I was excited to take my son here because I frequent here often and I love the food. We arrived and ordered food and drinks and was asked by the bartender if we were gambling and we said we weren’t. I didn’t think it was a big deal because there was at least 30 slots wide open. She got very awkward and suggested in a few words that unless we were gambling we should take our food to go. I felt very insulted and my son suggested we should just go. Is money for food and drinks no good here without playing a machine?

They have thee best chicken wings in the valley... if you just the plain ones with a side of ranch you will not be disappointed... amazing flavor... 100% dee-lee-cious!!!

Used to love this place until Mike was hired here. I walked in with two friends to get a bite to eat and some drinks. Now mind you, I have lived here for three years and NOT ONCE has this happened and I go approx once every other week. The place was empty yet we were approached and asked if we were there to gamble. We had two that "might" gamble but the third def not. They then "suggested" us to go else where!! They were going to get "really busy" and they don't want anyone in there just to eat and drink. They were sure we would be happier if we went to another place. Well, we stayed, two of us playing, the third sat at the corner with no slot machine. When we left, there were still plenty of seats. Boycott the place! If you go in and see the district Manager there, Mike, turn around and leave!! He's the one that enforces this asinine rule. So let us stick together and try to get rid of this guy so we can walk up and enjoy a bite without the hassle!!

Love this place! It's been a long-time fixture in the neighborhood. The bartender Nicole is amazing- attentive, funny, and doesn't hover over guests.

The manager was very disappointed respectful. I'm a veteran of this country and a type one diabetic, I carry a pack on my back with the supplies I need and might need an emergency. Again as I retired Vet I know that there are exceptions to the rules. He kicks me out, so I go to the parking lot, he proceeds to keep harassing me. Yhen I tell him he should nominate himself for employee of the month for doing his job to the most, then he 86 me and said he will call cops on me if I show my face there again. Pleas any Veterans that do visit this establishment please stop, support your local Veterans.

They have the worst possible person working at the sportsbook counter. That old man is super rude, unfriendly, unhelpful, and just seems miserable every single time I go in. No matter how friendly I am. Def should think about changing faces up there. I can’t imagine how many customers have this same vibe about him. Makes me not want to go in and it’s my closest sportsbook. This is why I just started adding $$ from my phone. Im not even the type to leave reviews but it’s a constant thing with this guy. Gave a sour start to my birthday morning.

Geat place if you want to hang out near an open fire. Staff was friendly, a bit pricey & limited options for food. But overall great place to visit.

Came in for food got some of the worst service I’ve ever gotten and no food. What an experience… First off ice is extra my ice tea was hot tea in a plastic cup. Food was all over cooked till it was hard and everything was incorrect for what was ordered. Both bartenders were rude as soon as we entered the building. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

How do I start this review, the service was the worst I have ever experienced. The bartenders were both talking about smoking meth. The food took over a hour to come out and was all wrong , over cooked. We were threatened with them calling the police for asking for our food to be made correct. Save your money go somewhere else

We used to stop in here only 3 times a year usually later evening. We would game a bit and have some food. Nothing remarkable at the time struck us about the place. Around 2020 we started coming in on a more regular bases. Like lots of things in the world sometimes if you just keep showing up it gets better and better. After just a few weeks we started getting greeted by the bartenders by name, sat down and they had my regular drink is sitting waiting. Actually all the bartenders are great, get to know them a bit because you will find a favorite or two or three. What you read about Mike the manager is completely false. The only time you get 86'd is if you truly are a problem. He is a great guy. Yeah sometimes the food will take a bit longer than maybe you would like but that can happen anywhere if the cook gets a bunch of orders at one time. Sit back and chill. 99% of the time the food is great and you get it plenty fast. Food portions are large. Gaming is gaming, there are limited seating positions for non-gaming, but what do you expect, it is a Casino. Don't feel hurt because the business try's to keep games open for the guests that are gaming. If you are sitting in front of a machine not playing why are you there? Move over to one of the non-gaming positions, the game you are sitting at may be a favorite of the next person that walks in. Stop feeling entitled. The regulars come in all types, this is a hugely diverse crowd of people. I will tell you everyone of the regulars are good people and are friendly. Don't judge, trust me. Is this a 5 star Michelin rated place, no. Is this a safe place, Yes. Is this a place that you can show up, have a good time and food, Yes. I go here with my wife all the time, one of our favorites.

It's quiet if you like that kind of atmosphere.

I've never before been to a place where your money is not welcomed...but this is the spot. Unless you're explicitly gambling, they don't want your service. Apparently money spent on food and drinks doesn't spend the same? BTW they were mostly empty, however they only have a couple of spots that aren't "reserved for players" and otherwise...they don't want your business.

Great atmosphere..friendly service. Bartenders are excellent. Great food and quick service. I would highly recommend this restaurant/ bar. Machines are very forgiving and let's you play.

I do not recommend going to this place at all. My friend’s mom went to get chicken fingers from here, and as soon as she stepped and asked for a menu Mike (the manager) hollered at her in front of everyone calling her drunk and unruly and out of control simply because she asked for a menu. There was no need for Mike to publicly ostracize her, so this is rather inexcusable behavior. Additionally, I assume that Mike has a tendency to only display rude behavior towards mostly middle aged women looking at the reviews here. Take the information that I previously shared as you want, but don’t go here if you are expecting a warm welcome.

Came in to do a register for a betting app and came in the evening. The bartender was Great and very polite and a patriot helped with the process as well I felt very welcome at this location I have never been to. If this location was even remotely close to me it would be my new spot and would recommend! Thank you for your kindness it goes a long way!

2 yrs ago I retired from bartending at a wonderful bar I'd worked at for almost 20 yrs. At one point the company had 13 locations around Las Vegas. Since 92' we've lived in Green Valley but always hung out where I worked with my coworkers and customers. Decided let's try somewhere in the neighborhood bc of so much roadwork and traffic btwn here and Tropicana and Eastern. CVV ( Casino Valle Verde!) We love the way we're treated! All the bartenders and many regular customers made us feel at home from the first time we went to there to drink , eat and gamble. They have a Willam Hill Sports book and approximately 75 machines and daily offers for players card members. You'll never go thirsty as they're on it! We take my 93 yr old father in law and they make sure he's comfortable. He is! We are! They treat us like royalty. Like we've been going there for yrs! Absolutely wonderful place ! FUN! I can't say enough about how generous they are. Only 2 miles from home w little traffic in btwn. I don't drink but Don and Dad do and I drive. Dad says it reminds him of Cheers as everyone welcome's us by name. I don't see us finding a better place to play and already feel like family. Outstanding!

Great selection of machines and friendly bartenders. A Sports Book is a nice addition. Also have reasonably priced reastutant. I'll be back.
