If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. If you can avoid this place, DO IT. I was referred here by my primary and I saw Dr. Alapati. She was so rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She basically told me that my migraines that I get 4x a week are not โ€œsevereโ€ enough for me to be her patient. At the beginning of the call she compared my MyChart picture to what I looked like. I couldnโ€™t believe it, like she really said to me that my picture doesnโ€™t look like me. Sorry I donโ€™t have makeup on for a freaking DOCTORS appointment. She kept yawning and not covering her mouth and kept saying โ€œsorry youโ€™re my last patient.โ€ And clearly your last priority. She made me feel so embarrassed and uncomfortable. At the end of it, she basically made it known that she wouldnโ€™t be helping me. Absolutely disgusting.

The people at this location are nice enough but weren't invested in my care. They were difficult to get in contact with and took far too long to respond to my questions; it took weeks to get a simple yes/no answer on whether I could take birth control alongside my current medication. Also, because of their lack of care I even had my driver's license revoked because they failed to sign a simple form for me in time even though I'm physically fit to operate a vehicle. I don't have particularly high standards but I was truly disappointed that these people cared so little about my health.

Dr Cho was absolutely horrible he did not care about anything I told him and just wanted to push pills on me. I rolled me truck and was told I had a severe concussion and my neck and back were hurt also. At this point it was almost 2 months after. He told me not to go to my chiropractor because they only makes it worse. Just wanted to push pills on me! The MRI staff were great and the physical therapist also. I went to get copies of my MRI AND THEY WONT GIVE THEM TO ME UNLESS I SEE DR CHO AGAIN! This is messed up its my body and if I choose to go elsewhere and there my records I have the right to get them but they won't!!!! My body my records give them to me!!!!

This clinic has lack of communication. I have had trouble with a DR Masood and those answering their phones. Many times. They are blaming me. I did tell Dr Masood regarding this. He has now sent me a letter stating lack of communication and will no longer see me. He blames me. NOT TRUE! I have noted all my calls to them.

Went to see Dr Masood for prolonged dizzy spells. After I told him that I work part time he concluded that I must be depressed because I must have difficulties paying my bills. Nope, my life is pretty awesome and My wife and I laugh and love each other greatly. I informed him that the dizziness didnโ€™t happen until after I passed out from the heat and hit my head. Dr Masood then concluded that it must be sleep apnea. So I had a sleep study test done. Dr. Masood told me to call back in 5-6 weeks to go over the results. I said that seemed like a long time to wait but Masood told me it takes that long to analyze the data. Ok. Five weeks of dizzily waiting I made the appointment to go over the results, I was pushed to one of his assistants Alysa More who asked me how she could help and I said I was here for my sleep study results. After not finding the results on the computer More tracked down the results. My results had been sent to their office less than a week after I did the sleep study. No need to wait an extra 5 weeks. More came back and said she could not read the results and that I needed to see a Specialist. I informed her that was what I was doing. I left and More and Masood felt it appropriate to charge me $400 to tell me I needed to see someone else. Why did they not schedule me with the correct person to begin with. I tried to fight the bill twice. Masood said it was an appropriate amount of money and stands by that I needed to wait an additional month to try and find out what is going on with me. Horrible Doctor and PA-C. Better off asking your mechanic to diagnose and read the scans.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I now have to pay $1,500 + for tests that told me nothing about my condition. I know there is something wrong. I just want help. They are not helpful and I would spend my money somewhere else if I were you. I will not be coming here ever again. Waste of time and money.

My review is ZERO stars! Dr Ghazali is incompetent and he's back by staff that are the same. Initial visit was to talk about a lesion in the spine that likely was MS. With barely a look (doorway to computer), I was told it was scar tissue and he walked out. Zero follow-up, zero patient care, zero compassion. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I tried to do it right and e-mail to clinic supervisors and after 3 weeks have received no response. How can you expect more from your doctors when their "leaders" treat people the same. STAY FAR AWAY!

The doctors are great. The front desk and scheduling staff are terrible. They screw up scheduling and tell you the wrong dates so you take a day off work and they've rescheduled you to a different date without telling you. They lose your paperwork so you have to send it multiple times. Also, they have NO CLUE what they're talking about EVER! you'll get a different answer from every person you speak to. Oh! and when you check in with them, they forget to actually check you is so you have to verify that they checked you in the computer. They cause the worst headache I've ever had.

You couldn't pay me to return there, everyone is rude, unqualified, lazy, and liars and understaffed, still I've been there three times never got to see doctor. They are bossy judgemental and they put Mr through excruciating pain and they turn around and blame the patients for any disruptions on there part meaning your pain is all in your head , they think they are God so to speak, can't believe the notes they write about their patients on my chart ,especially if your on medicaid, trust me hey don't really give you any sincerely. I left hurt and humiliated. I now cam hardly use my left arm because of their mistakes.

