This was a complete surprise that everything h we tried was on point! We were taking in some of the local sites…Hello Rocky Balboa statue and steps!) and wanted to find somewhere to eat within walking distance. Bad Brother popped up and was literally just a couple of blocks away. Other reviews mentioned that the menus is small but done really well and I couldn’t agree more! We indulged in fabulous cocktails 🍸 and their amazing cheeseburger 🍔 that was out of the world! Thankfully, we saved room for the Pear 🍐 & Ricotta Doughnuts 🍩 with a Pineapple 🍍 glaze! I promise you will want to save room for dessert! The staff was amazing 🤩 too! It was a cool neighborhood joint that we will go back to again!

Great bar with great bar food! Lots of beer choices. The burger was excellent and served with yummy thick cut fries. Thick cut fries aren't always my favorite, but these were crispy, potato(y) and delicious. And the chicken wings were some of the best wings ever, a must try. The owner Nick chatted with us a bit and was super nice. Go here! The photo of the wings look better in person than the pic because the people I was with grabbed them before I could get my camera out.

The sausage roll is truly incredible. You cannot truly understand until your first bite but it is exceptional. Burger was pretty good, fries were excellent. Great service and great beer selection as well. Highly recommend.

Had a hunch Bad Brother would be a gem. Staff was super friendly. Beer list was top notch, including hill farm Anna and tonewood mas fuego. They also have a good can list. The bar is tight, but they do have tvs for some sports and an impressive cocktail list we didn’t get a chance to try. The waiter suggested the Sausage Roll and Wings. The sausage roll was out of this world and they wings were the perfect combo for crispy and saucy. If you’re in the neighborhood this place is a must. Intimate, trendy, cool.

I was a little confused about which exit to use when I saw people using both. I wasn’t sure if one entrance was for the upstairs apartments but the front entrance is for the bar area which holds about 16-20 chairs and the side entrance leads to a seated area. Bartenders were great and based off the surrounding conversations, I could tell that this was a little neighborhood spot that the locals like to frequent. Artwork on the walls is available for purchase by a local artist.

Vegetarian perspective Really only one vegetarian option. However, it was good and I liked the vibe of this place. Very unassuming from the outside but busy inside! Service was great, impressive drink menu. I got a sour beer and a cider. The dessert pear donuts were amazing too! Vegetarians/vegans, just make sure to check the menu ahead since options are very limited.

This unsuspecting restaurant & bar is a hidden treasure. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. The staff is the most welcoming you will encounter in the city. Seriously. Everyone was friendly and instantly made us feel at home. The bartender Grace was delightful and eager to make suggestions. The menus is small and the food prepared to perfection! I cannot say enough about their wings, sausage roll, and the fresh donut rolls for desert were off the chain! Go here. You are missing out of the best of Philly if you don’t.

An absolute hidden gem, and one of my favorite spots in Philly -- for the friendly vibe, the personable service, the beautifully curated beer and wine lists, and the always exceptional, absurdly delicious food. Perfect spot for happy hour, a foodie-favorite dinner experience, or anything in between. Highly recommended.

People believe nowadays you have to search far and wide for the next great thing. Bad brother bucks the trend, offering the best neighborhood spot around that is accessible to all! Want a quick bite late night? Boom, the bad brothers have your back fam with a menu full of stables and new eats. Want a romantic drink on date night? This special, one of a kind U bar is slinging out the best drinks around. Want to watch the game with some wings? Look no further, these wings will knock your socks off while you sit back and watch your team win it all. The staff are the friendliest bunch you could ask for and always have a smile on rain or shine. I couldn’t be more proud of their success and it’s a testament to their hard work and spirit. Bad brother is one of the best gems in the city and I can’t wait for others to enjoy it as much as we do!

I took my friend here for his birthday! I told the waiter and they brought him the apple cider donuts. He loved them ! I will definitely be going back. Thank you for the lovely food, drinks, and atmosphere.
