Since when did this establishment force customers to give a tip? I just ordered some food and the order would not process unless I tipped. I’m a very generous tipper at local restaurants because I get full service and I generally do not tip at fast food chains. I don’t mind tipping, I just do not like to be forced to tip. BTW, this is what you get when you order an overpriced $7 chili dog. I can get a better one @ 7-11 for $1.50. They did not have fountain drinks but did give me a warm bottle of Coca Cola. I’ll come back MAYBE in six months after I see better recent reviews

Found the burgers to be nothing special, their sauce ( if any ) was underwhelming. Their prices for the taste is overpriced. A top, the service definitely needs to be refined.

This is my first visit to this location, and I was really excited to find that we had one in Baltimore because I went to the one on Laurel regularly. However, I was not impressed. My vegeburger sandwich was cold. The bun and lettuce and tomatoes were cold. The burger tasted as if it had been warmed, not freshly cooked as advertised. Unfortunately, I felt the same about my fries. They were limp and dark, as a precooked fry would look. The cashier was friendly and took my order immediately. The table I sat at had a jammed napkin holder, and garbage was on the condiments counter from an overfilled garbage hole. I also had to repeatedly pump both ketchup dispensers to get a small portion or a sudden wild squirt of ketchup. There was trash in both stalls of the women's bathroom and a toilet seat on the floor. In order to use the sink, I had to wave my hand in front of the circle censor below the faucet. Waving one's hand under the faucet yielded no results. Finally, there was no hand towels in the dispenser. They do have indoor and outdoor seating, and an ADA compliant bathroom stall.

I ordered my burger today. Everything is burned. But my fries are completely cold. I have what appears to beef chips masquerading as burgers. I ordered a milkshake but did not receive one. Apparently the machine is broken. But I didn’t receive refund for any of it. A $10 “burger,” $6 fries, and $6 milkshake I didn’t even receive. Huge waste of money! I regret my purchase completely.

What an underwhelming experience! I had heard the BurgerFi serves a good burger, and having never been, I thought we'd give it a try. What we got was an overpriced, over-cooked dry meat patty topped with way-too-much thousand island dressing. The fries, though abundant, were limp and greasy. Next time we pass this way we will keep on going.

The plane is great! They have lettuce wrap burgers, and the burgers are amazing! So fresh and cooked perfectly. My go to is the ultimate bacon burger in a lettuce wrap.

What a waste of money, would of been better going to fast food. Burger was dry and overcooked, the point of using better quality beef (supposedly Waygu and Brisket blend) is to taste the fat. I honestly believe they just upcharge for the same patty, I couldn't tell the difference between mine or my wifes burger. Thought this place was suspect when they didn't ask how you would like your burger cooked. The soda machine was also just dispensing the syrups for all of the drinks in the machine so it was just a flat syrup. Really needed a drink to wash that dry burger down. French fries were cut odd as well, big fat steak fries and shoestring? Trash on the floor in the eating area, but then again they were probably short staffed. THERE IS NO LABOR SHORTAGE; I SELL MY LABOR TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER. They probably start off at 13$-15$ thinking thats awesome, thats not a living wage for a single person for a 1br apartment anywhere in America. Just another large greedy company that expanded too fast to maintain proper quality control. The bathroom was a joke too. 1 urinal and 1 toilet in the same room, so if there is a person in there on the toilet the door is locked effectively making that 1 person at a time. Too cheap for a simple stall?? To the person that copies and pastes the bland "thank you for the review responses please contact our customer.care" if you don't put the word Banana in there I won't contact your customer care. Act like they care about negative reviews but want you to go the step furthur and contact them after you already done left a review.

I went today for a Jr. bacon cheeseburger and grilled mushrooms and waited over 25 minutes…no updates from anyone…had to check on the food and found it just sitting on the ledge for pickup to go out to me…she handed me the bag and went to quickly check the food…tasted one fry and immediately saw that it was cold and not fresh…no mushrooms were added…asked for a refund that took an additional 7 minutes… they did not want to refund me at first but rather remake it.. why they would offer me that is beyond me when the first order took 25+ minutes…it’s not that good to be waiting that long for some fast food. I know the burgers are made to order but that wait time was excessive. Then in order to give me my refund they had to call the manager who wasn’t answering and finally they got in touch with someone and gave me a refund in cash…won’t EVER be back…rant over

I had a great experience here - the food was delicious, and Jose took his time to stop to make sure my friends and I were doing well and asked if there was anything more he could do for us. Would definitely go back for this stellar service!

The Rodeo Burger 🍔 was great! 😋 The service was awesome! 🤩 No soap in the bathroom. The seats in the dining area have no cushions on the metal chairs.

