I'll start with the good. The ring I purchased is absolutely beautiful. I've wanted it for almost a year. It's so unique. The cut and color is something I looked in several places for and could not find. Edie was my consultant and I cant say enough about how helpful and friendly she was. She takes her time with you and it genuinely seems like she cares. Edie you are great and an asset to the store! Malek, while not initially the warmest like Edie is, I appreciate that he worked to get me the ring at a price I could live with. And he ultimately did warm up! So no complaints with the in store staff at all! Where my experience was lacking was with the sizing process. Again I've been wanting this ring for a while so I was antsy to wear it but it needed sizing. I was warned sizing could take 2 weeks so I waited. When I finally went to pick up my ring (15 days later) we discovered the ring had not been sized at all. I am not sure how this happened but it ultimately took almost three weeks for my ring to be sized. If you just need to buy jewelry no sizing, I'd recommend this store but buyers please be aware of the sizing process and potential delays. Also, if you finance your purchase thru their in store financing you cannot do a return or exchange. That sale is final. That wasn't clear to a member of my family. Its on the receipt but you can't read the receipt until after you make the purchase. Maybe the sales reps tell you that before but just in case they don't...be aware of that policy.

My family and I went for a day at the mall, and we so happened to stop by Elite Jewelers and since the moment I stepped foot in the store my eyes focused on a beautiful piece of jewelry which I thought it looked so unique. I love Art Deco, very feminine and vintage looking pieces, and they have really gorgeous jewelry, different and one of a kind pieces, which made me want to see everything they have in the showcases. A few minutes later Mrs. Debra approached us and she was so pleasant and friendly from the beginning, I have to say everyone at the store was so attentive and they had the most wonderful attitude. There was a beautiful tall lady that was so kind to show us other pieces, she was extremely nice, we really appreciated her help. We decided to go back the next day to purchase the piece that I originally liked, and the whole time Mrs. Debra gave us such an enjoyable experience. We are very thankful to all the staff.

Edi was so nice and helpful. She made the experience so amazing for my daughter and I. I love coming to Elite Jewelers and to have Edi pick out several selections to satisfy our wants! Edi goes above and beyond to make sure that we are happy with our selections… She never pushes us to feel obligated in making a purchase! Edi never makes us feel rushed and we love that about her! If it wasn’t for Edi we would probably go else where! Thank you for hiring such an intelligent, warm, caring individual! We truly love working and/ shopping with Edi as she always seems to find exactly what we are looking for!

Edie was a great sales associate! She gave me a rundown of everything that needed to know about the jewelry!!! She stayed in my budget and gave me a full understanding on how to take care of the jewelry. Awesome job and I will definitely be back!

The staff is very knowledgeable about the all of the jewelry. Malek showed us the whole show room and made sure that we got a good price. I will definitely come back here in the future.

I had went to numerous jewelry stores but Elite was my last stop due to Malek. He was very patient and explained to me everything I needed to know. He will be my jeweler from here on out. 5 stars isn’t enough for him.
