Calls are screened before being transferred to the doctor's office which hinders being able to call directly. Frustrating! The Silver Spring administrative staff is the absolute worst especially the office manager, Ebony. Displayed unacceptable and poor customer service on more than one encounter. Never received call back from her supervisor, Caroline Silenas after leaving multiple messages. No follow through and communication with getting special authorization for specialized testing that the doctor referred so two appointments with the Radiologist had to be canceled due to not having what was needed for insurance allowance. Two prescriptions ran out after multiple calls were made to avoid missing any meds. I really like Dr. Pasinik, but it's too much of a hassle!

Their phone system is horrible. Setting up an appointment has become a nightmare. It can take anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes to actually get to someone who will schedule your appointment. In the process, one of the people answering the phone got nasty with me when I stuck up for myself and said it was taking almost 10 minutes, only to be told I'd need to be transferred again and wait even longer. I then tried to set up an appointment online, but the system was down and it prevented me from doing so for any of the doctors. When I finally got someone on the line to schedule the appointment, I felt rushed and uncomfortable, like she was doing me a huge favor and her compassion was half-hearted. I'm giving the extra star because the location can't be beat and Tess Lee is a fantastic nurse practitioner.

Comprehensive care...really? I just wasted 24 minutes on the phone only not to get anywhere! I sent a request to reschedule an appointment Friday 10/20, because the hospital wants me to be seen sooner, but did NOT get a response. I just wasted 24 minutes on the phone trying to reschedule my appointment with Dr. Shotashvili, at the Silver Spring office, but did NOT get anywhere either: What kind of medical facility is that???

I do not recommend this practice. The day of my appointment when I arrived they stated they do not accept my insurance. The most irritating part about this is- not only is this a rescheduled appointment but I also provided my group number of my insurance for them to verify that information prior. They also kept the wrong phone number on file so every time to tried to login onto the portal the system kept saying the information was not found. I called twice to have them update the information and no one did. Just for me to arrive at 7:10 am and they expressed they do not accept my insurance. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

My family and I are new patients of Dr. Shotashvilli. She is kind, caring and patient. The office runs effortlessly thanks to the entire staff from the front office to the back office. The staff is professional. It is also very convenient to have blood work done on site. Thanks for making our visit a pleasant one.

Dr, Shotashvili is the best. She listens. She tells you want you need to hear. And, I believe she saved my life. Hands-down the best doctor....

This was my first visit at their office. Dr. Pasmanik was very kind, personable and thorough. I felt that I was in very good hands.

Every staff welcomed patient with smile and their are very professional on what they do. They make sure the patient is comfortable and happy by answered all your questions. OMG! Dr Daniel takes his time with me explaining everything concerning my health. As well he answered all my questions.
