not a bad place but the room was lacking... one side of king bed had NO outlets and the nightable was actually in front of a closet so had to be moved. bathroom, i wonder why the toilet was within inches of the tub/shower when there was at least 3 feet of space on the other side and 3 towels for 3 days?

The staff was just amazing, my family and I were in town for a funeral and I cannot say enough about how sensitive and concerned the staff was Toffi was just beyond amazing. The rooms seemed to struggle a bit. They definitely need new mattresses and upgraded toilets. Most of the mattresses either felt like a rock or like springs with no padding. The toilets were slow to flush or seemed clogged just after peeing in them.

Usually I expect more from a Marriott property, if its a 3star, but this place is dog earred , musty, smells like stale cigarette smoke, covered by febreze, carpet mangy...mattress is shot and saggy....coach smelled like old stale beer....someone stank up thr elevator w cigarette smoke, .very small for a suite, time for a refresh...might have been a nice property?, but its run down now...I don't understand the 5 star ratings? This is a 2 star Hotel...

Accommodating and friendly staff with convenient location for those not wanting to be on the strip. However you can tell they allow pets as the rooms have a "pet" smell. Personally I want my room to have no "scent" and if it does should smell like bleach

Staff were all very friendly however our room was dirty, the sheets had stains, there were not enough towels in our room, our toilet would not flush, our room was not equipped with hand soap to wash hands, the mattresses were very very hard, the walls are paper thin and you can hear all of the conversations in the halls and in the other rooms, the couch bed mattress was stained with blood, the indoor pool was under construction and closed (which was one of the major reasons I chose to book this hotel) (my kids were extremely disappointed), our room was very close to the elevators and we could hear the chime of the elevator all night long, and the layout of the room was terrible in that the tv was not easily viewable from the beds. Honestly, our stay here was so bad that we seriously debated leaving a day early and driving the 7 hours home so that we could avoid having to stay in this hotel for one more night. The only thing we liked about this hotel was the location. I think it can go without saying that we will never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone.

This hotel stay of 6 days/5 nights was highly disappointing. We booked 3 different rooms and each one had issues so it’s safe to say this is not a one off. I will stay far away from this place and Marriott in general going forward. I think the front desk staff was kind but did nothing to resolve any issues. -room service was NON-Existent! When you check in they tell you they only come every 3 days. Which is a complete joke to begin with. If we are paying for the room we should be able to have service in it. Anyway- our entire stay they never came once. Even when requested. Garbage was never taken out- we ended up taking it out ourselves. Day 3 I asked for room service and they said no, day 4 they said they only worked part of the day, day 5 I saw room service walk down the hall, check all 3 of our doors, cross off her list and walk away. -Breakfast is disgusting- that is if you were lucky to get some. Everything ran out daily, one day I happened to get the prepackaged breakfast sandwich (horrible by the way) but took one bite into it and it was still frozen! I almost broke my tooth on the frozen egg!!! Juice was always out, milk was expired. -constantly having to walk down to the front to get towels was a joke. Since they don’t believe in room service in this hotel it is completely on you to get clean towels and they never come to pick up your old ones. -one of our rooms had dirty sheets and pillows on the day of check in and they said they could bring up bedding for us to change it ourselves. -cigarette burns in the carpets -rooms are not cleaned from each guest. The mirror had stuff smeared all over it. The sink full of other people’s mess. It was GROSS! -The showers are fixed with a zip tie so kids can’t take tubs. You can let the water heat up without it coming out as a shower full blast. It kept causing the floor to flood, but no towels or cleanup was available -beds look and feel like they are 20 years old. Hard as rocks and lumpy. The pillows are no better. Plus they have hard security tag type things attached to them. -one room lost power in the bathroom and was told to keep resetting the breaker -another room had the power for the key go out so we couldn’t get back in the room and after going to the front desk 3 times and having her tell us it was user error we finally figured out what the issue was (no thanks for the staff) -a/c in the other room kept going out

The room (double queen beds) was very cramped and the design was weird with the TV in the middle of nowhere and we could not even switch rooms because apparently housekeeping had gone for the day even though it was only 4:50pm. We literally just checked in 5 mins before we requested for the change. This price is not value for money, ($300+ before tax). FYI we are Marriott Gold member. One of the worst we have stayed in over the years. If you have to choose Marriott, go with Residence Inn instead.

