My
family
and
I
were
only
in
town
for
a
family
gathering
and
only
stayed
one
night
so
we
weren't
expecting
5
star
accommodations
however
we
weren't
expecting
our
stay
to
be
sub
standard.
We
arrived
to
Baltimore
early
and
luckily
we
decided
to
stop
by
and
do
an
early
check-in
because
our
reservation
was
not
found.
However
it
was
easily
remedied
by
the
patient
and
courteous
staff,
namely
Thea
and
Taesha.
These
ladies
were
amazing
and
kept
their
composure
although
understaffed
and
overworked
that
weekend.
This
location
just
needs
a
little
TLC.
The
elevator
creaked
on
the
the
way
up
and
even
the
guest
bathroom
in
the
lobby
needed
some
slight
repairs
to
the
toilet
bowl
handle
before
it
falls
off.
Despite
saying
that
the
rooms
were
smoke
free,
the
room
was
reeking
of
cigarettes
and
marijuana.
The
odor
was
baked
into
the
sheets,
carpet
and
curtains.
There
was
no
waste
basket
in
the
bathroom
so
we
had
to
use
a
plastic
bag
we
brought
with
us
as
the
bathroom
garbage.
There
was
also
no
toilet
paper
and
the
toilet
bowl
seat
was
loose
and
falling
off
and
so
was
the
handle
to
flush.
Luckily
my
wife
is
a
germ-a-phobe
and
brought
our
own
sheets
because
the
bedsheets
smelled
smoky
and
the
comforter
had
what
appeared
to
be
blood
stains
all
over
it..on
the
inside
portion
of
the
comforter!
Although
we
didn't
use
ice,
the
ice
machine
was
broken
on
our
floor
and
the
other
floors
because
it
was
common
to
see
hotel
guests
going
down
to
the
lobby
for
ice.
Despite
a
non
smoking
policy
that
carries
a
fine,
obviously
this
isn't
enforced
because
the
room
was
so
smoky
that
I
had
to
sleep
with
a
mask
on.
If
it
weren't
for
the
kind
and
hardworking
staff
who
are
definitely
overworked
and
understaffed,
we
would
have
complained.
The
hotel
was
overbooked
and
we
didn't
want
to
overburden
the
staff
with
our
complaints
considering
we
were
only
staying
for
one-night
only.
This
hotel
gets
0.2
stars
and
that's
being
generous.
I
definitely
don't
recommend
it
to
anyone.
