Excellent coffee shop! She was super friendly and quick! It’s the first coffee hut I’ve seen in Mid-TN in the five years I’ve lived here. The flavor was absolutely the best! (I ordered a 20 oz. HOT white mocha.)

The entire crew at Elevate Coffee always goes above and beyond. In the approximately one million visits I have made there, not a single one deserves less than 10 stars, but because that’s not an option, I guess 5 will do! I am team Elevate 32 iced Mamakope until I die! Pictured is my first coffee I ever purchased, which I’m pretty sure was the day they opened. It’s so good I had to document!

I noticed there was quite the line for this little drive thru when I pulled up for my hair appointment. My hairstylist happened to be running late so I wandered over to elevation coffee and I’m so glad I did! I got the 24oz Georgia Summer which I was told was a plant based energy drink. Lately, I’ve been obsessed with Dunkin’ Donuts coconut refreshers and this drink taste a lot like the peach one. I also got a sausage breakfast sandwich which was nice and hot. Glad to support a small business providing great quality! Will definitely be back when I’m in the area.

I have been across the country in search of good coffee along with good customer service. Now… my wife and I are from Spokane, Washington. We always stop at a new coffee shop wherever we travel too. But here’s the thing, it’s always only once. Why? Because the coffee is mediocre at best and the people who make the coffee are mediocre, at best. The difference of Elevate is this: They are from a town in Washington State, and the wife did her due diligence in learning how to make the best cup of coffee, starting with the coffee bean. They ended up in Tennessee chasing dreams, and they put a coffee shop in Hermitage. There are no good coffee shops on the East Coast. And I mean this. If anyone takes the time to read this review, I hope you know, this coffee shop, and the owners… They got this one RIGHT. Period. We come back twice a year, looking forward to the perfect cup of coffee, all the way across the country in Hermitage, TN. Seriously guys, you got this. And I thank you for a true 5 star service and cup of coffee.

I straight up could not recommend this place enough. I am here probably two or three times a week to kickstart my day. Every single person who works here is a treasure, even on busy mornings when the line is out to the road. I never mind waiting here. They are always coming out with fun coffee flavors and their breakfast burritos and muffin tops are some of my favorites. They can also make any kind of coffee flavor your heart desires. Takes me back to living in Spokane, WA everytime I come here :) the coffee quality and craft of drinks is wonderfully made! Blows Dutch Bros, Starbucks, and Dunkin out of the water! Medium triple shot iced caramel latte was 10/10!

I stop here often and love the iced sticky bun! I decided to try something new and got the Iced Snickers but the coffee tasted like it had been sitting out. I did go in the afternoon while no one was in line, so that may be why. Maybe I just don’t like the flavor of the snickers though, who knows…

First time at Elevate today and it was wonderful - both employees were super sweet and helpful. Delicious drinks. My best friend just moved down the road and my heart is happy that she has this local gem.

We normally love going here, and have somewhat been regulars for the last few years. However there is one barista who no matter how kind we are, we are met with attitude and our drinks ALWAYS wrong. We have had to return drinks at least twice due to them being so gross we couldn’t drink them. One instance we ordered 2 of the same drink and they tasted and looked completely different that even the barista who remade them said “These aren’t even the same color.” After waiting in line sometimes for 20+ minutes it’s a pain to decide to either turn around and wait for a remake or just lose the roughly 20 dollars we just spent.
