I didn’t sell anything because the price that was offered was below one tenth of what it was worth. Like a regular pawn shop. No different. High reviews are either fake or written by someone who had no clue about the real value. Wasted my trip. Go to any pawn shop for the same offer. PS. After seeing your response I have to add this info. You are a crook and a liar. I brought bunch of 18 k gold jewelry items bought over the years from different places. I never bought anything from you. 3 bracelets90 grams total plus bunch of rings and earrings and pendants, I paid for all of that 45 thousand dollars over the course of 15 years. You thought I was someone desperate and offered me the amount which was an insult to my intelligence. I said “have a nice day” and split. Never bought anything from you or tried to return. You are a very dishonest young man and if you want a successful business, that’s not the way to do things. Hope you become a better person. Not only all my items were 18 k gold, there were diamonds, rubies, emeralds and sapphires in them.

I'm very disappointed in what they tried to do to me. I took them quite a few pieces to get an overall idea. The young guy took a bracelet to the back room probably to look it up in the Google search he must have thought jackpot I can get good stuff here. When he comes back he says he can only give me $100. For everything, something in me said don't trust him that price is ridiculous. I went home and started my own research. I had some gold pieces antiques, vintage from various brand items by sort after collectors. What a miserable thing to do with me trying to rip me off in such a dishonest lousy lowlife way. I would tell everyone be careful do your own research first on Google search. Turns out I had a few thousand dollars worth of collectable jewelry. Crown Trifari, Hobè, Haiti Carnage, and some other famous designs. You guys are very dishonest instead of helping someone you just wanted to take advantage of me. KARMA will come back to you sooner or later,! Scammers liars.

I have to disagree with Angie's review about, 'the dishonest lousy lowlife scammer, the ‘young guy’...I came into their shop in tears about letting go of an old engagement ring. That 'young guy' listened to me, showed me compassion and even took the time to write down a place to help assist me with the personal troubles I was having dealing with my mom's dementia. You really have no clue what you are talking about with this young guy or about jewelry. When it came to my ring, he asked me what I thought it was worth it what I was expecting. He didn't do anything shady or run to the back to do a Google search. He gave me more than I expected for it. Perhaps it was just the jewelry that you brought in specifically. 🤷 I strongly recommend visiting their shop... In fact, I'll actually be returning again this week!

So glad that I trusted prior reviews to give Judy’s a try! They did a fabulous job at repairing my Diamond ring that was in need of prong replacement. Not only was it returned polished and perfect in a few days, they kindly kept me informed on the process. I highly recommend Judy’s for your jewelry repair. They are all awesome there!

Sal was very crass when my husband and i walked in, he asked what we wanted and walked away. There were other staff there and only one other customer, yet it took over 30 min for anyone to help us with the reason we came in for. Once they finally helped us they advised all sales are cash only. There was no signage that i am aware of that says cash only. Will definitely not return or recommend this place to anyone. They are the only ones in the area that have what i wanted but i will go without instead of giving them my business.

Went in not knowing anything about what I had and with all the dishonest in this world I was worried about getting screwed over no matter where I was to go. Well wound up here and let me tell ya what... Talk about honesty and friendliness, this place has it. Not only will you be happy about the way your treated by everyone there, I feel you'll be happy with what you get for items as well. Thank you Sal for personally helping us out 😁 Merry Christmas to you, your family and work staff🎄

I was referred here from another jewelry store, as I had some really nice jewelry pieces handed down to me after my mother’s recent passing. The other retailer told me that Judy’s was perfect for what I was looking to do, which was sell them to a place where someone else could appreciate them more than I could. I would be fairly uncomfortable trying to sell them online on my own. Sure enough, Judy’s was, in fact, the perfect option for me. I was greeted by Sandra- she was so sweet and friendly. Sal came out to look through my pieces and explained details about each one and what kind of pricing to expect and why. He was extremely professional and patient with me, and gave me very fair pricing for everything I brought in and welcomed me back any time. They weren’t pushy in any way, and are clearly experts in the area of jewelry and antiques. I came back a second time and had exactly the same type of excellent service from both Sandra and Sal again! They are really good people, and I will be a repeat seller, as well as a buyer, from their shop in the future. Judy’s offered me the service and options I needed during a tough time of my life, and I appreciate them so much.

I had a great experience here. I dropped in one day, not knowing what to expect and was blown away with the amount and quality of the inventory. Sandy and Sal were very helpful and patient as it took me over 3 weeks to actually decide what I wanted. In the meantime, I had a ring cleaned and sized and am very happy with the service. If you are looking for something special, it’s worth a stop.