When we walked in staff was unkind, then we checked into the room and were in the elevator, there is a strange smell of vomit and holes in the wall. the room was gross. drips and toothpaste all over thre bathroom wall. the shower and toilet are secluded in their own room, the room was full of mold. the mirrors looked the they hadnt been cleaner and the cough had crunchy white stuff on it.

BE AWARE AND PREPARED VISITORS. Reserved a King suite a month earlier and was only told at CHECK IN that there’s no room available. No notice ahead of time at all. Even got an automated email the day before check-in saying that ‘Check In For Your Upcoming Trip’. How ironic. EXTREMELY RIDICULOUS. The only solution they had was to move us to the TownePlace Suites for a double Queen at the ‘same price’, which I didn’t even know if they are the same value or not. Oh well, they did try to make up for that by giving us some tiny bottles of water. The front desk staff was nice but the hotel management was a mess. Sent a complaint to Marriott but haven’t heard anything back from the ‘executive team at the hotel’ for two weeks. Not expecting anything right now but wanted to warn everyone, this is not the hotel where you book a room and you get it. NOT GUARANTEED.

Good clean rooms. But the pool was across a busy parking lot and you had to ask for a key from another buildings lobby. The location was in a chill area of Las Vegas. About 10-20 minutes from the strip, depending on traffic.

Jeremy H. checked me in on the afternoon of July 30th and was very professional, informative, and extremely helpful with signing me up for benefits and rewards moving forward. The hotel itself was very well kept with great rooms and the hot and cold breakfast was fantastic. Especially the eggs, which in some hotels are just terrible. June was the name of the gentleman who was running the breakfast area; very friendly, and stopped to talk to me in the midst of easily 50 plus teenage foreign students slamming themselves into the breakfast to eat. The staff handled that rush great; there never appeared to be a lack of food or drinks.

The service was really amazing. The front desk manager, Tofi, was very sweet and understanding. Showed kindness to my large family exhausted from a long day of travel. The hotel is also very nice and clean - we enjoyed the rooms. Thank you!

Hidden gem of Las Vegas & Henderson. If you are Muslim, bring your cleaning supplies to go over everything plus the travel size of body wash, shampoo and conditioner for your hair. I brought my slippers and robe because they do not have any. Their little snack area needs to be better stocked with organic & calorie-conscious TV dinners. Overall, a 4.5 out of 5

Very nice hotel and in a fantastic spot to stay away from the dirty parts of Las Vegas. Surrounded by clean streets and newer neighborhoods.

I reserved a room 2 months ago and they cancelled my room less than 16 hrs prior to my stay through an email due to electrical problems that they were having. Very terrible way of informing their guest who were driving from another state to stay. I was very frustrated as a mother traveling with children for a tournament. I will not be booking here again.

We got this hotel to be close to Cornerstone Park. It's convenient for shopping and food. My only issue is I called the front desk in the evening asking for extra bedding and they didn't show. I had to call down a second time. It was nearly an hour before they delivered, and I needed to get up early.

The hotel was a very quiet comfortable accommodation for our four nights. With in walking distance of a few restaurants made it an ideal location. There is no lounge or restaurant nor casino, so if it’s quiet you’re looking for this is the place. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I just want to say super thank you to the front desk worker that helped me during a travel ordeal and I wish I remembered her name! But I got stuck overnight and all the hotels were sold out and a cancellation just occurred and I was able to get booked overnight for my 6hr stay after a long day - it was super appreciated. Plus my baggage was in my final destination city and the front desk was able to provide me with essentials for the evening. Again thank you!

The beds are hard, the walls in my room have smudges on them, and everything just generally looks like it needs to be upgraded. The lobby is okay. Even though I had a mobile room key and had checked via the app I was asked to show my ID when I entered the hotel before I was allowed to go to my room. All in all okay, but I’ll be looking for a different Marriott the next time I visit the area.