My Doctor doesn't appear to understand I'm her patient. I waited forever to have my C-Pap adjusted after my Sleep Study April 2, 2018 I took my C-Pap in to have the card read and get a new mask. I haven't been notified or received a letter from Dr. Veen in over 2 months.

The visit was ok. BUT.... Nobody took the copay and when I was looking through the papers it was written -if the patient doesn't pay the copay at the time of their visit - they would pay a fee. I came back to the receptionist to ask about it - she laughed and said she even didn't look at my insurance card for that. Really....??? When I came back to do the MRI the receptionist didn't even know should I pay the copay or no........ But it's your job! No? Or you are just sitting there and then collecting fees? And most of all 4 week after MRI and nobody ever call me back to let know the results.....

Was recommended to go here by my podiatrist due to lower back pain and my achillies tendon constatnly being tight and so far stretching, physical therapy, and contatnt KT Tape have not helped. Had an MRI and EMG done back on June 17th and still have heard nothing back from Dr. Alapati about what the next steps would be. Called the clinic multiple times to see what is going on and only told that the on call doctor would review and get back to me. Got a message through MyChart to wait for Dr. Alapati to come back to discuss anything further and still have not heard anything. Still sitting here with constant pain and trying to get another referral to go elsewhere so I can actually stop being in pain. If you are recommended to visit here, please get a second opinion.

Great initial consultation. Good pediatric MRI staff. Poor customer service on the phone trying to get results in a timely manner. If you are concerned and want quick results, this is not the place to go. Expect 5-7 days for MRI results.

Was referred here for neuropathy and ankle pain a few years back. Have had neuropathy issues for years after spinal surgery. Spent quite awhile treating with drugs to treat incorrect diagnosis to alleviate my pain. I pointed out that the ankle was becoming more painful and misshapen. Doctor eventually said he couldn't treat me anymore and referred me to MAPS Pain Clinic where I was subjected to months of PT and painful, needless spinal epidurals only to find out from an ankle specialist that the ankle pain was caused by a total collapse of my arch. Needed major fusion surgery and reconstruction, months of recovery, and now a permanent disability. Really wish I could have had an answer for my pain farrrrr earlier or at least advised differently.

My 17 yr old daughter was suffering from a migraine lasting more than 1week. Waited on the phone for 30 minutes to get a sooner appt to see a neurologist. Was told she can only see her original neurologist PA and there were no appointments available before her scheduled appointment 2 weeks out. Took her to Mercy and her migraine was not relieved with the IV infusion in the ER. So after having a migraine for 3 weeks her appt finally came. It was recommended at her neurology appointment that she be admitted to the hospital but we had to go through the ER again. The neurologists that saw her in the hospital were Dr. Cho and Dr. Enduri. We waited until 4pm the day after she was admitted to see the neurologist for the first time. They didn't seem interested in trying to figure out why she had the migraine. They gave her another infusion that didn't work. We had to ask them to do an MRI. When the MRI came back normal they told her to go home and rest and the migraine would go away in a couple weeks. I explained that she has been resting for 3 weeks (missing school) and it didn't work so going home to rest was not the answer. So we insisted that she stay in the hospital. But it didn't matter because they had already given up on her. They didn't think a MRA or spinal tap was warranted. The next day we tried to contact her neurologist PA Christine at the clinic to inform her we were getting no where with her partners but we intercepted by the clinic manager who told us we needed to listen to the neurologists caring for her in the hospital so we were not allowed to talk to Christine. After 5 days in the hospital they had done one infusion cocktail, an MRI that we requested, and an eye exam. They rest of the time was spent waiting to see them but they didn't do anything more and didn't seem interested in trying to find the cause or fix it. They discharged her with the same migraine, no improvement.

Tried to come back to see Dr Bazakkos but he wouldn't see me. Says he can't help even though I am having neurological issues do to an untreated issue. It seems that after voicing concerns about 45 minute waits on the phone just to schedule appts or get messages to the doctor, the office and this doctor wants no more to do with me. I'm a returning patient with concrete diagnosis's, one of which has been going undetected/untreated for well over a year and is starting to cause neurological issues, but Dr. B insists he can't help me? What am I missing here? Doesn't a neurologist deal with neurological ailments?

I have been a patient at this clinic for more than 20 years. Dr. Ingenito is the best neurologist in the Twin Cities area and the staff is courteous and patient. The hardest part is that they are so busy because they are so good.

