-being. I’d give a 10 star if I could!

I have been a patient of Dr. Jonathan Daitch for some time now. From my first visit years ago to present Dr. Daitch has always been Professional, honest, caring, and very good at listening. I have had back issues for years. Dr Daitch administered a procedure twice in the past that lasted roughly eight months each. Unfortunately I developed an issue that required several surgeries. Not related to my back. Two years later a Doctor diagnosed me with neuropathy in my legs. I Reached out to Dr Daitch for a second opinion He administered a procedure today. No pain and my legs feel great. Highly recommend Dr.Daitch

I came to Dr. Daitch after I was told by my previous Surgon that nothing could be done to ease my pain 2 years after extensive neck surgery. I felt listened to and cared for as if it were his own ailment. Not only did he find the problem, he treated the problem and doesn’t give up. Creating a personalized treatment plan that I can live with. I honestly am grateful to the whole team at Advanced Pain Management. I was once in extreme, debilitating pain and now I am comfortable living my life. I left his office today with mobility I have not had in 6 months with my shoulder. A miracle to me!

I have been to Dr Daitch for about 11 years. He was the first and only doctor I used when I first moved here. He had been so great in choosing the correct procedures for me. Every time I had a visit whether it was a surgical procedure or a follow up, he was professional and precise with everything he was doing. I felt very comfortable with him and always had no concerns as far as his abilities. I have recommended Dr Daitch to many friends and also to my wife. She to use also a patient. I respect his profession, his professionalism and even consider him a friend. Sounds funny but, I always look forward to seeing the doctor no matter if it is a follow up appointment or an actual surgery. I highly recommend Doctor Daitch.

Dr. Daitch and his staff are fantastic. Each person there goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and understand what is going on and what you can expect. Dr. Daitch hit the exact spot to give me long term relief. I haven't felt this great in years!

All the staff were very courteous. Dr Daitch thoroughly explained my fractured sacrum and immediately scheduled me for sacroplasty . He referred me for detailed X-rays of my spine to have before the procedure. A nurse from the procedures area carefully detailed the upcoming procedure and made me feel comfortable .

My first visit and review of my recent MRI went well. The staff seemed quite competent and Dr. Padilla's conduct was exemplary and quite accommodating. I have a procedure scheduled in 2 weeks and will be better able to give a more complete review at that time.

I recommend anyone who has pain to come here. They are very welcoming and accommodating. I’ve had 2 procedures which one I had problems. The staff in recovery were wonderful. The problem wasn’t their fault. My body had a reaction to what I was given. Dr. Padilla stopped everything and made sure I was alright. I went back to have that procedure done and it was a success. I have no pain at all from the procedures. Thank you Dr. Padilla. I know she is a very wonderful doctor and by my results she is.

I was very impressed with my first visit to the office today. Appointment was on time and the staff was very friendly. Doctor Daitch spent a lot of time with me without rushing and i left with the feeling he will be able to help me. Yesterday’s visit was a mixture of not so good and “ok”. For the past few years, this office has been going down. I guess, over the years, it’s not been that great. I really like Dr Daitch and a few of the people working there. But most of the people there are just really not nice. Today, the girl who brought me in and got my vitals acted like she would rather not be there or she would rather me not be there. Really didn’t catre if my information or situation was correct. They’ve got this office culture that the o pop atuents are there for them. For example, previously, I did an at home online visit. Other doctors would have a nurse call me back to set up my next appointment. Here, they make you call back to setup the appointment. Not a real big deal. If they are running 2 or 3 hours late, they don’t even apologize. If you are more than 15 minutes late, they consider you a no show and then they make you pay out of pocket for the appointment because “they could have had another paying customer”. Even if you are 17 minutes late, but they can make you wait hours. If it wasn’t for Dr Daitch himself, I wouldn’t go there. The lady today, Heather I think, was nice. In the past, I just defer like all the practitioners really don’t care. Christina was THE BEST EVER but she’s been gone for a while. Too bad. I feel bad for Dr Daitch. They need to learn from Dr Harwin at Florida Cancer Center. If you make the patients happy, your business will thrive.

