Coffee labs is THE coffee place in the sweet sweet town of Tarry. The roaster is always on show roasting their coffees right in the store, and the shop is always lively with customers which is saying something in a town as small as this. Its a beautiful shop with 20 years of serving their community. A lot has changed in recent years especially with that big beautiful new bridge of theirs. So it’s comforting to know a local coffeeshop thats been around for two decades continues to thrives. Kudos to yall and heres to another 20 more ✊🏽☕️🎈

Coffee labs is legendary god status. F a chic white walled cafe serving counter culture w/ 4 ounce spro shots. For real this team IMO is a large part if why 3rd wave coffee exists in the greater metropolitan area. From sourcing, roasting, pouring and overall ambiance coffee labs has created something special. Thanks for setting an example and bringing consistent top tier quality. My only suggestion is to implement an education program to retailers you’re wholesaling to. Anyone serving your delicious beans professionally should do so professionally. Legends!!!

Warm cozy coffee spot roasting beans right in the dining room where you can watch. Highlights include The Bad Dog cold brew Latte. The Good Day Sunshine Smoothie which is a perfect summer weather refreshment on a hot day. Service is friendly and attentive and note that a long line is not a worry. These folks keep it moving.

Absolutely fantastic coffee, creative coffee drinks, wonderful staff, and a beautiful space. Now that I've found this place, I'll be regularly driving 30+ minutes (each way) quite happily. Impossible to go wrong with any of their roasts, but the El Salvador Honey is something really special. Update: Not only is the coffee delicious, the baristas make it beautiful with foam art!

Showed up and they were closed for a few days, would recommend calling ahead to confirm they’re open. Went back and the guy at the register was amazing, friendly, helped me pick out a couple pounds of beans for my chemex and espresso setups at home. I also got a fantastic cappuccino and espresso while I was there. The colombian lactic is magical. The roaster guy was a bit rude, honestly, but was very friendly with the white guy behind me. /shrug I love that they roast it right there in the shop though!

A great place to go and experience coffee! You can drink coffee, buy coffee (beans/ground), watch it roasting in the big roaster on display or simply inhale the aroma of fresh beans. I bought two different kinds of coffee here (see photos) and will certainly be coming back once I experiment with grinding and brewing these coffees. Strongly recommend it for all budding coffee enthusiasts.

Really good coffee, not like Starbucks who's coffee is terrible. Tons of choices and they have good smoothies which my daughter loved. Clean bathroom is always a plus too.

I was visiting Tarrytown and I heard a lot of good things about this coffee shop. It was quite busy and I know why. The coffee is very good, strong and smooth. They have lots of other types of drinks, as well as some pastries. The decor is nice and the service was great.

Great place to stop for a cup of coffee! Tried the great pumpkin latte while on a day trip up to Tarrytown. There was a line out the door but they kept the line moving fast. The great pumpkin latte was delicious and had the coolest latte art I've ever seen. The barista poured a jack-o-lantern on my latte.

Cozy little cafe with a vibrant atmosphere, friendly service, and diverse menu. Seating could get a little tight, so cross your fingers when you walk in. I was lucky to find a good window facing seat, but I saw a number of folks that walked out because it got so tight for a moment that there was not even a room to stand. Can totally understand why. I loved my coffee, croissant, and overall experience. Would happily visit again.

Coffee was great - large menu (smoothies to coffees to tea) to choose from. Service was on point even though it was super busy. Parking was free today (New Year's Day) but it's usually not - it's on street and metered. The area is easily walkable if you have to park a bit away. There are baked goods until they run out and the cranberry scone I had was tasty! Coffee roaster for viewing along with a dog statue that the kids seem to like. Bathrooms available.

Coffee Labs is the best spot for caffeine in the Hudson Valley. Hands down. The team takes their coffe beans seriously. Pastries from local makers are an extra bonus.

On a rainy day, staff was friendly and cordial. Many options on the menu for your caffeine dreams. Plenty of patrons frequenting this local shop for the ambience and company. Open on a Sunday in the inclement weather. Don't pass this one by.

I live in a neighboring town and I'm jealous that Tarrytown gets at least two awesome coffee spots (along with muddy water) when my town doesn't even have one. Anyway, excellent iced coffee here and nice atmosphere.

Excellent lattes, both hot and iced. We’re coffee snobs and this shop rivals our favorites in Beacon (Big mouth coffee) and NYC (stumptown). They roast coffee on site and sell merch and other local goods as well. Highly recommend. Bonus for having good quality plastic straws…seriously cannot emphasize this enough!! I also love that they have simple syrup as many places only have white sugar, which does not dissolve in my iced drinks, as well as various powdered toppings (like cinnamon) at the creamer bar.

