We told our server Jessie that we we're getting married tomorrow, and she gave us a dessert with a written message in chocolate! Very nice and appreciated. We had a good sized party and our server was great. The food was on par as well. Thank you so much for making this experience. We'll be back.

Good lunch option and inexpensive. Took the kids for lunch and we enjoyed everything. Friendly staff and the manager even checked on us to ensure everything was ok. Food came out quickly.

Service was really bad and the food was no better. I expect more from Olive Garden. They were a little busy and I understand that but service could have been better. The silverware was extremely dirty so we asked for plastic. We waited 10 minutes after being seated to even be recognized. The server had three others tables that I could see but it took her a very long time to get drinks, bread, etc. to us. 20 minutes later we were able to get our order taken and we got our salad 2 minutes before our food. That is how long it took the server to get to us. I gave 3 stars because I understand when it is busy it can be difficult and Olive Garden may not have had all the help they needed that night. I will try them again sometime in the future and update my review.

Been a minute since I sat down in Olive Garden. Visited on a Saturday evening family night. Usual menu but service was fast and our waitress was very nice and attentive with good recommendations when asked a question. Mozzarella sticks and meat ravioli. The green apple sangria was very tasty . Husband had salmon (low carb diet) and it was good. I would buy the salmon on another visit. The kid had chicken & shrimp Alfredo. I had seafood alfredo.

Food was pretty good, didn’t know what to get so I got the tour of Italy while my wife made her own pasta. Definitely will be coming back again to try out some other dishes. There was a long wait but we were taken back in half the time.

Goes beyond my expectations for Olive Garden. Service above anything would be the signature trait for this location. Quiet area on the perimeter of the White Marsh Mall complex. Crickets and Cars from i-95 if you come through in the evening hours

21.29 for a tour of italy look how small it is now. Service is very slow and the waitress wasn't that intelligent. Then when the bill came it had two extra sodas and a 8.79 soup. I told the waitress and she said she took it off look at the kiosk. She said see it's adjusted I was like 122. Minus 15 it's still not 122. And she said it was.

This place is very fabulous. The manager is super friendly and came to personally ensure your food is good. The server was also very pleasant and very patient with us as we took our time to choose and answered all questions we had. This location is very busy because it is very fantastic. The food was very tasty and met all our expectations.

My HUSBAND and I went there after getting married at the courthouse. It was clean and the waitress was nice. A regular customer paid for our first married meal. I had the calamari with a marinara and spicy dipping sauce. It was great. My HUSBAND had the shrimp scampi and he loved it even though the portion seemed a little small.

My daughter and I went for lunch. We had mozzarella sticks for an appetizer ans their signature salad and bread sticks. For entrées we had chicken alfredo and seafood alfredo with broccoli. The food was great and our server was great. I only gave it four stars because when our appetizer was brought out we didn't have any plates and none were given to us until our server brought the salad. She noticed that we didn't have plates so she brought us some.

Great experience. Our server was perfect. The food arrived very quickly and we were provided amazingly-fresh breadsticks whenever we asked. I was disappointed the restaurant was out of eggplant parmesan but it allowed me to try a new meal (pictured), and I’m glad I did. The Garden of Olives never disappoints!

Everything is the typical mass produced food items with no authenticity. Bread sticks are just cheap dinner roll quality. Pasta is ok. Soup is good. Service is attentive. Overall overrated. Support your local small businesses and go to a family Italian restaurant instead.

Great food, as always. Olive Garden is a go-to for any special occasion. I went for my birthday, and they gave me a free dessert of my choosing! The service was very behind, however. It was a Friday night, and I can understand not having enough staff to service everyone in a timely manner. It took awhile just to get our drinks, but our food was out in a decent time. Overall, Olive Garden is absolutely a favorite of mine.

We came here on a Saturday night and so it was super packed!! There was an hour wait, once we got in we ordered drinks that took about 40 min our server was really nice and explained about the delays as the night progressed. When we finally got our food it was good I had the shrimp scampi which was of a significantly smaller portion than everyone else’s meal, so if your thinking scampi and your hungry maybe think again. The bread doesn’t come with marinara sauce but you can purchase some for 5 dollars.

I love the Olive Garden. The food is excellent. The waitress is very, very nice. The unique problem is the waiting time. Our last time was 50 minutes😪😫 Update: The best Alfred's Spaghetti 🍝 yummy, yummy

Extremely slow service put a damper on a milestone birthday celebration. Being in the restaurant for 70 minutes before receiving a salad is inexcusable. We checked in at 7:35. After waiting 38 minutes to ask if we were still waiting 35-40 minutes (what the host's computer showed), the host snapped, "no, you still have two minutes". We had to wait 10 more minutes before being seated. There were only 3 groups ahead of ours when we arrived, and customers were leaving continuously. Ours was a party of six. Once seated, it was an additional 5 minutes before the server took our orders (we also noticed that there were plenty of available tables). Because of the long wait we skipped appetizers (wanting to get to the main course), but then it took 20 minutes to get soups and salad. It's now 8:45 and the restaurant is becoming empty. It still took another 30 minutes for the food to arrive. When all was said and done, we were in that restaurant for 2 hours and 10 minutes. A few in our party had talked about dessert, but at this point nobody wanted it because we didn't want to wait an additional 30 minutes for it. It was 9:45 when we finally left.

Came in with a friend for the never ending pasta and soup. This location delivered delicious food and great service. Everyone was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Food was hot and tasted fresh. Arrived quickly. We were very happy with our visit.

Eggplant Parmesan was delicious. But the salad? I spent five minutes digging out the rusty lettuce. And by the way...what the heck is that? Where's the quality control? 🤔🤢

Very delicious food. I loved my shrimp and scallop alfredo, and I enjoyed the soup and breadsticks that came with it too. We shared a pitcher of the Berry Sangria and it was light and sweet and delicious as well. Our server was attentive and friendly as well, overall a great experience. The text when the table was ready option was also very nice so we could wait in the car comfortably. Edit. Another lovely dinner, friendly server, good food. The staff was attentive and cleared away dishes and cleaned surrounding tables expediently.

While out running errands today I decided to stop here for my favorite, shrimp Alfredo. I also ordered fried mozzarella for my appetizer. Delicious! Before leaving I ordered dinner for my husband to go, chicken Alfredo with salad. Also ordered dessert to go, strawberry cream cake. Thanks Sabriya for your service today!

Shout out to Christian,Walker and Nic who went above and beyond to meet our needs. Two of the guests had walkers and the entire group of 6 were senior citizens. They made our visit on a very busy Saturday night not only pleasant but absolutely delightful. I have been to numerous Olive Gardens but this was my first in Baltimore. It definitely will not be my last. You can be proud of your staff.
