I recently had my wedding ring crushed in a boat ladder encounter and my first thought was to reach out to the best jeweler I know! Karen came to the rescue and fixed my ring, made some fun changes and got my ring back to me quicker than I thought was possible! I can’t thank Karen Johnson-Leonard and her crew at Johnson Jewelers for the care they gave me. I would never go anywhere else! Side note- Karen was the creator of my ring 11 years ago.

We went to Johnson Jewelers to have an upgraded diamond put on my engagement ring’s band and to have the wedding band adjusted to fit the new (much larger diamond). Both rings look beautiful and we really appreciated the wonderful and prompt service. We would definitely recommend!

Johnson Jewelers is by far the best in the business at what they do. The customer service is far more superior than many other jewelers I have dealt with. The ladies are attentive, knowledgeable, detailed, and so nice. The services and repairs they provide are timely and the quality of work is amazing!! They are honest, transparent, upfront, realistic with pricing, and the quality of work is something you just will not get at a big box jeweler or jewelry store in a mall somewhere. You get a one on one customer service experience with a trained knowledgeable professionals that remember your name when you walk in the door and that's hard to find. I have had work or appraisals done on every piece of jewelry in the photo and I can't be happier with the service I receive each and every time I come in.

We had Johnson Jewelers resize both my wife’s and my wedding rings. When we went to pick them up my wife’s ring needed to have additional work done to make the fit perfect. They did the additional work at no added expense to us. The staff were very concerned that the fit was perfect. I picked Johnson’s after looking at their history on their web page and we are so happy with the quality, and timely rework of our rings!

I had a cocktail ring that was my grandmother’s, it was to big for my fingers so I had the diamonds taken off and added to my wedding ring. Wow Kristin did an awesome job!! It looks beautiful and I am very happy:)

My sweet hubby was repairing a necklace for me as a Xmas present. That's about all we can do this year. To review the results I needed to see how the repair went. It was done. Sadly, I still needed to do a basic cleaning, something that even a place such as Helzberg would have done out of goodwill. Hubby just told me they promised to clean it. I guess someone forgot.

Johnson Jewelers in Woodbury fashioned an amazing ring from the two, added a new diamond, had it done in record time, and i was shocked at how inexpensive my bill was. Had a wonderful experience with Jonson Jewlers! I brought in a family heirloom ring that had been damaged and needed to be resized. They took a look at it and told me it would take less than a week! My ring is absolutely beautiful after the work, and fits perfectly! After going to Shane Co down the road and being turned away because my ring was "too old", Johnson Jewlers told me they could fix it on the spot. They will have my business from now on!
