Spavia is absolutely amazing!! I have always had a great experience everytime. Massage Therapists and Estheticians are all just so friendly and warm they do great services! I recently had Nicole and she made my night ..amazing person overall and skills! Thank you to all of you there including the Front Desk guest services ..please know all your kindness , understanding and talents don't go unnoticed!!

Amazing experience with a massage and facial yesterday. From the woman at the front desk to both specialists, I was treated so kindly. My facial was amazing and my skin is glowing!!!! My massage left me feeling rejuvenated. Dagonitely recommend!

Nicole is amazing! She gets to know you and forms a relationship so fast which is why I keep coming back to her. I love the environment there and the staff are wonderful! They do not push any products for you to buy but make recommendations! I never feel like I have to buy something! Highly recommend Nicole for any facial! She will not disappoint!

Having never been to a spa before, I was very impressed with Spavia. The front desk staff is very inviting and friendly. It’s a very calming atmosphere. I went for a massage a few weeks ago and quickly returned for my first ever facial. Nicole did an amazing job and made me feel super comfortable. It’s usually pretty difficult for me to fall asleep but the facial was so relaxing I nearly did!

My wife and I got a couple's message, which was wonderful. All of the staff are very hospitable and friendly! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because on the questionnaire, they ask what your preferences are for sounds over the speakers in our room, among other preferences. I said I prefer no sound, buy they still played music. Not a huge deal, but maybe they could have clarified of my wife had a different answer. Overall a great experience!

I had an 80 minute Maternity Massage with Elle! It was the best massage ever! And they have these great pillows so I could lay on my belly, it was so Comfty😍 I was so relaxed and she has the perfect amount of pressure, she warned me I may feel sore later and that it’s normal, but I felt great hours later still! 10 out of 10 recommend Elle!!! Will be going back!

I booked two of the same massages over the phone. After my wife and I received our massages we were charged more than I was originally quoted and the employee said the manager Peggy would refund the difference. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing I called and was told because we received the higher priced service they could not issue a refund. We did not ask for the higher price service and nothing was clarified with us prior to getting our massage to insure the correct massage was booked. They baited and switched me. I will not be returning.

I had an amazing first facial with Nicole today. I was a little anxious since I’ve never done this before and she immediately calmed my nerves and chatted with me throughout my facial! Already have my next appointment scheduled with her. I was recommended Spavia by my sister and I’m considering a membership now. Such a relaxing experience.

I had an 80 minute massage at Spavia in August that didn't meet my expectations and the manager reached out to me to see if I'd be willing to try again. She was gracious and offered me a 60 massage as compensation for my disappointment. I went today with not really great expectations but boy was I wrong. Again, the front desk staff were the friendliest and most accommodating ladies I've come across in a long time. Their smiles were contagious. They answered all my questions with a smile and we could all use more of those in this world, right? My massage therapist ...oh my gosh, what can I say? She has magical hands. She has a gift ya'll. I've had hundreds of massages in my lifetime, but this was number one. Absolutely perfect. The pressure, the music, the linens, the table, the lotions, the ambience..just everything melded together to make this the perfect massage experience. So much so that I signed up for their membership so I can experience this bliss every month. Run, don't walk to have Tisha bless your body with her magical hands. Tell her Lisa sent you :)

Spa day was amazing, Marie did a phenomenal job. It was so relaxing and everything I was hoping for. My skin felt and looked amazing. Marie was very professional and kind. Highly recommend!

Been a couple times. Most recently was a salt stone message with Shay. Absolutely wonderful! I'd recommend her all day! She discussed everything thoroughly before we started the time. She was in a fantastic mood. The entire ambiance is also wonderful.

Spavia is a sweet, tranquil place to retreat and I absolutely love going there. The staff are so inviting and warm, kind and fun, and they take such good care of their guests. I treated myself to a premier membership this year and it’s been an incredible way for me to maintain self-care and love for my body monthly. Not to mention it’s a heck of a deal. The salt stone massage I had with Beth was perfection — consistent pressure and flow with the hot stones, and attentive to muscles that need a little extra care. My facial treatment with Nicole was so refreshing and fabulous. She is kind, generous and provides such healing care. I’m 37 and look 80 years younger.

I have been seeing Nicole at Spavia for a few month now and I highly recommend her! She friendly, knowledgeable and intuitive! She instructs when I need it and allows me to relax when that’s called for! When I got my first ever body wrap, she made sure I was comfortable. The results were wonderful and the feeling of peace a bonus! Spavia is more than just skin care - it’s all around wellness!

100% best facial experience I've had. I think I found my new spot! I had the radiance lift facial that had a really nice arm/hand massage during it. Akilah was awesome, so professional and at the same time felt like a friend! Spavia really is the "spa" experience with great prices. You get a locker with a lock which i wasn't sure about so that was nice. I will be back, thank you!!

