Imagine ordering what was pictured and getting what’s on the right.. I called and spoke with a manger and was told they don’t heat up the lasagna because it would “melt” the to go containers so they just put the container on it to melt the cheese. Lasagna is melted cheese if you can not provide that why sell it? Why not disclose this on the website before someone orders? I paid $15 for a lasagna TV dinner basically 🤢.

I love Olive Garden and this location has been one I've visited for over a decade. 🍝 I can't say I've ever had a bad experience here. Although, there is typically a long wait time if you come here during dinnertime (much like any restaurant), but I usually call ahead to reserve a table. The waitresses are super friendly and the restaurant is cleanly. I'll probably visit here 'til either they close down or I die. 🤣

Worst experience at a restaurant ever! The waitress was brand new & was left by management alone &unable to forfill her duties. She was so not ready to be on the floor so much so she messed up my dinner order 2 times!! The kitchen manager came out offended & rude after the 2nd time. I was in shock! The manager was treating me as though I was wrong. I previously was patient and so nice to the girl, now I'm just hungry. 😑 the kitchen manager Theresa was trying to make us pay for what was left on the table, a meal my boyfriend stopped eatting when my food never arrived correctly, a salad 🥗 and 2 breadsticks & my undrank coffee. The service here needs fired & the owner needs to really step in and make sure in their business is being done right! I would never dine here ever go somewhere else yall. 256 olive garden in Pickerington, Ohio.

Greeted upon arrival! We had THE BEST Customer Service! Our waitress was phenomenal! We ate in shifts- some family members came around 5:15 others @ 6:30- celebrating my birthday The whole staff was very accommodating! Everyone enjoyed their food! They have a NICE menu! Place is clean and many places to sit. Lots of outdoor parking.

Absolutely disgusting! Me and my boyfriend came to Olive Garden after the movies, everything seemed fine at first, until my food came out. They gave me the wrong order, and the smallest steak I've ever seen. And when they gave me the "right" order, it was still pink on the inside! Fine cool, they took it off. I was over the experience and ready to go. My boyfriend said the food didn't taste good, as well as them not giving him the drink he ordered. I asked the manager if anything, could we get a discount for the food. She made a disgusted face, and said "Well I can't give you another discount because I already took your food off, and he finished his plate." OK cool, understandable. The drink was taken off, we paid, and left. As soon as we got into the car I asked him if he was okay, and yknow what he did? Threw up, all over the parking lot. I went straight back in and demanded a refund. The Manager was completely unprofessional and rude. They left for a while, and finally came back, the manager and a group of waitresses. She gave me a snappy comeback, telling me for future reference to have him speak up if he doesn't like it. Don't belittle me after giving my boyfriend food poisoning! Once I finally got my refund and that unwanted advice, my boyfriend soon told me they were watching him outside of their window, of him puking up more of that disgusting food! Absolutely terrible service, unprofessional workers, do not come here whatsoever. Tomorrow I will be calling corporate. So we dropped in to Olive Garden here in Reynoldsburg Ohio at on the east side of Columbus Ohio. It is the same great chain that we’ve all come to love but this one is a little bit harder to get to with the crazy roads they have over here so that is a bit of a drawback. It does seem just a little bit more Richie in this neck of the woods than most locations that I’ve been to an Olive Garden. I mean it’s still inviting nice but it’s right off the highway and there’s a bunch of trash from the highway In the area. Was very happy with her time to get seated considering it was 5 o’clock on Sunday evening it was very prompt. I have a lasagna and I got to say I loved it but I did ask for some extra red sauce that they forgot and the lasagna is always a bit dry this being no exception it really wasn’t quite up to par. I mean it was good I’d give a seven out of 10 I would’ve been better with the extra red sauce and if it weren’t quite so dry. All in all we would definitely give us a fair to good recommendation if you’re in the area. It’s definitely worth trying at least once

Very bad management. Wouldn’t let us share food. We were harassed by the manager looking like a Barbie doll and she accused us of doing stuff that was never even said. Just a terrible overall experience I do not recommend this place. Have a great day everyone except for the manager. Also Rachel is a very hard worker did an amazing job.

