Rushed into a booth by the hostess. Table did not have any place mats or utensils. Probably was just previously use and not cleaned yet. It wasn't that busy. Nice atmosphere, and seating was comfortable with good lighting and music. Glass over plastic cups was a nice touch. Food & drinks was up to par. Ample parking. Overall service could of been better. 08/06/22

3.75 Stars. I've said this before, but will repeat, you can only hold so much until things start falling off. Customer Service: Very Good! Food: Was a bit less than par. My experience is; when a menu is too broad nothing is great. Only par. But we had a couple of fails with the food. Eggplant Chicken Was a rubbery. Over cooked, or perhaps reheated? The steak was good on one place then no taste on the next. I was puzzled. Bathrooms: Were very clean! As I have recommended to clients in the past, it's better to master a dish than to not be known for any. Cut down the menu and focus on making a couple of great dishes then a plethora of boring ones. I would recommend the managers to read the story of Dave Thomas... Return Factor 75% Recommended a Friend Factor 50% The reason for the high stars was for the customer service.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Port Chester Coach Diner today! Excellent service from Jesus, and a delicious meal from the kitchen. We could barely breathe between bites, everything was cooked to perfection! We will be back for sure next time we are in town.

absolutely horrible service the waitress was rude and snobby, she rolled her eyes when i asked her for ranch for my fries and even added a 18% gratuity for herself. I ordered a week later and asked for a tex mex burger only to be given a carolina burger instead. will not return !!

I've ordered from them many times the food is great most of the times except when they make mistakes because they can't understand your order most of them can't speak English. I've ordered at least $60 worth of food that was incorrect over done or hamburger under done completely rare which I didn't request, as well as steak dinners missing items. They never want to fix their mistakes they just hang up on you or try to avoid the situation. While your money is gone and you still have to eat. Not good company.

When a parking lot is empty, especially at a Diner it's a sign to turn back. The staff is attentive and the portions are big but the food is subpar. I ordered the Ruben which was dry and came open faced . My husband ordered a tuna melt and ate 1/2 before declaring he wanted to leave. We won't be back nor would I recommend .

Came here with my girlfriend. She ordered a side of bacon which we noticed had a hair fused with bacon. I expressed my concern to our waiter originally but he just removed the bacon from the bill. He seemed unapologetic to our experience. At the register I told the young lady to our experience and advised to tell the kitchen to wear hair nets. She as well did not seem sincere on her apology and kept looking at my girlfriend hair. You can clearly see the hair intertwined with the bacon. I will not be returning to this place.

This diner is okay. It's basically the quickest place to grab a bite to eat before a show at the Capitol Theatre, besides the pizza place up the hill (which is actually much closer). It's clean and relatively quick and relatively inexpensive. The people are nice there. I usually just get a BLT because I don't like to eat a lot before going to a show, and they are pretty good.

Great food. Friendly staff adequate parking. Reasonable prices. Wide selection of daily specials as well as house regulars. Downside is getting in and out of the parking lot due to excessive traffic along the street. All in all a great place to eat though

They were open late real late which was a plus, we were hungry. The food was great they gave us nice size portions for the price, service was good. The diner was nice and clean and inviting hadn't been in a long time but will visit again.

I always try to see the positive in things… but this was just a bad experience. I ordered a medium steak and eggs. This was over cooked and flavorless. Ketchup, Tobasco and A1 were all needed to take down this steak. I’m sorry, but this was not a good meal.

I just moved here. Took the family out for lunch. No one was standing near the waiting area. Waited at least 10 minutes for someone to come over to take our drink order. Ordered food and that took at least 45 minutes to get to us. After our drinks were served to us, our coffee was never served with the rest. Had to wait five minutes after our drink have arrived. Waiter Never checked on us. Had to get up twice for a drink refill and to see where the food was. Two tables with sat after us and have already left and we still haven’t got our food. Manager never came up to us to apologize for anything. We ordered a meal that came with soup and we never got it. The tab came out to $140 and the food was terrible. The wait wasn’t even worth it. I would not recommend it.

I have been going to the Port Chester Diner for years. Every time I go and whatever I order such as a turkey club cheese omelette or cheeseburger deluxe it is delicious. The service is also good. The staff are friendly. I would recommend this place to others.

Greek omelet with home fries for me. Steak sub for friend. Food was good but a bit bland. Service was top notch: friendly and efficient. Prices average for full service Diner. Great place for an anytime, anything meal.

It's a diner and the quality of food exceeds a standard diner and as a result 5 stars but even more so is the service. There was a slight error with my black forest and the staff made up for it and then some. Overall, a great experience. Thank you!!!

I eat a lot of breakfast out at diners. I was a cook for 14 years. I have never been more dissapointed at a diner for breakfast. I ordered eggs benny. The meal came with cheese sauce insteade of the usual canned hollandaise sauce. That was $16. The creamers were all curtled like they never refridgerate them. I also ordered banana raisin french toast. No bananas and the inside of the french toast was mushy bread and raw egg. I do not recommend this place. Go to the mcdonalds next door. Dont support this place.

As far as diners go, it was good for the food. It is an extremely Latino place with everything except the menu in Spanish. But I enjoyed the food and the visit was pleasant. Service was good.

Hair in my food. Waitress' reaction- "its small". She thought I was just mentioning it with out wanting my back. Had a stare down and she finally offered a new meal. I said great- she went to the lady at the register who seemed to have an issue but I still got my order. Overall the experience wasn't great.

My wife and I split an Omelette and French Toast. The Coach Diner is worth a stop. It's just off 95.

Was amazing! Great food and our waiter was on point. We are from out of town and wanted something more then fast food and this place hit it nail on head hard. We will absolutely be back if we are in town again.
