I wish I could give it 0 stars. I went in for a covid test( just the test and nothing else, no exam, no talking to a doctor, no vitals taken, just the test). Got a nasal swab and was out of there in about 2 minutes. After paying a co-pay fee, My insurance took care of the test 100%. About 2 weeks after I got another bill for almost $400 that they labeled " Health Clininc". After countless times of calling their billing department and talking to 7 different representatives, no one would explain where the mystery charge appeared from, no one would explain what it's for and what got done for this charge to appear. I have been told to call back 6 or 7 times, with the struggle spanning for over 4 months. Finally my insurance dug into the claim and told me that the clinic's mystery charge is them charging me for a hospital and room stay. A clinic that closes at 7:30 pm every night, and closed on Saturdays and Sunday is charging me for hospital stay?!?!? Keep in mind that nothing else was done except for a nasal swab for COVID test. Even after confronting them with this false and absolutely fraudulent charge, they told me to call back in 3 weeks and it doesn't seem like they want to own up to their own mistake. Billing representatives do not seem to know what is actually going on and keep telling you something different depending who you get on the phone, or are told by the management to simply lie to their patients. It is illegal for a clinic to charge their customers for services that were never performed. Highly unethical and disrespectful.

Patients beware! Depending on your insurance (and I have good insurance), this clinic "double bills" so for a simple clinic visit I got a bill for the general Dr visit, AND another bill for a facility charge from the same visit. Essentially charging to walk in the door ($200+) for the privilege of paying the Dr $200+... Disputed the claim and was told they were "allowed" to do it this way, asked for supervisor to dispute further, and nobody ever got back to me... Shocking! Will never be back...

Dr. Cassandra Garcia and Dr. Kathleen Pfaff are amazing! They take the time to listen to me and problem solve. During my appointments, I don't feel rushed or overlooked. I'm so grateful to finally have supportive women's health providers!!

Went to get a referral to see a psychiatrist was to be early or they would turn me away and ended up waiting awhile after I was originally scheduled. I saw Dr.Hess which I do not recommend. Told me to overdose on medication, which was really unprofessional, cut me off multiple times when I was trying to explain everything that was happening with me. And I didn't appreciate her saying I'm delusional. Overall experience was a waste of time. I don't know how "doctors" like this are acceptable, Minnesota doctors need to know about mental health so they know how to help or at least know not to call their patients delusional or to overdose. Nurse was nice though she made me laugh.

My appointment was great! My physician was caring, Loving & Concerned usually many clinics seem in a rush at my visits. Kathleen T Pfaff you are amazing, you were gentle as well we Love you girl❤️

Customer service has gotten a lot better since the recent new faces. Pediatric is awesome. Billing department is horrible. Some of these post you are seeing about overcharging, bills for services that was not performed is accurate. I had this done to me recently. And No one can explain these mysterious charges question your Dr. About charges they are going to submit. Make sure you are both on the same page and check your bill.

Doctor ignored all requests and induced labor without consent. When I tried to call and make a complaint I was ignored. Do not come here if you are pregnant! You will have no rights to your own body.

I’ve literally never felt so cared for in a medical setting so I needed to write a review. The scheduling process was so quick & easy- they even got me in same day which I was realllllllly hoping for but knew it was unlikely. They worked their magic & found something for me & I could tell they were exploring all the options. It was so appreciated! The nurse who checked me in was outstanding. When I asked to opt out of being weighed, I was met with an enthusiastic “of course you can!!” which might be small to some but meant absolutely everything to me! (PSA! You do NOT have to be weighed at your doc appointments!!! It is optional!) With everything she checked, she asked for consent each time & did so in the most genuine & kind way! SO important!! She took her time with me to make sure I was comfortable & made great conversation. Dr. Mary Erickson was just as amazing! She took her time with me making sure I understood the treatment plan, my options, and answered all of my questions. I didn’t feel like she was rushing to get to the next client & really appreciated that! The amazing nurse & Dr. Erickson are making a HUGE difference in how patients are treated and I can’t thank them enough. 100/10 would recommend this place and Dr. Erickson any day!

This clinic is one of the worst in terms of customers service. Their front desk staff will cancel your appointment without your consent and schedule another one way different from what you scheduled. The clinic manager is always speaking to cover up for their bad customers service.

Partner goes here for PT, excellent care with interactions that are friendly, welcoming, professional with empathy. Good patient education and listening to his unique health needs as a partner in his care. One small issue is scheduling snafus. Appt mysteriously cancelled with no notification (even with checking in by text/My chart the night before), turned away at desk by receptionist, later learned the therapist was waiting in treatment area (was not informed by front staff). Dates/times changed from agreed upon scheduling, discovered on My Chart email notification. Pointing to system scheduling and billing flaws. . Not the fault of the care provider, she's amazing!

I made an appointment for a covid test and I wasn’t seen until exactly 1 hour after my appointment time. While the clinic did a great job with spacing/# of people in the waiting room, I still didn’t feel the most comfortable waiting that long around others. The nurse I saw was great & very helpful, but I did leave quite stressed.

Had scheduled an appointment more than a month in advanced. Couldn't find it in Mychart or anywhere, because the date was coming up. I didn't realize they had CANCELLED my appointment 6 days after scheduling it. Had to find out the day of, going through every tab in the Mychart app. No notification. No call. Nothing from them. 1 star because I actually like my doctor.

Incompetency on so many levels here; from making appointments to getting prescriptions sent to pharmacy, to even the care given (or lack thereof). I went here once for an appointment years ago and had so many problems that I never went back. My mother has insisted on continuing to see doctors here because they “are so nice”, she has finally decided to find care elsewhere as her health conditions have basically gone untreated for years - she found this out because she recently had to be admitted to another hospital after going to ER.

The service at this clinic is bad. The nurses treat you with a bad attitude. There is a Somali nurse and she has a bad attitude. I give this clinic zero stars every time I had appointments. The nurses have a bad attitude.