This experience at Olive Garden was hands down the best I’ve ever had. Everyone was so friendly at the door and we were seated right away. Our server was Tay I believe and she was so sweet, energetic and helpful! She gave us a super yummy appetizer recommendation of pepperoni cheese sticks, keep our breadsticks stocked and was informative about the menu. We both got the tour of Italy and it was amazing! We made sure to tip her big because she really made the entire experience for us. 5 stars all around !

Place wasn't over crowded for a Saturday night. Great wait staff, clean and friendly. Kids menu has big portions. Drinks are reasonably priced.

Enjoyed a nice meal with family, Alfredo was nice and Steak cooked as requested, the watermelon Sangria was wonderful. Marsala was over seasoned no real Marsala flavor no mushroom flavor. Chicken and shrimp carbonara could have used a little salt. Service was excellent.

We had a group of 8 women that went out for dinner. Our server was kinda slow. We had to find her to place our order. I found that unusual. Our food was satisfactory, but it was so loud in there we couldn’t hear the folks on the other end of the table. Be mindful of this if you’re celebrating a birthday with a group.

From the time we walked in till the time we left it was awesome. They came to the table and sang Happy Birthday to my granddaughter. The food was hot and delicious. The portions were amazing. First time there and will go back Great customer service

Everything about our meal was very satisfying and relaxing. I really appreciated our server's attentiveness. I was also very impressed by how well the building, inside and out, was maintained. Their landscaping was gorgeous!

Had a double birthday celebration family dinner with 4 adults, 4 toddlers. They seated us in a semi private alcove which was perfect! Food was great as usual, server was fantastic. They gave us free dessert for 2 and sang HBD. Perfect outing.

Quality has gone down but that's nationwide so I won't fault this location. What I will fault is THE location. This was the hardest Olive Garden to find ever! It's way back in the cut along a driveway that seems to end. We finally found it obviously but my goodness they need WAY better signage and more lights so people know to continue driving

The best restaurant experience we’ve had in a long time, all the employees were very kind, the food was delicious and came out very fast. And our waitress Christian, was so friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience and was super refreshing given the lack of good customer service in general everywhere lately.

We had a great experience up to the point of receiving desert. There was a hair in my strawberry cake. They did take it off of my bill bit due to the fact that I didn't get to enjoy my desert I feel like they could have done more.

As much as I love Olive Garden it saddens me to have to leave this review. Eden was our server, let me start by saying service was slow, she was alone with to many tables, front of the house chitchatting away lol. She served us and then MIA, soup 1st after salad no breadsticks but got Alfredo. Got 1st round of drinks Italian margarita was juice and then did not even bother to ask if we wanted something else to drink, we was dry eating lol she did pass us a few times. Did not even bother to remove our menus. Then a few servers was right in front of us talking personal and they can see us dry nothing but conversation was more important. Worst service bar none. next time he’ll no never again.

Pretty good, enjoyed the place, saw a lady with a small dog, I don't know if it was a service dog but it was cute. Food is tasty, after dinner chocolate mints tasted great according to my brother, however, I disliked them so to each their own. A little steep, but it taste pretty good!

The food was hot, well prepared, and to us in a timely manner. The staff was attentive and family. The restaurant was busy but the wait was only 20-25min which was surprising for a Sunday even. Kudos for the staff's efficiency!

I ordered "to go" for the family after a long road trip. The food was good. Olive Garden is quite expensive now and so I don't eat here as often as I could. No complaints about the service. I pulled up, checked into spot 8, and the server came in quite quickly with our order.

Loved the "Tour of Italy" entree. Delicious! Lasagna, chicken parmesan, and fettuccine Alfredo. I didn't think I would like Alfredo sauce, but I truly enjoyed it! The portions are a very good size, I needed a carryout! It's not fine dining, but it is a good spot for a good meal and a great salad!

It was OK I thought our service could have been much better, after all it was mother's day. He acted like from the beginning we wasn't going to tip! I live on tips myself 1st mistake is to count any dollar bills before you have made them.

Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. My family went to celebrate a family members graduation we had a large party the young man that was assigned to our party was trying his best he was terribly overwhelmed you can certainly tell I asked to speak to the manager I explained the fact that there was 3 people in my party that had not received their dinner she had an I don't care attitude she never apologized for the horrible service we received needless to say I winner go to this location ever again or any other .If you dine at this location do not have a large party just a heads up.

Went there for a bday party and had the new Chicken Marsala Pasta. It was really good and our server was nice.