I have not yet been here in person, but had to rave about their coffee. Being a decaf drinker, it is not always easy to find delicious coffee. I happened to see this brand in my local supermarket, and, being a dog lover, decided to try their Maya decaf after reading the description. Oh my goodness, the most delicious coffee!! I am going to try to get to the store in person but in the meantime I highly recommend their coffee!

Excellent coffee and great vibe! A must stop if you’re in Tarrytown

Honestly one of the best pumpkin-themed coffees I have ever had. It tasted like a melted pumpkin cookie injected with espresso. I’m not usually a fan of very sweet coffees so it’s weird explaining it this way, but it was very very delicious. The atmosphere is very quaint, the art hanging on the walls is for sale and the roaster is actually roasting the coffee in real time. The shop itself is relatively small, but there’s plenty of seating, if actually didn’t feel crowded at all.

Small but perfect, great coffee and great smells when the roaster is busy.

A small but sweet local coffee shop located in Tarrytown. Fresh coffee was very tasty. They sell freshly roasted coffee beans.

We LOVE this place. Phenomenal expresso drinks and funky, friendly atmosphere. Been going here for years. Bit noisy when they’re releasing and cooling the roasted coffee beans but totally worth it to smell that and watch the master at work. Food choices limited to the yummy pastries in the case. Oh, well. You’re there for the coffee and vibes. ;)

They pay attention to detail and it makes your drink feel extra special. The only downside of this roaster is it queue. Once you order, there's no reasonable place to wait. Quick fix I'm sure, otherwise an absolute gem of Tarrytown!

A truly wonderful coffee shop that’s beautifully designed with a great atmosphere. When you walk in the aroma of fresh beans immediately hits you and you know you’re in for a treat. I love the chai lattes here and the fact that you can purchase coffee blends and loose leaf tea to take home. I especially recommend the Yellow Lab tea blend with vanilla and coconut. No matter what you purchase you’ll bd sure to have a lovely time with wonderful service. They also have cute merch and are adorably pet friendly! What more could you want?

Coffee labs roasters is a cute little coffee shop in Tarrytown. We go there once every few months to get their freshly roasted beans. They source them directly from suppliers in South America and Africa and roast them in house. They have several different varieties from various farms. We also get a cup of hot drip coffee when we get the beans because, of course. They have some pastries for purchase to go along with your coffee and everyone is so friendly! With a cute logo like they have, how could you not be!

Nice, warm and delightful atmosphere. Coffee is great and staff is super kind. Their almond croissant was delicious as well. I was so excited to have this coffee that i forgot to take a before picture lol Please come by and visit this cute coffee spot. Plus they roast coffee beans in the room so it smells like heaven.

First time visitor, this is the small town independent coffee spot every other place aspires to be. I visit new places all the time and recently went to small coffee shops in Miami, Atlanta, Alexandria-VA and D.C., and kept trying to find a place like this one. Quaint place, local, humble, easy going crowd, lots of families and kids (it was 11:10am), a few people on laptops, parties of 2 talking, etc. Most importantly the baristas were informed, but not arrogant or aloof, the two I interacted with were friendly, and when I asked how the espresso was roasted, the female immediately answered “Medium”. And this was on a pretty busy morning with a line almost to the door. The coffee itself is very good (I paused drinking it to write this review before I forgot the details). I had an iced latte with oat milk and the proportions of espresso to milk and ice was perfect, something lots of places seem to struggle to get right. I will also add the price was somehow kept below $10, incl. tax, with an iced latte with oat milk and a scone, which was a nice surprise since often these days just adding oat milk at most good places pushes you up over $7 to even $8 at some places. My daughter has soccer practice nearby, so I will definitely be back, very soon again.

We were in town for a little bit and this spot was on our list. Loved their Coffee and their Sipping Chocolate. Oh and their chocolate chip cookie!! Con: their wifi wasn't working and was trying to catch up on work 😅

Excellent local roaster; whole beans are roasted in small batches in the main dining room. I buy whole beans here for grinding at home. (Try the Cascada from Nicaragua). There is on street parking for ADA customers - there is a blue sign parking space just out front of Main St. just west of Broadway. Please note there is a sloping sidewalk outside the entrance and a big step to negotiate in addition to a heavy door. (See photos). I spoke with an owner/manager with feedback on accessibility. There are no accessibility features at the entrance but staff can be ver helpful. Please phone the shop and let them know that you need help entering. They are eager to help! Muffins a bit dry and crumbly. I’d stick with the coffee. Good exhibition recently on neurodiversity. Please can you consider disabled customers as well .
