This has become a regular spot for both my business colleagues and my family alike. Recently they made a mistake with our steak and the staff rectify the mistake and gave us a credit for another steak on the house. The owner Brian make sure He came over to make sure our steak was made to perfection. Thank You for making my family feel welcomed at your restaurant.

Visit this Outback Steakhouse in Bethlehem PA for the first time. 6:30pm on a Saturday night and was shocked how smooth service went. Our party of 6 got refilled on time and apps came out perfect timing compared to entrees. Blooming onion and deep fried mushrooms were perfect. Each it’s own dipping sauce. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. Denise was an amazing waitress. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths and was cooked exactly as we specified. Absolutely the best meal we had while. Highly recommend!

Middle of the pack chained steakhouse. Good for large groups. Food is acceptable if you hit it right; else it misses the mark by a mile. Known for blooming onion and shrimp appetizers. Service is acceptable. July 2022 update We got an Outback gift card, so were obliged to make a visit.... The food was still subpar. The blooming onion was still drenched with fat. Perhaps worse than normal since it was fried in very old oil, giving an after taste long after we were done swallowing. The prime steak sandwich was soggy, the ribeye steak was bone dry and overcooked, and the Caesar salad was lumpy, full of wilted vegetables. Our waiter forgot one of our side dish, but we did not care to mention.

Went here on my birthday. I had the steak with coconut shrimp. It was delicious. Also got the boomerang set of margaritas and a classic margarita, very tasty. Would love to go again.

Good service from the staff otherwise would get less then 2 stars. Save your $ and go to Texas Roadhouse literally 1 mile away. The food is much better. Even the giant fried onion that the outback made famous is done way better at Texas roadhouse. Sometimes you cant get to Peter Lugers or Delfriscos so the best bang for you're buck for "chain" steakhouse around here is def the roadhouse.

I really enjoy the meal. The steak was prepared correctly and the loaded potatoes were delicious. Server was nice. I will visit them again.

Visiting from out of town, not my usual Outback. The food and service were great. Every one in my party loved their food. I had the Toowoomba Salmon and it was excellent. My father and mother in law come here all the time and love it.

Although we’ve been here before I felt motivated to write a quick review after last evening’s visit. Took my son to celebrate his successful sophomore year at PHS. The food was really outstanding. Brian (owner) thoughtfully came by to ask about how my son wanted his prime rib prepared. Our server was efficient and friendly. Great experience!

Always a very nice restaurant to enjoy a good meal with plenty of options to choose from..great service from all of the staff members as well.

The hostesses barely acknowledged me as I entered. No "Welcome" or "Hello". My waitress (Jen), however, was super fast and friendly and I was greeted as soon as I was seated at the table. She made sure the food came out hot and fast. I had the sirloin steak and coconut shrimp combo. Steak was cooked perfectly but the shrimp was slightly overcooked, as the coconut breading was very dark and looked singed. But overall the food was very good. The atmosphere was comfortable. The only thing I wish the Outback would have is some type of padding on the benches in the booths.

A quiet Monday afternoon lunch with a bunch of friends. We were greeted with a warm friendly smile and hello and were seated. Our waitress was patient and allowed us time to catch up first before ordering drinks and food. Had a few different menu items that were very tasty and served hot. From salads to French onion soup to the burger, prime rib sandwich and grilled chicken to the fries, everything arrived well spaced out and was served hot. Again just to reiterate, it was a Monday afternoon at noon and wasn't overly busy. We meet occasionally from around the state so this was a great centralized spot right off the highway. We will definitely be coming back.

My server and the owner made me feel so good..the food was great but the hospitality and the customer service will make me come back again and again. I came with my nephew. The owner even laughed while I threatened him (jokingly. Not the owner but my nephew) I felt at peace and happy. And that server was amazing. My peach cocktail was everything. I tipped 40% bc it was well worth it. Go there. Even the host has a happy presence. It makes you feel welcome. Thank you

I'd give a 3.5 if possible. The food was good, service very friendly. Was a little disappointed from the bloomin' onion, was a bit too long fried.

People that have children should make them behave. Bouncing off the partitions and yelling are NOT acceptable behaviors. It really spoils it for the other patrons. Our server was fantastic! Trish was very friendly and attentive, but not overbearing. I would definitely request her the next time we go there to eat.

I usually enjoy getting curbside from Outback, but today was not a good experience. My order wasn’t ready until 20 minutes after it was supposed to be. When I arrived home all of our dishes were cold and below their usual standard. I feel like I wasted $60. The person working curbside was very pleasant but clearly overworked and not supported. Not sure I will order from this location again.

Our server ELYSE was so professional, accommodating, thoughtful, informative, knowledgeable, friendly, attentive… Can’t say enough good things about how pleasant and wonderful she made my husband’s birthday celebration today. This outback steakhouse has terrific overall service and atmosphere.

Decor was nice, Service was quick and nice. The New England clam chowder was absolutely delicious. The negative was the quality of the prime rib. It was not as tender as I get elsewhere. I ordered it medium and the prime rib texture was more like a steak texture, somewhat grainy and not as easy to cut as a high grade prime rib. The horseradish cream sauce was tasty. I could go again and just order a different entree.

Can't find any reason to complain. The service was well and the food was filling. I don't mind the greasy appetizers here and there. All was well!

Last night was by far the best experience ever. I went with my family. The food was excellent, the cocktails were amazing, and our waitress was polite and very professional. I’ve been a customer here for 10 years. Can’t wait to come back!

The atmosphere was good. The restaurant was a little chilly however and we were not sitting by the door. I got an 8oz sirloin and coconut shrimp. The steak was very chewy. I had it done medium well. The server was very pleasant and attentive!

Do you think this is a good cooking steak? It is really over cooked like a charcoal. Their service is not bad. The pasta is good. It is called a steakhouse, but the steak is disappointed. We had been there two times, but no improvement. I suggest the Chief should watch the video of Gordon Ramsay how he cooks a good steak.

New bloomin shrimp were really good. They left a tendon in my steak but the awesome waitress quickly got it fixed. Great service! Will be back

My partner and I came in Friday afternoon for Valentine’s dinner. We ordered appetizers, dinners and a dessert. All was delicious! I want to shout out this awesome waiter B.P. - he was on top of everything. Hint hint…he’s only been there for a week. You would never guessed he’s a new kid on block! Thank you! We will be back.