I have enjoyed Dr. Daitch as my pain specialist doctor. He is a very good listener and so are the rest of his staff. I have never had a bad experience at that office ever. They understand, and they listen to everything that you have to say and make sure that you are priority one.

I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia for years, so am well aware of what living with daily pain is, add to the mix arthritis, nerve damage in my feet, and the process of ageing I have been a mess. I am so thankful that I found Dr. Daitch. He listens, and attacks each area of pain separately I would recommend Dr Daitch and his staff to anyone who is frustrated with their care from other pain management

My only issue has been trying to get ahold of the team to ask questions. However, Dr. Dietsch is the type of surgeon/ physician that is brilliant, and you want him doing your injections for pain relief, but his bedside manner can be hard to adjust to. Stick it out, though, because he has your health and best interest at heart and is a brilliant doctor. His team is truly amazing and kind, and a true level of great service is given after every procedure.

Five years being treated successfully by Dr.DEITCH STAFF. Due to shortage of personnel my appointment was moved to a verbal phone call by a doctor who’s never seen me who decided that my x-rays where outdated and I should proceed with therapy without first looking at new x-rays he requested. Very disappointed!!!!

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The doctor was fantastic it was so scared thinking I would have to have surgery, and he reassured my fears that there's other ways we can try and possibly no surgery, epidural shots another suggestions. I've been in severe pain since January seen the neurologist physical therapy waiting 6 months for a neurosurgeon appointment living with fear of not being able to walk or move my arms again and now I am comfortable knowing that I can have a pain-free life in the future. Thank you for your great service. Dawn Marie

I just recently started here. But he has been so caring and his staff has been so helpful. They answer all my questions. They call back in a timely manner. They went over and beyond to help me get my first appointment cause insurance was being a pain. But theyde sure it happened on the day it was supposed to. Their office has been the only place to tell me why I am in pain and where it's coming from. I highly highly recommend.

I would recommend APMSS to anyone with real chronic pain, has been in an accident, or hurt and needs Pain Management. Dr Samcam and Heather, NP. Dr. Samcam is kind (yet non-nonsense), resourceful, a creative problem solver, and is always looking for the cause of the issue. They have taking care of me and looked out for me for my chronic pain over the past several years. They really care and want the best for their patients. If I’m ever confused or worried they take the time to explain to me why he is or isn’t going to do something. I was recently in a really bad car accident and had several surgeries. They have been there every step of the way. I love that they’re not just doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses and medical staff. They give me emotional support and empathy when I’m about to break and the gentle reality checks when I need those too. Dr Samcam and Heather (and the rest of the APMSS staff) genuinely want to make every patient’s life better. I could go on for pages about how wonderful they are .... I walked down the aisle on my wedding day because of APMSS (Dr. Daitch was my dr then. I never got to thank him.). Thank you Dr Daitch, Dr. Samcam, and Heather!

There is no doubt this group has some of the newest technology when it comes to pain, not everyone may be a fit for some of the newer procedure's, with that said they will do there best to find the fit for your individual situation. They have great staff ⚕️ friendly and professional, and the newest Dr to come aboard there staff is Dr Samcam whom has the time to listen and will do his best to make life changing changes to control your pain. They take most Insurance, and easy to access ♿ , so if you have gone to the rest with no real changes, there one of the best and worth the visit for there opinion. Sincerely WP

My friend sees Dr Dietch and loves him, but do to COVID I could not go in. I called the office and told them my friend had dementia and to call me when she was ready, I was out in the parking lot, they let my friend walk out, she had no idea where she was, can’t use a phone. She was lost for 15 minutes when a passerby came to her aid, helped her , call the office to see her home number and called her husband, who then called me. I was out in the parking lot, waiting for her! She wondered around round lost for 15 minutes. Could have had a very bad outcome. The office let a person wander out after they were given instructions to notify me when she was ready! Very sad and scary!