I was very impressed with this hotel. My family has been to Vegas many times and we usually stay on the strip where you have to pay for coffee and food. I was so happy when I was told there was free coffee!! That’s important to a mother traveling with their child. Also, Jeremy at the front desk, was so helpful and understanding with my situation. We needed to extend another night and he was very accommodating. Fantastic customer service.

Room was neat, clean, stocked, and comfortable. Located in a nice area close to restaurants and fast food joints, security would go around the parking lot often. 3/4 because of the annoying parking fee and the pet fee. $35 - $50 would be understandable, but $150 pet fee?? That's insane. The room alone was $150 and on top of that another $150 for a pet fee. Couldn't cancel because it was non-refundable. So costly, but it was a nice stay for the night. Clean, comfortable, quiet.

I had a problem with the TV connecting to WiFi which they resolved by replacing the TV for my second night. The AC unit in the room puts out a foul musty odor and the light in the mirror was not working. The people at the front desk were fantastic though.

Great hotel. 15 mins drive from strip but very clean, spacious rooms, Decent complimentary breakfast. This is mostly business hotel but if looking for quite night and good sleep. Do book this hotel. Only thing is that they could add more vegan options in breakfast but rest everything was perfect.

I had the pleasure of staying at this location for over 6 weeks. I don’t like staying in hotels for long periods, but the room was nice and cozy, and had all the amenities I needed. What really made me love the place was the staff. One staff member in particular, Nathalie, went above and beyond to make sure my stay was incredible. Anything I needed, she was able to assist with. I’ve already had 3 people book and stay at the hotel since I left based off of her hospitality. Thank you to Nathalie, and the rest of the staff for making my stay comfortable and being so warm and welcoming!

We decided to spend two extra days after convention our original spare was at MGM Grand we wanted to get away from the strip and the smoke this hotel I had a vacancy we came in it was OK to spend a night you don’t really get the excitement of a hotel I did like that breakfast was included which had one day the second day I did not go. I did not get the room service in the morning when I called, and they said you had to request before 8 AM; the only thing we can do is give you towels or pick up the trash. It would be nice if they informed you when you come in that room services only if you requested

Staffed are all friendly and greets the guest. Especially Sophia who is very helpful when you inquire about anything you need to know. Housekeeping crew are great and they tried hard to keep the rooms clean and in order. June and Debbie are both friendly and tried to please the guest to make sure breakfast are all in order and pay attention when it's time to refill the container of hot food, coffee, bread, fruits, juices, etc. They pay attention to details and keep the dining area clean. They both patient with other guest who just likes to complain and whine about everything. My husband and I witness some bad behavior from some of the guest. We hope the rooms need some updating and replaced beds, better linen and coverlet and most of all need to replaced carpeting with laminate flooring just like what other Marriott chain hotel.

I Love this hotel and that is not an understatement in my 15 years of life I’ve been in lot of hotels but none of them have been as good as this hotel. the rooms are so nice, so comfortable when you walk into your room they have this nice ambient music that’s very comforting. I’ve never felt this comfortable in hotel, even walking through the halls is nice they have encouraging things on the walls and the architecture in the lobby is really cool. and the staff are so kind the front desk guy is really nice and funny. And there is plenty of room the room we had, had 2 big beds and a big couch 2 people could’ve fit on each bed plus the couch pulls out into a bed. Even the views aren’t bad. I have major anxiety about doing things on my own and I have had no problems going to get a snack in the lobby by myself or going to a family members a hotel room a floor down. It’s very comfortable honestly I wish we stayed longer! 11/10 would recommend

I stayed 3 nights. No housekeeping or re-stocking supplies. Housekeeper refused to clean the room after I requested service 2nd day. Short staffed. Breakfast is mediocre at best.

Jeremy was amazing in accommodating our family! We need more people like him in the customer service space. Well done!

  • 4/5 Linda A. 1 year ago on Google
The service was great. The folks at the front desk so helpful and friendly. But the breakfast was not up to Marriott standards. They need scrambled eggs, bacon and cheese instead of microwave food. The beds could use mattress toppers.