Please don’t go here! Watch their credit card machines, pressed no & was charged a $11 tip anyway. Had a $75 order & they refused to accommodate me for the $11. So I insisted a refund in which they refuse to give me the $11 back. Reached out to corporate & everything no response. I was a supervisor a very long time & never would I treat my customers in this manner. Went down the road to Geno’s and got everything I had here & extra and paid less money. I will be filing a dispute with my bank….. I contacted this company over 2 weeks ago! Never responded but left that reply it’s a slap in the face again….. I’ve emailed this company twice over a month ago with no response!! But they came on here & responded with no reply to my email

My daughter and I went to get burgers after a matinee at the movie theater. I got the Junior BurgerFi burger and a milkshake, and she got the CEO burger, fries, and a bottled water. I only gave it three stars because although it wasn't terribly busy, it was way understaffed. We got cold food, the fries were burned, and they forgot my daughter's water and she had to hunt someone down herself to get it. For $35 it was not worth the price. Maybe if the food was hot, but it wasn't. Also, it was not handicapped accessible.

Food was good. Burgers are not as thick as they advertise in the picture. And I got the swag burger. It was cooked very well. And very tasty. But it the burger itself was very thin. People there were nice. 1 guy seemed like he had a bad day it you could tell.

Yesterday was my first time trying this spot and I just had to come back and get two more burgers and fries this time the fries wasn’t all that good but I went back in and paid for fresh fries the other ones was hard I only took a picture of my sandwich sorry and that stamp on the bun is cool

The worker Malachi was awesome. He was very welcoming and respectful. I’ve never been here so i didn’t know what to order but he was very helpful and gave good suggestions. Such great customer service and just an all around great experience. GIVE HIM A RAISE!

The workers were slow and clueless.Waited for almost 30 minutes ,and no one else was in line. Cashier forgot to make milkshake, and began to socialize with customers instead of making my milkshake that doesn’t even taste like red velvet. The food ate though purrrrrrrrrr.

Overpriced underwhelming food. Burger was incredibly dry and salty. Fries were all that was good and even then they didn't have malt vinegar in Maryland which is a cardinal sin when having hand cut fries.

Had a taste for Five Guys and stumbled upon BurgerFi. Me and my wife were both pleasantly surprised! Burgers were great and fries were epic. I'll be back!

When you walk in this seems like a really great place. Its bright, well lit and has a variety of seating options. However, the service was not the best. I don't think the staff spoke more than 3 words to us, literally "are you together" while my boyfriend used the self order kiosk. I ordered the burger salad and was definitely disappointed in the size and presentation given the price. You had to dig to find the pieces of iceburg lettuce. The burger was served as a whole burger you then had to cut up, and all the other ingredients were also in whole large pieces. It made for a difficult eating experience with the flimsy plastic cutlery that is provided. I was still hungry when I was finished, which for a salad that cost $15 after adding bacon and mushrooms was very disappointing. My boyfriend got one of the burgers and he said it was really good. The cheese fries were pretty good, though they seemed oddly dark for fresh cooked fries. Overall, I would go here again, probably. But it wouldn't be my first choice.

Great experience with my family! Are here for the first time and everything was so good, clean, staff was great and the atmosphere was excellent. Jose came by our table to make sure everything was smooth and we were enjoying our meal, top tier customer service! Will definitely be coming back soon!

Malachi He is hands down one of your best employees! He greeted Ever one with a smile! And made sure are food was the way we like it! I would come back and order more food just to see him! He is awesome! And made my afternoon wonderful! Thank you for having such a wonderful employee!

Tired of the old burger places so I decided to try BurgerFi out. They are DELICIOUS! And it's actually a great place to eat at, I don't feel like I need to run away hole to eat my meal. Jose made his round and asked if everything was good and if I needed anything else. You don't get that much these days, he was super nice and friendly. Will definitely be back.

Pretty sure this place is running a POS scam. It's fast casual, but they bring your order to your table. Selected 10% tip at the register and was charged almost twice that. They wouldn't refund or void and reprocess the charge and said to call my credit card company or corporate. Someone wrote a review saying the same thing 4 months ago.

My meal was good. My CEO burger was juicy but I couldn’t taste the flavors. I actually ended up adding some ketchup. The onions were outstanding and crunchy. I loved them! Now I wish I had gotten the large order. The diet soda came with my meal. I loved how many flavors of diet soda I could select from. I honestly have never seen that before in Diet Coke. The condiments station and some of the tables & floors needed to be cleaned. It looked like they were a little short staffed. However, the cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me with selecting my burger. I didn’t pick what he suggested. I wanted to try something different. I am glad I did! The cashier was doing double duty because also brought my food to my table. I would absolutely come back again. This time I may try the deserts and get a frozen custard. I was being good today.
