Best location I’ve been to! Pad Thai is delicious and all special instructions were followed perfectly. The staff is extremely kind and pleasant. Online order was at the estimated time. The staff even drew a nice little thank you note for us. You are appreciated! Thanks for doing what you do.

Had a great meal. This is my first time at this chain. You order at the cash register and pay. They give you a number and you find your own table and put the plastic thing with your number in front of your place. You have to get your own flatware and napkins. They give you a cup, and you get your drink from the dispenser. It's one of those drink dispensers with one nozzle and with a touch screen that gives you lots of choices of beverage. I and my wife had pot stickers grilled chicken with zoodles and basil. Zoodles are noodles made with zucchini instead of pasta. The dishes were delicious, and zoodles have less calories and less carbs than pasta. We each had a large, good tasting cookie for desert. So much for having less calories and carbs. The place is clean and neat, and our busboy, Thomas, was friendly and efficient. This restaurant is in a strip mall so there's plenty of free parking nearby.

I have never experienced such great service as I did tonight at “company.” My server was named Simon which he noted several times. He was a kind gentleman of short stature with a nice baseball cap. The noodles were spot on and I enjoyed browsing the menu for 15 minutes (great colors). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location. Please come here and say hi to Paul for me.

Edit (same day): I saw the owner's response and the only thing to make it 5 stars again would be to fix the soda machine. I also already gave a review directly to Noodles and Company from signing up for rewards. Sept 2023 Took my niece and nephew here over the weekend as they love Noodles and Company. 🍜 My brother doesn't so they don't go often haha. Upon entering, the store appeared clean and only 1 group was ahead of us. When we got to the front of the line, the cashier was very friendly and professional. She introduced herself to us as Mercedes (sp?). She was knowledgeable in explaining different options, and she took our order efficiently. 🙏🏼 She also brought our order out to us and was patient as the kids received their meals and utensils/napkins. Customer service was amazing so 5/5 there. 🔥 The food being 5/5 is that it was a good portion and it was served hot. 3 sets of noodles and pot stickers. Tasted good. 😋Know where you are and rate the food accordingly. I'm not comparing Noodles and Company to a Michelin-rated Italian restaurant. Atmosphere also 5/5. The restaurant appeared clean. The only issue was the soda 🥤 machine kept pouring soda for a couple seconds after the button was released and some options weren't available (this is like McDonald's and their ice cream machine? Haha.) Not enough to dock any stars. If you like Noodles and Company, this is a great location, and there are many other food and shopping options in the area. Have never been here before, and I was very excited to try one as I live pad thai. I took my 5 year old son because we were in the area for an appointment and he loves pasta. I ordered the pad Thai with extra shrimp and buttered noodles for him. My first issue was that for their kids meal, they only offered 3 side options; Applesauce, broccoli, and crispy treat from which kids can choose 2. When we got our noodles I was shocked to see buttered egg noodles! I'm thinking what the heck they must have gotten the order wrong because kids don't eat these type of noodles. I was informed it was correct. My son refused to touch the noodles and thought the crispy cake was disgusting. It was a $6.25 Applesauce because the rest was trash. My pad thai was okay. Very salty and not much like traditional pad thai but was at the least edible. The staff did not greet me or smile. They just seemingly move around begrudgingly through their tasks. I most likely will not return.

This is my daughter's favorite restaurant. Easy and convenient options for kids along with a variety of options for adults as well. I love the app so I earn rewards.

Always great for a quick bite - although there seems to be an overabundance of mushrooms (which can be withheld on your order) in their menu items. The staff at this MD location are among the friendliest and most accommodating crew I have ever met.

Disappointed with the food. Ever since Noodles went public the quality of the food seems to have dropped. No Siracha available. Come on Man!
