** DO NOT RECOMMEND** I would never order food from a place where the person cooking the food is down right disrespectful and rude to her customers. When someone comes to your business and the first words out of your mouth are just rude and nasty... Then I'm guessing your food is going to be nasty or you gone do something to my food. I’ve been on the hunt for great Oxtails outside of my usual go to. I decided to try Nana’s through door dash. I thought the oxtails were okay, I felt like I got more loose piece of meat in the sauce versus the actual piece of the oxtail. There wasn’t a lot of oxtails for 20.00. The peas and rice also okay. I didn’t realize when I ordered that I didn’t need to order the rice separate so I ordered a side of yellow rice also which was very good, cabbage lacked some seasoning. I’d go back to try something else on the menu but I wouldn’t get the oxtails again. All together with delivery I spent 30.00 for one dinner, for that total cost I was expecting to be blown away that didn’t happen. I forgot to mention I stopped by the actual Nana’s food truck durning the week for the oxtails and found out that they only serve them on the weekends, the staff was very nice and pleasant so much that I tried again a few days later through door dash

We absolutely love this food truck!! Jen is so polite, professional, and down to earth. My favorite is the Jerk Fries and my husband loves the Jerk Plate with the greens and rice & beans. The patties and fried rice are also pretty good. The portion sizes are very generous especially for the price! I always have leftovers for later or the next day which is a bonus. We will continue to support this business.

Now this review is long overdue! Idk about the one star ⭐️ reviews but let’s start with the prices it’s very affordable, I have ordered from here twice ! And both times I have felt her energy through her food , she always writes positive messages, food is flavorful I have not met her my husband always go get the food but today I was working at my job close by and ordered the wings and I fell in love again ! KEEP UP THE WORK GOD HAS THE FINAL SAY ! The food is off the charts 10/10 across the board 😍 thank you so much ! I’ll be back

If you happen to be in the town, don’t miss this local joint! They offer delicious yellow rice and jerk chicken with great flavors, and their service is pretty nice too.

The food I ate was delicious I had the Ribs. These ribs were the best tasting ribs that I have ate Unsauced. The seasoning was excellent. However i was having faith there would be more meat on them.The sauce on the ribs was very tasty.The rice was tasty they used olives in mine. The greens was not the best I ever had although tasty.

"We don't have this or that... we don't have change". I'm sure operating a tiny food truck with 3 people crammed inside can be challenging, but you have to plan for the expected. Stopping by the bank to get change for your customers takes very little effort. Not to mention, rude staff. Very unpleasant atmosphere. Take your $15 and spend it at a real place.

It was fantastic! We are so happy we stumbled upon this awesome food truck and will be going back soon! I'm serious....THIS is what's up!

My bf and I come here for their Jerk Chicken fries! I never wait to long and they brought my food out to me last time plus they always right a smiley face and note on the box haha love it ~find their black truck at the Advance Auto Parts on Gender right by Lowes ~

I think my son said it best. "We need to find the fountain of youth and give it to this woman so we can get this amazing food forever" the patties are great but the deep fried ribs are incredible and ive never tried that wasnt really really good. For a food truck parked in an auto parts parking lot this is rock star jamacan food like you'd get in a shack on a beach in the carribean.

I had a strong craving for some jerk chicken, of all days on a Monday that happened to be a holiday. I knew my options would be slim, and my go-tos would be closed, but this restaurant/truck pulled up on UE so I had to give it a try. I was a little nervous about the patty - hadn’t seen one that color or type before but it was not bad - just different. But, I also tried the Nana’s Special and the flavor of the rice in it was amazing! I hoped for a stronger jerk flavor on the shredded chicken but it didn’t stop me from enjoying. Expect ample servings (even the patty was huge), freshly cooked food, some unique flavors and a kind handwritten greeting on the top of your container.

No pictures because I devoured the food immediately. I'm from out of town, came to check out Otherworld Industries and this was the closest non chain restaurant I found nearby. Quite possibly the best meal I've had in my life, I had the beef patty, and a curry chicken burrito, everything about it was delicious!! Can't recommend this place enough, I'm considering a trip back over to this area just to try all the different Patty's :)

Everything was decent besides the patties. The jerk didn’t really taste like jerk but it was decent. As for the patties. I literally had to spit them out. I eat anything even if it’s nasty but those patties I had to spit out and buy gum to get the taste out of mouth.

My cousin and I were driving by and decided to stop and check out Nana's patties, they did not disappoint!!! We both tried the beef patties and fries with the nana sauce......we were blown away by how good the food was!! We will definitely be going back to try some more from them!!

The food is great! The jerk chicken was falling off the bone and seasoned just right! She’s a very sweet person and can tell she cooks with love! 10/10 would recommend!

Dude knows how to cook some amazing chicken. We just found our new favorite spots. One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time.

I haven't had a good beef patty in 5 years. The last time I had one was in New York. I found this location just by driving by. Let me just say they went above and beyond my expectations. This place is great and I 100% will be returning! The woman running the food truck was very pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend this place!

Best Jerk Chicken I have ever had!!!! Nana's takes all the best things from soul and Caribbean food and makes it a unique and amazing flavor packed beauty! We drove around 2 hours for food like this and we will do it again! I would recommend this food for anyone and everyone, especially the Sweet Potato pie! I went back for two extra slices right after I finished eating!

Today was my first time eating here and it was absolutely delicious.... I couldn't make up my mind if I wanted to go to my regular place or try something new and I'm glad I tried something new!!! I had Jerk chicken with Mac & Cheese and Collard Greens. I will be back.

My fiancé ordered the fish n chx. He said the fish taste like soap and like it was microwaved. The mac n cheese was DRY (to the 12th power) so was the fried chx (not as bad as the MAC). The cabbage was on point tho. The bbq chicken was good. Needless to say we wasted $45 and we will not be going back
