Had a great time here. My son was invited to a birthday party, and he had a blast! There's two separate bouncing rooms. You spend around 30m per room. The staff were very kind with ensuring the kids wouldn't run out the door. The inflatables were well maintained. The pizza was good, and the party favors were cute. Thanks for a fun time!

It was a great place to have my son's 3rd birthday. We did the early bird special at 9:30 in the morning so instead of pizza they served Bagels, cream cheese and jelly with juice and water. I also paid extra for a very large fruit platter, bagels and coffee-Completely worth the money in my opinion. When we got there, 15 minutes early like requested, I checked in, signed the waiver for my son and was immediately greeted by my party host. He took all of my decorations and party favors and said everything would be set up in the party room. All we had to do was have fun. They have an arcade area right up front so as the kids are showing up for the party they have something to do. Great idea and the kids loved it. Once everyone showed up there was a short safety video and then we were off to have some fun. We spent half of the time in one room and then the other half in another huge room filled with more great inflatables. After that we went to the party room where everything was set up perfectly! I couldn't have been happier. They supplied the ice cream cake with my son's picture that I emailed a week before, had music playing and a TV with snapshots from the party fun just a few minutes earlier. What a nice surprise. I purchased Bagels, a fruit platter and rented their Keurig with unlimited k cups for the adults. Not necessary but I'm glad that I had something because it was time for us to have a treat as well. There was plenty of parking, the kids loved it, my son was happy and I would definitely recommend Bounce U!

My family loves BounceU Elmsford! Both my son and daughter have had their birthdays there in different years and the experience has always been great. They recently updated eland refreshed most of their bouncers which is awesome because they were starting to show their age - not any more! This place isn’t super cheap but they do it all - food, cake, drinks, goodie bags - everything is included which is a dream for a birthday parent! Note that I asked to bring my own themed party supplies which isn’t necessary, but they set everything up perfectly for me! Show up and watch your guests enjoy!

Great for little ones! Toddler time during the day was great for a 3 and 4 year old! Also threw my oldest child's birthday party here when she was 3 and she had a blast!

I love birthdays at Bounce U. They're super organized, they take care of everything and the kids have a blast. Sometimes it feels a bit rushed, but it keeps things moving and the kids don't get bored. :-)

My daughter loves this place but the people running it clearly hate their jobs. No one will smile. The staff are more interested in looking at their cellphones instead of watching the children bounce and making sure they are safe. I won't say I wouldn't come here again. It's a fun time for my 5 year old. If you take your child here, be prepared to watch your kid(s) like a hawk. You are basically on your own.

I attended a birthday party here. It was fun, the kids had a blast and each coordinator assigned to each private party where very cool , thoughtful and hard working. The coordinator s made the private party fun! The best part was the glow zone! Where everything fluorescent glowed if looked carefully the scelera and teeth glowed and stood out , I guess you could tell who and who didn't brush their teeth! (Laughing to myself)awesome place for the kids , from the. Checking in , filling out a safety verification form, play time and eating pizza had a blast. They have bathrooms and a vending machine that sells liquids , water juice and Gatorade. I personally purchased a Blue flavored Gatorade for my child because they burn calories and get thirsty. One more thing they tire themselves out having fun, a nice warm bath or shower their jammies and lights out!

Look no further for all your birthday party needs! Certainly not the cheapest way to celebrate your kid’s birth but everyone will be happy, tired and fed by the time you leave. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and the ice cream cake is on point.

Jenise and Deacon were great party hosts. They were so nice and very accommodating. This is a great place to have a party and not have any stress with planning, all you really have to do is show up. Thank you for making my son’s 5th birthday so enjoyable and memorable! Highly recommend.

Visited for a party and had a great experience. They have added a play area for infants, so if you have multiple kids, no one will be bored. This place is tricky to find, but once you do, it's worth it. The best part is the 2 rooms they offer the kids to play in before they eat, sing and leave. It is a great way for the kids to stay entertained and not be become bored.

Had a wonderful time at BounceU in Elmsford! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Surprisingly, the place was mainly empty, which gave our kids ample space to play and have fun. They absolutely loved it and can't wait to go back.

Great place for my 6 year old’s birthday party! Kids had a ball, the staff takes care of everything and couldn’t be nicer. If you just want to relax and enjoy the party with no worries, this is the place to do it!

This was such a great all inclusive party! We didn’t have to bring or set anything up, there were many different areas and activities and it was paced perfectly. The attendants were very nice, played with the kids and kept things running smoothly. I loved how clean the facility was, all the way down to giving each child a spritz of sanitizer before heading to the party room for lunch and cake. We’ll definitely be returning for future parties.

This is our second party at Elmsford BounceU and each time we’ve been pleasantly surprised by how amazing the staff is. They make everything so easy for the parents of the birthday kid and do everything to make it the best party ever. Definitely coming back!

Our son totally enjoyed his 7th Birthday party! The staff were very professional, the party started on time, the add-on food was good, and the kids plus their parents had a blast. I highly recommend Bounce U!!!!!