Chronic pain is a very tough condition to find solutions and carry on in life. As an active 64 man, still working in my career, traveling, at the gym every week and doing my best to stay flexible, I had two falls in the past 3 years playing pickle-ball. Thinking that the pain would simply subside with time, I found that it didn't yet I needed to continue with my everyday life. Dr. Daitch and staff have been a valid answer to dealing with the pain over time.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Padilla. She is a great Dr. She recently did my procedure and at my follow up I asked her to do trigger point injections in my neck and arm. The Dr took her time to make sure that she did all the injections and explained why I had so much pain. She was so efficient and helpful. I got a lot of relief immediately. I am thankful for the addition to Dr Daitchs office. Thank you again for going out of your way to help me!

Dr. Daitch and Dr. Padilla did a wonderful job of eliminating all pain from my lower back -- a feeling I had not experienced in many years! I have very complex lower back issues and through a series of simple injections and an ablation procedure on several nerves in my spine, they solved my problems! Many thanks to both Dr. Daitch and Dr. Padilla for a job well done!!!

Where do I start. Let me begin by stating that the front office is probably the best I’ve ever seen, and this is coming from someone that was in pharmaceutical sales for a decade. Dr. Padilla didn’t rush anything, and nothing went under evaluated, any and all aspects of my severe back pain were considered and professionally evaluated AND addressed!!! I could go on and on about how good really is. I would go as far to say that for the first time I was honestly listened to. Ty Dr Padilla!!! If could give more the 5 stars I would!

Advanced Pain Mgmt.has a very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate staff. I have been a patient for just over 5 years and I have had a very positive relationship with Advanced Pain Mgmt. The Drs. are extremely qualified and advanced in their fields. They too are compassionate in their efforts to help their patients feel at ease and comfortable.I would certainly recommend Advanced Pain Mgmt for any patients searching for help and relief for a better quality of life to help them get through the tough days of pain and uncertainty.

My first visit found me anticipating the worst. I was met with professionalism with ample personal attention. From my initial interview to when the doctor began her assessment my anxiety disappeared. Dr. Padilla was attentive, caring, and asked appropriate questions. I never felt rushed. By the time the appointment was over my concerns were addressed, a plan was in place, and my confidence far exceeded my expectations. 6 stars are deserved.

I've been a patient for over 10 years & the staff is always friendly. Usually I don't have to wait long at all to be seen at my appointment time. Sometimes it's taken 20 minutes but I think it depends on the time of day. I try to make my appointments early a.m. or late p.m. This leaves little to no wait time. But you have to understand if a staff member calls in sick that everyone has more work to do. I highly recommend Dr. Daitch & his "crew"!

Everyone in the front to the patient rooms, are really nice. Dr. Daitch was really compassionate of what I went through to bring me to see him for help with my constant chronic pain. I am a 5 year survivor of pancreatic cancer. Heather is also awesome, very experienced & helpful. Telemedicine also has been a great.

Five star treatment. Check in and check was convenient, courteous and professional. Heather was compassionate and respectful of my health concerns. I needed authorization for the procedure and within a couple days the office called me to set it up. I would/have recommend(ed) APMSS to anyone in need of spinal problems and/or pain.

Dr Daitch & his medical team has helped me deal with lower back pain in the past 2 1/2 years thru injections & radio frequency injections in the L3-L5 region 2 years ago that has enabled me to stand for mor than 20 minutes & walk. Most recently relief thru an injection in L2-3 for sciatic down the front of my right thigh caused by a pinched nerve. I really appreciate Dr Daitch!

Had a horrible experience here, the lack of communication and empathy by their staff is unreal. If you need any type of help expect to be sent directly to an answering machine and wait multiple days. I was a patient here for 6 weeks and after countless attempts to contact Dr Padilla and her staff due to my agonizing pain I gave up and went else where. They are obviously over loaded and over worked. Today was my first visit to a new pain management office, it was like night and day. After meeting with my new Dr he informed me why their attempts at controlling my pain had repeatedly failed. Please look elsewhere for pain management this place is a literal nightmare.

Only problem was they referred Tim to a PT that did not take his insurance. Trying to get back in touch now for another referral. Other than that, liked the doctor and staff.
