Eternally fresh. I've gotten my hair done both by Enzo and Aly, and both always seem to have psychic powers due to getting it more than right every single time, even surprising me with how great my hair turns out. They really know how to take your face into account when styling your hair. Couldn't recommend enough to everyone.

The front desk experience was below average- to many oversights and too much sharing of their personal life I was not interested in hearing, felt like a therapy session… I was rescheduled, showed up on time but they were late in opening, and and I had to wait…No one seemed to recall I was there prior for a pre- appointment to confirm I wanted Keratin…Enzo was better but not by much- he was clearly skilled but the product was too much hype for a final bill of $500+…I did everything to a T and 6-weeks later, when I showered, my hair was back to tight curls- what a disappointment…I’ve been to the best salons in South America and Europea- this place falls short.. European Concept? In name only! Don’t go here unless you don’t know about quality or top notch service.

New to Lower Macungie community my husband and I were looking for a barber/hairstylist. We found European Concepts in South Whitehall Pa....A great experience everytime..Enzo to me is a master at his work!! both my husband and I get our haircuts from him and his staff members are very nice! Never have I ever asked a stylist to cut my hair in a way they think would look best and have them do it 100%. Enzo cut and colored my hair into the best of my life- and I have had some good hair stylists over the years. After the first visit, my hair was easy to style in several different ways (it is short) and stayed as I styled it. I mean even through two hours standing in the blazing sun sweating my buns off. Co-workers continually stated how incredible it looked. I just went in for a second appointment and damn if I thought the first look was good, he outdid himself. The color is beautiful and so very ME. The cut is edgy and stylish. I struggle with body image and to look at my hair and love it is a gift. Enzo is a true artist, understanding not only hair but also the client as an individual canvas. If you want the best look for you, you found the place to go. Thank you, Enzo!

Nancy is amazing! She’s been doing my hair for the past 3 years. When I started going to Nancy, my hair was dry and brittle. She brought my hair back to life-taught me how to care for my hair and bring back it’s health. She is ALL ABOUT HEALTY HAIR! She has a gift for listing to her clients needs and wants and meets their expeditions. I love my hair color and feel alive! I also love the fact that she only schedules one client at a time; safety for herself and her clients is top priority. I’m forever getting compliments on my hair, and forever grateful for her and her talent!

I highly recommend European Concept Salon; the staff is courteous, friendly and go out of their way to ensure you feel comfortable during your visit. I have thick wavy hair, and it has been challenging to find someone who knows who knows how treat my hair; Nancy cuts, colors and styles my hair to perfection!! My hair has never looked or felt better! It is the healthiest it has ever been, due to Nancy's expertise and the excellent line of hair products exclusively available at the salon.