Upon entering the building I was greeted by Sandy. With a friendly and personable temperament, she offered her assistance if I needed it as I browsed the collection. There were multiple instances in which she was able to help me narrow down my options and even brought me jewelry from other parts of the store based off my preferences. On top of that, the assortment of jewelry and antiques are exquisite and has a little something for every price range. Moreover, the frequent deals only stand to improve the customers experience and ease of shopping. Best of all is that Sandy will always treat you like a paying customer and makes you feel welcome and comfortable. This is one of the most enjoyable experiences I've had at a jewelry & antique shop. I can not recommend "Judy's Jewelry: Antiques & Estate Jewelry" enough!

Great experience today and I left very very happy. Sal & nephew are so nice and welcoming. Sal takes his time and he sure is knowledgeable. On my way out I was handed a box of Homemade Chocolates DELISH. I would recommend this place 100% Thanks again!

I have met with Sal twice to appraise estate items. He was unassuming, patient, humble, and professional the entire time. An entirely different experience compared to other jewelers around Fort Myers. He provided details on the history of some of my items, and gave me a fair price. I really appreciated his assistance during a time when I was remembering and honoring my grandparents. Go to Sal! Thank you!

I hate to do this (for many reasons) but I stopped in to see if they might be interested in purchasing a few things a family member gave me, to check out the store, as well as the selling experience in case I ever decide to part with pieces of my own vintage collection. I waited an hour (mostly my fault for not making an appointment or just trying another day, but midway through I actually did start to leave, and only came back in because I was told it would just be a couple more minutes). I browsed while waiting, and was a bit off-put by the WWII pieces [edit - from the losing side; I typed out the four letter word before, and just realized Google flagged the review as a result) in the display cases. I know people collect, and some do for reasons related to the importance of remembering the horrors of the regime - and I’m going to assume that’s why it’s there, but without being 100% sure, it was quite jarring. After I ended up getting an offer, I said I wanted to think about it before I sold - not because I wasn’t interested, but because I hadn’t planned for how long I would be there, and I really needed to eat something. It was closing time for the store, so I didn’t think they would mind if I thought about it and came back the next day rather than hold them up. But the person helping me made a comment about how he knew I had already gone to a pawn shop because my pieces were separated in little plastic bags, so the offer only stood right then because he didn’t want to me to take it back to a pawn shop and let them pick over the selection - except I hadn’t gone to a pawn shop. Judy’s was the first place I went. I put my own jewelry in bags so it doesn’t get scratched, lost, tangled, or exposed to extra humidity. I completely understand offers being contingent on the grouping of pieces in front of you, but it was weird to not just say that very reasonable thing, rather than say it in the context of telling me I must have done something I hadn’t. I declined the offer and left to eat. But then later, out of curiosity, I looked up the maker’s mark on a piece he said was mass produced and that he wasn’t very interested in but would take as part of the group. I was able to find the trademark registration and learned it’s a designer based in New York, and it’s not one of a kind, but the last one that sold online sold for more than the offer I received for everything I brought in. Then another piece he said he wasn’t really interested in but would be willing to buy as part of the set (because he was interested in a couple of the other pieces), a collector I know offered me close to Judy’s total offer, again, for just the one piece. The comment about the pawn shop may have been the result of a long day, and the value of the offer may be a result of the market here, or the clientele of the store, and their prices are fair for shopping - but as for selling to them, I’d recommend getting comparison offers and doing some research yourself (and making an appointment) so you know what you have before you go in.

The owner Sal was very kind and accommodating, and very helpful and knowledgeable. He easily fixed my mother's 1950's watch in just minutes while I waited!! I took the opportunity to look around the store, and his selection of jewelry is extensive, on top of other unique pieces and artifacts. But most happy to have my mom's old watch restored to pass on to my daughter.

What a fabulous experience! I brought in a wide assortment of costume jewelry, and Sam was attentive, professional and reassuring-- and gave me a great price for my pieces. We were so pleased, Sam gave us some background on this place that he's owned for seven years, and he has such a wide assortment of costume jewelry for sale, as well as fine jewelry, estate items, antiques, -- quite an eclectic collection that makes a visit a fun adventure where you might just find a new cherished treasure!

You gotta go to Judy’s! This is the most fun store in Ft. Myers! They provide the best customer service ever! I really don’t know how to describe this store. They have so many good items. Jewelry, fine, antique, and costume jewelry, and many other fine items and fun items. There is a lot of merchandise. Be prepared to have fun and allow yourself time. And the staff will help you! I really can’t describe it very well, but go and have fun! I don’t post reviews too often, so believe me, it is a stop you will appreciate!
