Ordered food for pickup, nobody is ever at the counter so I always have to walk up front to get someone. As I start eating my gluten free changs spicy chicken I found something black and round I take it out with my chopstick and see freaking legs!!!! I press it with my chopstick and sure enough it’s a bug!! im so disgusted and will never eat here again!! Do better

The service was phenomenal, our bartender/server was knowledgeable, made suggestions perfected the drinks, and he had a great sense of humor. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious! My food had peanuts in it and i didn't like that but it was on the menu, I overlooked it. So read the menu to make sure you are ok with everything. Great Experience!

What an amazing date night it was at PF Changs! Our service was amazing, and this lovely lady offered us to try these wonderful flaming dumplings! They were delicious and it was so nice of them! Definitely will be coming back! Fun atmosphere as well, and food tasted so yum and fresh!

You’re gonna want to make this your lunch or happy hour spot (or both)! The lunch menu is fantastic and if you’re there during the week, you’ll want to stay for happy hour. It’s a great vibe and the staff are all a blast. Both the chef and the bartender are in the pocket at this location, making you want to try everything on the menu. You might want to get your usuals but you’ll be doing yourself a huge disservice if you don’t try something off the seasonal menu. Highly recommend for an elevated mid day date. Menu, cocktails, setting and staff are all doing it (even the music in the background). 10/10

The food was on par with any other Chinese bistro I’ve ever experienced, but what really sold me was the patience and diligence of the people working this location. One man in particular, I didn’t catch his name but he was quite handsome, I think it might have been Kyle? Made sure that me and my two beautiful daughters were properly taken care of and tremendously catered throughout my stay. Hats off to him and the rest of the staff, definitely worth a try.

Our server Joel was absolutely fantastic, very attentive, patient with us having an 18month old at the table and still went above and beyond to be welcoming. The sole reason we will be coming back is to see him. The food was very good but that was the best service I’ve had since I’ve been to the bygone downtown

My partner and I went into P.F. Chang’s this Friday around 2:45pm and I have to say we had a blastttt. We came in with intentions to splurge and just enjoy the vibes and I have to say, we did just that and the team made the experience so much better. We ate the following from the Lunch Menu: (Be mindful - the lunch menu ends at 3pm but we definitely thought the portions were really good for 2 people and we could’ve ordered a lot less than we did lol) Honey Chicken with fried rice (upgrade) Honey Shrimp with lo mein (upgrade) Sesame Chicken with fried rice (upgrade) Kung Pao Chicken with fried rice (upgrade) Pork egg rolls Spring rolls Crab wontons Multiples of the Tropical Tiki (happy hour menu) Tokyo Mule (from the main menu) Lychee Cosmo (seasonal menu) Jade Mojiti (seasonal menu) Our server Costa was absolutely amazing. Costa was extremely attentive and made sure we were good at all times. Got our drinks out fast and was super knowledgeable of the menu (and the sauces - our favorite). We met the chef (I believe his name started with a J, but I can’t remember his full name right now) and he has brought some of the seasonal options to the menu and you can tell he’s knowledgeable about the flavors and so proud of his work (HE SHOULD BE). The managers Kevin and Tammy were so sweet and came by and brought us the Flaming Filet Wontons to try!! We remember Kevin from the Towson location so it was super nice to see him again and Tammy was just so sweet and a hoot! We also met the bartender who was POURING those drinks okayyyy. He made sure they weren’t watered down and the drinks were so beautiful and dressed with care. I have to say this was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at P.F. Chang’s and we will 100% be back to the White Marsh location. We were so in the moment that we only got one picture of the food and that was the flaming filet wontons and me getting excited about the Tropical Tiki lol. Next time, we’ll get on our zoom!!! Love their food! Always good quality & consistent taste. Our server seemed a bit overwhelmed & we sat without refills for the main course (maybe understaffing issue?). Overall though we were super happy with our visit & will come again.
