Three burgers three fries and 3 sodas for $60.00. I could almost deal with the price except I asked specifically for no onions on one Burger and they put onions. I asked for 2 tiny vinegars for each fry and was told the limit for my $60 order was 5 tiny vinegars cups.i used to love five guys. I won't be going back anytime soon!! Hope I didn't Bankrupt your corporation because of the Huge Vinegar cup I got.

Best burgers!!!! Better than Smash Burger and even Shake Shack and I am a fan of Shake Shack. What stands out above all the other places is the high quality and freshness of the beef to the buns to the fries to the large variety of fresh toppings that you can customize, plus you are seeing it prepared in front of you and not hidden. The entire operation is exposed to the customer who can see and hear the employees interact with each other and managers. Everything is made hot and fresh and the food is consistently good and their service is fast friendly and outstanding. The restaurant is clean neat and organized making visiting and dining a pleasure. The menu is uncomplicated and gives you just the right options and choices for a great freshly made burger, hot dog , fries, or shakes the way you want it. Love it!!! Keep up the great work.

I am extremely puzzled by what I paid at this place. The prices have sky rocketed. I got a LITTLE bacon cheeseburger and regular fry and my cost was $17.36! I did not even get a drink!

Whether it's eating there or getting it delivered via UberEATS, it's 5 stars for 5 guys. Everything is always hot,fresh,and tasty. The burgers are banging, the hot dogs are great, and the fries hit the mark.I never liked their fries cause they were usually a greasy and sad mess. I wanted to revisit them for the review and I was happy with everything! Nothing will ever beat McDonald's fries but these def rank up there.When ordering to your house the burgers and dogs are wrapped in foil which keeps it hotter longer than just using paper. Will always go back.

They had wonderful customer service, and were very understanding when I told them that my mother had to have her hair dyed and that me and my brother had nowhere else to hang out and EVEN GAVE US A FREE THING OF FRIES so big thanks to Jason for being a very wonderful human being

The burgers and fries are great. I haven't been there in a few years because i can't bring myself to pay the prices. I just stopped in with my son. Got 2 bacon cheese burgers and two small fries. Bill was 28.15 that is unreal. And that's without drinks. 5 stars if prices weren't so high.

I admit it, I'm biased. I like Five Guys no matter what. Nonetheless I use the app to order my food, and while I got there early it was easy to see that the staff is very friendly. Everything was prepared exactly the way we ordered. As delicious as ever.

Burgers are made-to-order, fresh and juicy. Fries are salty and excellent. The atmosphere is somewhat lacking in comfortability. The decor mostly consists of the company advertising itself and showcasing reviews as if the customer needs reassurance that the high price tag is justified; perhaps even a bargan. This is a great place for a good traditional burger, but at the current price point it becomes more of a treat than an everyday haunt, however I defiantly recommend a visit.

Terrible greasy food, the prices were ridiculous. Two small cheeseburgers, small fry and small coke $27.00. I could not believe it. Go to McDonald's or Burger King you will be happier. Never going back!!!

Rude employees. Didn’t catch their name, but one of the employees caught an attitude with me when asking if an order was ready for pickup. Their response, “did I say it was ready?” Really caught me off guard.

I do not usually make reviews. I have had five guys on numerous occasions. I have also ordered from this five guys and ate in the restaurant multiple times. The food is usually fresh and great tasting. First off usually the burger and fry bag is usually in another big bag and sealed with five guys red stickers. This was not present and the bag was wide open. This did not hinder me from eating the food but it causes safety concerns because no safety seal was present. For whatever reason this delivery did not meet expectations on the burger end. I have to note I have NEVER had an issue with a five guys burger. A lot of meat has been getting recalled in the past month and food safety should be big concern. After a couple bites I noticed right away that something tasted off. The first thing I noticed was that the onions were super bitey and almost sour so I took them off. I then noticed the meat also tatsed off even the patty on the bottom that had not touched the onions. The slight sour taste of the meat was noticable to me right away as well as the smell. As someone who has worked in food service most of his life I just wanted to make you aware that the onions were probably on their last legs and the meat had probably started to turn. Rule of thumb is if something smells sour or has an off odor even a little bit throw it out. Please be more careful in the future.

Good management and team communication when they are getting hammered by customers. Never had an order wrong and always good food.

Do you guys know how soggy your fries are? Are they always so soggy, or did I just come on a bad day? Mine were gross; I couldn't eat them. The burger was good though, so my rating averaged out to a 3.

Andrea was incredibly kind! My wife is pregnant and was craving fries. We went in at closing and she kept reassuring us that it was fine and staff was extremely friendly.

Ordered delivery through the app tonight and my burger had 2 of the maybe 5 toppings I ordered. I called and the person I spoke with was fantastic! They weren't able to have a new burger delivered since it's done through door dash, so they refunded me. When I reordered, my food arrived correctly and with a $15 gift card. Thank you! :)

Great cheeseburgers but the fries are even better. I like knowing that our food is made to order and is, therefore, never cold. The employees seem to really care about customer service.

I used to work at this location for 4 years, and 3 years at the Easton location. (left company 3 years ago)… I always love a good burger but the workers are truly incompetent. I used to run shifts like it was nothing when I was a teenager. Today I worked from home, so I ordered Uber Eats (had an amazing driver), I called the restaurant to specify I wanted a side of Cajun, extra cheese, and extra jalapeños as I couldn’t adjust it on the app… they repeated everything multiple times, and I got 4 small jalapeño slices on my burger, and vinegar side instead of Cajun. The vinegar spilled out the side of the container because it wasn’t secured properly, as soon as I lift my bag up all of my fries drop out of the bottom of the vinegar soaked bag onto the floor. If you want competent workers handling your food, I suggest you go to Airport Road. This location has really gone down hill since I left.

This place is not a regular for us as we are trying to eat healthier, but it never disappoints. My online order wasn’t ready until about 20 mins after it was supposed to be. I wasn’t upset as it took me a bit to get there; but they were apologetic and put a couple of scoops of extra fries in my bag. It was enough that I could heat them up for the kids to have with lunch the next day! Delicious food, tastes fresh, nice people. I’ll be back for our annual meal next year :-)

This place used to be amazing but now the gm has completely ruined not only the customer experience but the workers experience. Stephan is quite easily the singular worst manager. Passive aggressive. Constantly in an authority battle with people that he hired in the first place. He’s just an overall bad boss. If you plan on working here. Strongly consider how much you can tolerate because he will patronize you until your eyes start bleeding. He rude. Arrogant. As for the customer experience his workers are basically robots. If you even try to have a conversation with one of them, basically just asking about their day he shuts that down immediately. This store is the epitaph of corporate business. It’s very unfortunate.

I have been coming to Tilghman location for awhile and know the General manager Stephan from visiting have always had great services but Sunday 4/30 was the most passionate welcoming and farewell. I ordered with my family and the greeting was very warming and the whole crew did an amazing job of handling customers. Great job to the manager (Carlos) because he was on point with everyone order and his farewell was kind letting us know the fries are hot