I was referred to this clinic after having an EMG done to look at the nerves in my arms. The EMG showed bilateral, mirrored neuropathy in my median and ulnar nerves. I was sent here to look into what was causing this, as even if I have typing jobs, etc I should not have been showing that level of nerve damage. I was only 25 (I am now 26) and had not put any irregular strain on my arms. The fact that the neuropathy was also bilateral (equal/the same on both arms) was suggestive of an underlying condition. When I came to my appointment I was not seen by a doctor. The nurse that saw me called the doctor to ask him about my EMG results. They gave me no further testing, even REFUSING to let me get genetic testing despite my request. They told me my symptoms didn't "paint a genetic picture" (despite a long history of numbness and tingling in various parts of my body) and that I needed to stop resting my elbows on things. I went to a different neurologist, and had my primary note that we wanted to do genetic testing. We did the testing, and it turns out I have HNPP (a degenerative, GENETIC, nerve condition). This place was a joke, and I was not taken seriously at all. Avoid this clinic if you can.

First time here with daughter who has a concussion. The staff was WONDERFUL, friendly, courteous and prompt!! From the 2 lovely ladies at the reception desk, Dr. Ryan Williams who personally came to the waiting room, on time ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š, to greet us and was thorough, definitely most excellent in describing what was needed, what was going on, and answering all our questions.... to his assistant getting us the needed referrals, forms and in general finishing the visit off in a very friendly, courteous and professional manner. Highly, very highly, recommend!

This place is terrible. First lets just start by saying to get an appointment to this place was 6-8 weeks out. Because my appointment was during the pandemic, i had to "see" the doctor over a virtual call, seriously how can a neurological issue be solved when the doctor doesnt physically see you. Within 30 seconds of the call starting the doctor had said they couldnt help me. 9 minutes later the call ends and the doctors suggestion was prescription drugs an additional testing done via Mri's. For the 9 minute virtual consult, i was billed over 700.00+!!!! That is insane. After multiple calls to their billing department and different managers asking why i was billed this large amount no one could give me a good answer other then they billed that amount because they can! Ive seen doctors in person at the U of M and Mayo clinic in Rochester and received a bill for less then half of what i was billed here and that was in person with multiple doctors seeing me. This place tried to blame the insurance companies an such with the insurance people saying this was the up to the individual clinics and how they bill. So not only did they charge a crazy amount of money for a consult, they refused to offer a concession on the bill when i pointed out the bill was double the amount of money the other doctors visits charged me for in person visits. I was promised a call back from a manager over in the billing area, yep still waiting on that call months later even after ive called multiple times asking for updates...

Was referred to Dr Jayasri Alapati for a dizziness problem. I don't think she thought it was really a neurology problem but she asked a lot of questions and did a lot of tests in her office to rule things out. Very kind and easy to talk to. She ended up suggesting an MRI just to make sure nothing wrong up there. I did the MRI at the clinic as well. Ended up being late for my appt but they were very accommodating and the MRI tech was very good to work with as well.

I was told directly by our provider to take my daughter to the emergency room for migraine treatment. After being admitted to the hospital for several days we were refused access to even speak with The Physician we had used for years who referred us to the hospital. Instead we were referred to their supervisor and never again allowed to speak to the same doctor we had used for years.

I am so incredibly frustrated with this clinic. I had an EMG done 10 days ago and was told Iโ€™d have my results within a week. A week is a long enough time to wait when youโ€™re in pain, but I understandโ€”everyoneโ€™s busy and these things take time. Now itโ€™s been several days longer and Iโ€™ve called the clinic several times but no one can tell me if my results have even been read by the neurologist. My primary care (who referred me) canโ€™t move forward with treatments or tests until we have these results. If someone was able to explain this delay, Iโ€™d be less frustrated but no one seems to even know where my results are. Update: Adding a star because I heard back and my results have been faxed. I also want to add that the lady who did my EMG was super kind throughout the whole process.

My wife wants to recommend Dr. Lyla Veen for her great expertise dealing with patients who has nerve pain due to POST POLIO SYNDROME' She also appreciates all the help she got from everybody starting from the front desk, scheduler , ( Heather) who sends to her all the results of the blood tests, MRI, and EMG, in timely manner, as she requested and to all the technicians, and especially Dr.Zabagos , for his accurate prognosis of her condition. All she can say is thank you for all the support she had experienced in the short time she'd been to this clinic. God Bless to you all.

I had an EMG test today. The technician who performed the test was terrific. She allowed me to express my anxiety about the procedure, validated my feelings, and put me at ease. She was professional, respected my apprehensions, and assured me that the decision to go forward at each step of the procedure would be mine. As to the pain and discomfort stemming from the procedure, it simply was not that bad. The electrical shocks were uncomfortable, but not painful. The โ€œneedleโ€ part of the test was not as bad as I expected. The one in the palm hurt, but not much. And, all of the sensations only lasted a second or so. In sum, the testing experience was not the nightmare that I expected. Thank you to the technician who made the test as comfortable as possible.

Be carful getting a referral here... I got a surprise $1200 bill for a 20 minute appointment. I ask the front desk lady what was the estimated cost of the visit or what my out of pocket cost might be, she just said I don't know... Really... Is this the professional way to treat patients? Of coarse they blame my insurance and my deductible.
