I lived here with my girls for a month from Kentucky and the management was very poor. There were many children running wild, being unattended and cursing as well as being rude. My car was vandalized by a child that lived in the complex by a scrape mark being put on it, considering I had just purchased the car prior, it upset me. The worst part when confronting the parents is that, they were careless about their child actions and lots of people tried denying what had occurred or throwing it off on other people. I loved the apartment itself - everything worked properly as it should and was clean, but the people in the neighborhood were just had no respect for others, loved drama and gossip and the nonsense never ended! It was an everyday occurrence of someone's child doing something every single day or children constantly arguing or getting trouble started.... it was a big mess in general and mistake and after one month, I was just over the place thinking "Are you serious?" Is this really happening or have I lost my own mind indeed and went crazy? There was only three people that was pretty nice/decent in the complex and that was Jessica - she gave my girls food when I was struggling, a guy that was laid back from Louisiana that was pretty easy to get along with and Kat- she let my girls pet her dog on many occasions when others would make it a "big deal" for my children loving animals and would yell at my children not to even get near their dog... just a big mess of a place and a hell hole... if you can handle that without your brain going nuts- go for it, if you don't like no nonsense like me- look elsewhere!

My daughter lives out there and management is poor out there you can get a hold of anyone it's like its been abandoned. My daughter has a hole in the ceiling and washer and dryer hook up don't work and elect problems.Been calling for days and No one will answer . My daughter has a heart problem and if the mold starts I guess we will have to take it to the city.

Been trying to turn in an application with the fee and everything ALL week. Their office is always closed! I call the number they provide and tell me that they are open until 5 PM on weekdays and to wait by the office and someone will help me shortly. After sitting there waiting for 40 minutes at a time, no one shows up! I even took a day off work hoping to catch someone. Does anyone even work there?🙄

I just read the reviews🤣🤣 That's enough. Buy a house people, make good investments and do better. It ain't worth it.

Lots of drug dealer in this place

If I could give this place negative stars I would. If you want to pay for amenities you can’t use, have outlets that don’t work, have light switches that don’t work, have zero way to contact anyone about ANYTHING (their voicemail box has been full for months), and have someone threaten you every time you complain you would love this place. This place is out to take as much money from you as possible. When you complain about actual issues they with don’t respond or they leave AGGRESSIVE notes on your door. You will be talked down to as if you’re a child and not someone paying over $1000 a month to live in a subpar apartment complex. If you want to over pay, be threatened, and talked down to this is the place for you. Don’t live here. Don’t think about living here. I’m positive there are better places out there for you. Below is one of several notes every resident has received on their door in the year and a half my family and I have lived here.
