A super great deal with arcade for one hour for $10! Just be aware that no tickets are earned on the cards Staff was friendly and helpful and place was very clean and mostly affordable. Three kids i spent $60+ for nearly two half hours of fun

Great place for my 3-year-old granddaughter and 11-month-old grandson. Not experienced at all, and kids under one year old do not have to pay. The arcade room was fun. They had my childhood games Pac Man, Ms. Pac Man, and Galaxy.

I liked the arcade (very affordable) and the restaurant (reasonable prices). The play area was chaotic with limited seating. Also, it's very loud like a warehouse, so sensory children might be sensitive to the noises. Overall, the kids enjoyed themselves.

This place is a fantastic location for your kids have a ton of fun (and you too)! From batting cages to bumper cars to laser tag to mini golf and more, it has activities to keep the family and you occupied for hours! No, I’m not trying to sell this, but it is a fun place to go! I highly recommend going here for a family outing or even a birthday celebration.

The Grand Slam Family Fun Center offers a variety of enjoyable activities such as mini golf, batting cages, laser tag, and arcade games. The employees are amiable and accommodating, and the venue is spacious, mostly neat and well-preserved. Visitors can enjoy a snack bar serving various food and beverages. The menu features traditional snacks such as hot dogs and popcorn, as well as heartier options like burgers and chicken tenders. The food and beverages are moderately priced, which adds to the overall value of the experience. We went there to do some practice before the all-important Minnesota Cricket League. All in all, it is a delightful and inexpensive outing place if you are a family person, as the venue is designed to cater to families and groups, with many group packages available to help you save money.

We came about 5 years ago, and then didn't come back. Until yesterday we were invited to a birthday party. And I still think I won't go back. It's fine, but like not enough to be like yes let's go back. So if you are doing a party the tables are so packed in with every other party. You can't really even get to your table or chair. You can't hear each other to the crazy loud volume. Some sound barriers would help and taking out at least, at least one table would help. No outside food. Which would be fine if they didn't over cook one of the pizzas we ordered. The mini golf is fine, seems to be in fine shape still. However the handles are so grimmy I had to wash my hands at least twice after. We did the play house, my 3 yr old had fun there. Some places to crawl around a bounce house and then The ball area. Load balls into the guns and can shoot them into a bigger area. Very loud over there though from the machine. The arcade is an arcade. Totally fine. However two of the claw machines weren't working well. Fine for an arcade. There are a few batting cages but I didn't use those. There are bumper cars, it's a small area, something I don't think is that fun. Laser tag area. I didn't go in so can't comment on that. But the boys kept going back to that. There is a small ninja course, but for the extra to do it, wasn't worth it to us. But we go to ninja courses. So maybe I'm skewed there. The whole place was extremely warm, like we were all sweating just being in the building. The ticket booth exchange area is fine. It's pretty standard.

Very clean, awesome customer service and amazing upgrade since I've been there back in 2017. The manager allowed me to book last minute birthday party deal due to some no shows on the party deal. Accommodating and I'll come back in the future for Play dates.

I haven’t been to Grand Slam in years, but I decided to take my kids here on a random Sunday today and it was great! So glad to see that the prices are still affordable and not outrageously expensive. The pizza was wonderful and the two teenage kids working the food area were so kind to me. They worked very good as a team and were very fast paced, they brought out the food to my table before I even had the chance to stand up. The Laser Tag staff member with blonde hair and braids was super funny and interactive with my kiddos. I totally recommend going to Grand Slam with your kids. The teenagers all seem super close and they all work very well as a team. I give today a 10/10.

Perfect birthday party spot! Our 6-year-old had a blast along with everyone in our party (adults included). The food was delicious, staff members were friendly, and there are endless opportunities for fun. 🥳

Family favorite since I was a kid. Now my kids always have an awesome time here. Nice big play place for my 3yo, and my big kids love it too, great themed mini golf. Lazer tag, bumper cars and ninja zone. Batting cages and tunnel. And reasonably priced arcade games. Good pizza, even gluten free crust my husband said was one of the best he's had. Great fried pickles. Love they have wristbands for their activities too.

Great place for kids young and old. Play place is average for most indoor parks. Arcade is reasonable with fun games/air hockey. The best deals are usually the evening after 6p for things like laser tag and bumper cars, otherwise it’s gets a little expensive during the day. If you are familiar with other Grand Slams, then this is on par. If you are not, then know that these usually feel outdated and dirty. More so than like a ChuckECheese or Pizza Ranch, but they have tons of stuff so it’s hard to directly compare.

First time bringing my kids 2.5, 5, and 7. We all had so so much fun! We went there for the Wednesday night special. My only complains are that several of the laser tag vests had issues (one didn't count any shots or show up as an active player on the screen, one had several lights out, one auto reloaded) plus the red team TV didn't work so you couldn't see the stats or time remaining while you played. I mentioned these things to the employee and was told 'oh' and 'the TV hasn't worked for a while, don't know why' but nothing was done about the vest that didn't work at all. My 5 year old loved the bumper cars. I liked how mini golf was built with areas off the course for you to stand. Bathrooms were the only place not reasonably clean. But overall, it was the most fun we have had in a while. The 4 hours flew by like nothing.

Have had my daughter's birthday party here twice. She and her friends loved it, pricing is not to crazy like other places but still quite a bit. I like the Burnsville one because they also have trampolines as well included and a better mini golf.

So much fun and very clean!! Great place to spend an entire day. We brought our niece and nephew there and we couldn’t get them out of there after 8 hours of fun. The pizza was really good and I’m picky about pizza’s. Lots of birthday parties were going on and we heard lots of positive comments. Kids were having a blast. Too bad my niece and nephew live too far away to hold their parties there because I know they would love it. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend Grand Slam! They really packed in a lot of fun and a variety of activities that people of all ages can enjoy.