I just had the best facial with Nicole. She does the best arm massages and the extractions did not hurt!! It was a very relaxing experience while still addressing my skin issues. It was my first time at Spavia. The ambiance is nice and the waiting area was also relaxing and spa like. Nicole did recommend some product which I did buy. I was her last appointment so she very briefly mentioned they had membership options and it gives discounts on products. She said the front desk would review them with me. They did not. Maybe because they were closed or maybe because I was paying for part of my service with a gift card or I bought product and she didn't want to give me a discount? Either way, I will definitely go back to see Nicole!

Very nice amenities. I felt relaxed and comfortable right away. Beth, my masseuse, was very professional and experienced. I'm not an expert but I've had enough massages to tell good from bad. This was a very good massage and overall experience. Considering membership since the value is there.

From hello to goodbye, my experience was wonderful! As a first timer (coming with my daughter who is a member), check-in was a breeze. The front staff person was very helpful with instructions, recommendations, and making me feel very welcomed. I was there for a soothing recovery facial (highly recommend). The facility was beautiful, very clean, serene, and smelled wonderful. The waiting lounge and changing facility was clean and peaceful. Soft and comfortable robes and slippers were provided, and locked storage was available for your things. My specialist, Krista, did a fabulous job walking me through the process, explaining what she was doing, and the massage part was lovely. Afterwards, we enjoyed the water/tea that was provided in the women's lounge room for a few minutes in front of the fireplace before we got dressed again. I would highly recommend Krista, and Spavia!

What a wonderful facial experience! I booked through ClassPass and it was very easy. This was my second time coming and I had Brett both times. The check in process was very easy and the waiting room is clean. Brett is such a fun, knowledgable person! He seemed to really care about his client and did his best to get to know more about me & my skin concerns. Brett had lots of great recommendations on how to keep your skin healthy and was always willing to listen. He remembered lots of things that we talked about the first time around, which was over a month ago. I would definitely recommend Spavia and Brett!

The staff is always welcoming and so nice! I had a facial with Melanie, she is knowledgeable and asks questions about my skin goals and makes me comfortable the second I walk in. I leave feeling refreshed and the products she recommends to keep my skin care routine at its best never disappoint! She genuinely cares and it shows.

I had an amazing 80 minute massage today at Spavia. After running an event all weekend my back and hips were extremely tight and sore and Shaderrica was able to get most of the knots out of my shoulder and back area and I feel so much better. I almost couldn't get out of my bed to walk out of the spa as I was complete jello in a good way. I highly recommend and will be back.

I came into Spavia today for a facial with Brett and I had a truly amazing experience!! This was my first time here and I felt so welcomed and relaxed. Brett made me feel super comfortable and listened to my skin needs and even recommended products for me to take home to maintain my skin. I’m so happy I decided to come in today and I will definitely be back thank you!

I had Nicole for my facial and Ely for my massage and they were both wonderful! They both told me how I could improve my skin or muscles. Everyone I interacted with was so kind and I had a phenomenal experience! The manager Peggy is a sweetheart to helped me schedule it all out and even met the Owner is equally as awesome! Can’t wait for my next experience!

Patty did a wonderful job! Very relaxing experience. All of it was great and I especially loved when she massaged the back of my neck and shoulders. I also really liked it when she took off the warm mitts on my feet and hands she pressed down while removing them which felt very nice. Lots of warm oils and products plus who doesn’t like a body scrub? My skin feels great and looks very moisturized! I sat and enjoyed the peach ginger green tea for quite awhile in the retreat area. Great way to finish. Thank you! I’ll be back.

I had my first deep tissue massage today and the entire experience from the time I walked through the door was top tier! You are welcomed by two wonderful staff members, who offered tea and water immediately. I received a tour of the facilities and was welcomed into the locker room and retreat area. Both were immaculate and inviting. My MT Stephen was wonderful and had various recommendations for me after my appointment and gave me a massage plan to go forward. Overall, I had the best experience and will be back again!

What a wonderful experience! I called late on Thursday evening, at about 7 pm. I spoke with a very nice woman who helped me schedule a couples massage for my husband and I. She was able to find us an 80-minute spot on Saturday morning and explained everything to me, got us booked, and ready to go. Saturday came around, and we arrived 20 minutes early to our appointment as it stated in the email to get the full experience. We didn't wait long at all in the entrance before the host showed us around the retreat areas for women and men. The retreat spots were very nice and calming. There was a bathroom for each. A locker with personalized, sized sandles and a robe that you specified what size in a form prior to arriving. In the retreat area, there was a spot for tea, warming pillows for your neck, and trail mix. In the bathroom/changing area, there was a shower, private changing stall with curtains, and a bathroom stall, with amenities for soap, shampoo, etc. After relaxing in the retreat area, we were greeted by the masseuse. They confirmed the problem areas that we'd like focused on. We were given time to get comfortable, and the relaxing began. I LOVED the fact that I was asked if there were any parts that I did not want to be touched. My lower back is very sensitive, and I didn't want it touched at all. This was completely understood, and she avoided that area for me, which I appreciated very much. There were a few times that the masseuse asked if her pressure was okay, as well. Which was a very nice touch to the personalization of the massage. Being that it was an 80-minute massage, it was so very relaxing. We wish it had gone on longer. We did not sign up for the membership yet, but it's very tempting with how wonderful our experience was. We will certainly be back!
