Clean environment and nice nurse, but she was very inexperienced. The nurse took no steps to ensure that there was no air in the IV line. When administering a push, you should always make sure that there is no air in the syringe. Overall, I just didn’t think this place was safe. I would prefer to get these done at a doctor’s office.

First time getting an IM injection. I got the b12 with Lipo and I am hooked!! I am not a morning person and usually need multiple cups of coffee during the day. Immediately after, I didn’t feel much different but the next day I literally jumped out of bed at 5am for work (no snooze for me) which never happens! I had so much energy throughout the day I didn’t even need coffee! No jittery feeling just pure, blissful energy. It has now been 3 days since I received it and I still feel much more alert, attentive and energetic than I have in a while. If you’re thinking of getting a b12 booster I would recommend getting it IM because it’s effects are longer lasting than when received through IV. The shot was painless and there was only some mild soreness at the site which went away with frequent movement of the arm.

Unfortunately I did not have a pleasant experience at Prosper IV Yonkers location. The nurse was nice and seemed knowledgeable. There is major building construction outside and perhaps inside and the constant banging the entire time was absolutely not relaxing 🫤. And a new girl was getting trained (streaming chatter).I left with a pounding headache, Be warned bring quarters, its meter street parking only.

My daughter was severely dehydrated from food poisoning. I called her doctor, who said that she needed IV fluids, either from the ER or an unrest care clinic. I called Greenwich ER to see how busy they were. I was told that they were full of patients with Covid, RSV, and the flu. I called a few urgent care clinics, and they told me that they don't administer IVs. I then called Prosper IV. They could not have been more accommodating, friendly, and compassionate. Even though their closest Westchester location to me was closed, they kept their other Westchester location open for us. When we arrived, we were greeted by the nicest nurse, and she up my daughter in a private room and ran 2 liters of IV saline at once. By the time she was done, my daughter's color had returned, and she was a new person. I can't thank Prosper IV enough for being such a lifesaver and providing an alternative to the emergency room.

After a bout of a GI bug, I was feeling punk so decided to give IV therapy a try. The staff was so knowledgeable about what I needed to put me on the road to recovery (I couldn’t get this at my physicians office ☹️). The experience not only made my body feel better, but my mind as well. The nurses were so professional and the atmosphere was so relaxing. I will definitely be back!

This was such a great experience! It was my first ever drip. The staff was awesome and down to earth. The facility is neat, clean, and well within the parameters of the current climate! I had the immunity drip with the B12Mic booster. I feel great today! I will surely be going back very soon!

Everyone at Prosper IV is professional and exceptional at what they do. Everyone is well trained, thorough, and very well experienced. I came in yesterday for the first time and was a little anxious for my first appointment. I was put at ease with my nurse and made comfortable when i found out she had four years of oncology infusion experience, I had a wonderful experience and will be recommending this place to everyone I know. You will always have a pleasant experience at Prosper IV.

I visited ProsperIV last night for an immune infusion and had Nurse Vivian who was SO sweet and professional. I’ve been feeling really sick and run down and she put together a great cocktail of vitamins and meds in my bag to help facilitate a faster recovery from whatever virus I’m dealing with. She placed the IV quick and painlessly. I highly recommend ProsperIV for self care and preventing illness and fatigue in the future. Stop thinking about booking an appointment and just do it! Your body will thank you 😊

I had the most enjoyable experience at Prosper IV today. The space is extremely clean, well designed, welcoming and, most important, expertly run. Smooth and easy sign up, check in and payment. A professional nurse is present to talk you through the process and ensure everything is done to medical standards. Staff was super helpful explaining options and assessing what treatment is right for you. Pricing very clear. Our group of three sat together (properly spaced) and had a chance to catch up. Great experience and really relaxing in these stressful times. And good for you too!! Will be back.
