So we stopped in to check out the prime rib special. It's an older local spot so we weren't sure what to expect. But we were not only impressed but we went back the very next day!! Food was great! But the service was top notch! The people were so nice and friendly. My water glass was never empty! Plus they had a Lil dance floor in the casinos w live music and seniors dancing! I really liked the vibe even thou I was the youngest one there! I can't wait to go back and maybe do a Lil dancing w the seniors of course! It's turned into our Lil spot for prime rib 😎

I was shown this place by a friend about 10 months ago and I love it. Has the classic feel, mix of new machines and the old ones that still take quarters. The restaurant/diner has great food and service. All the employees are very personable, professional and nice. They installed some new Buffalo machines, and we all know, everybody loves Buffalo! Still one of my most Highly recommended places.

Skyline Casino in Henderson, Nevada is a great spot for locals and tourists looking for a fun gaming experience. The casino floor is well-maintained and offers a variety of popular slot machines and table games. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is lively and exciting. The casino also has a sports book and a variety of dining options, including a buffet and a deli. The casino is also conveniently located near the Las Vegas Strip, making it a great option for those looking to combine gaming with sightseeing. Overall, Skyline Casino is a solid choice for anyone looking for a good time in Henderson.

Whoever is displaying a taste of their wonderful museum quality pieces of american history has great taste! Please be mindful and look, Dont Touch!! ....When a business takes the time to personally respond to comments, regardless of good or bad. It really goes a long way with me. I find it hard to believe that so few places actually take the time to see what their customers have to say. So I thank you for making it even easier to spend my dollars at your establishment. Thank you for sharing so many neat pieces of history with your guests. Have a great day.

The check in was easy and the rooms are pretty clean. However, we went to the restaurant last night and my boyfriend ordered the fried chicken. He bit into it and it was frozen. Not like it was a little cold, but literal ice chunks in the middle. That was absolutely disgusting and made both of us lose our appetites very quickly. This place is lucky he didn't get sick.

Though the prices were great. The food was not what I had expected. I wasn't feeling well about 30 minutes after I was done eating. Maybe I should have ordered something else.

This has been one of the best casino's and hotel we have been to here in Henderson. The casino is clean, it has a great variety of machines and they pay pretty well. The restaurant is so yummy. Food is amazing and they have a train that goes around the top of the restaurant through tunnels that is absolutely just great to watch while eating. The rooms are super cozy and quiet. Very clean and decorated so beautifully. We have a great time every time we go!!!!

The breakfast menu in their cafe was amazing! Cool little old timey spot away from downtown so it's a bit quieter. The staff were super cool and we even won money in the on-site casino! Will most certainly come back on vacation and stay here, like a half hour to the strip and other spots.

Great experience at this little gem. Off the beaten path hotel/casino with vintage charm. Staff is great including the cleaning staff. She knew I liked my in room coffee so the following day she left me extra coffee!! Also they fixed an issue we had in our room within a very short period of time. Casino is right nextdoor. Had a glass of wine from the bar with my hubby. Also a cute little restaurant right there as well advertising specials. Will definitely try it next time I return!

This is one of those special places where it's like time stopped. Everywhere else kept going but Skyline stayed right where it was. This is old school Vegas/Nevada casino atmosphere if ever there was any. Nowhere near the size of some other Casino/Hotels but they manage to fit a decent sized bar, a stage area for live acts, a sports book, a poker room, a diner & even a barber shop! All without it feeling too cramped. Staff is always the nicest, most helpful, fun and professional I've ever seen. This is in my top 10 must visit places! Highly recommend!

Loved this hotel! Lucas at the front desk was accommodating to our request for a quiet room. This hotel is a gem. Beautiful displays, clean, we'll appointed rooms. The restaurant was also excellent. Very friendly staff, delicious food from a large, varied menu. Prices very reasonable. Jackie, at the main restaurant desk, was lovely and friendly. We will be back to this great property!

Don’t judge a book by its cover. When i pulled up, the exterior looks dated, really small pool and decoration was something from time long past. Kind of eerie for me too. Especially next to a dilapidated trailer park, busy highway and industry plant. Putting my first impression bias aside, I had a nice sleep in a comfortable bed. Prime rib lunch for $13 and $2.50 shrimp cocktails. Nicest staff in restaurant and front desk. The room didn’t small like cigarettes likes most of these older hotels. Big bonus for me. My car wasn’t stolen so far. And my views has been swayed. This ain’t the 4 seasons nor a fancy lawrys prime rib. But it was fairly good especially at the price point that reflects old Vegas. If I wanted drive to lake Las Vegas I can get my 4 seasons experience at 3x cost. This will do just fine with a fine set of folks.

Great place to stay. Clean and convenient! It was a 1 night stay on way back to AZ. I would definitely stay again. The mature ladies working the diner were kind. Food was good too. Well done!

This place has a great local feel and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The best part about this place is that it isn't on the STRIP or Fremont street. I want to send a shout out to one of the bartenders Cynthia and to manager Joe. They were very friendly and made sure our visit was pleasant.

Smoke detector started giving the low battery warning at 5:30 Sunday morning. The front desk told me we would have to just deal with it until 7. Nobody came by to fix it until after 11. When I asked the hotel manager the basic message was that there was just nothing they could do about replacing those two AA batteries without the maintenance crew there. Her assistant said they could not control everything. Rooms are nice and decently priced. Maybe you will be luckier than me.

Went for dinner. Used to come here for the prime rib specials they had, and it was great for the price. This time was not good. I had fried chicken, which was overcooked and very tiny. Looked like the smallest chicken. Husband had bbq beef ribs. So much fat and gristle, barely any beef to eat. Hope they bring back the prime rib. Staff is really friendly and attentive.

Nice hotel and wonderful staff members. The rooms are decent, the showers are hot, the beds are soft, and the air conditioning is cold, the gym is okay, and the pool is small. WiFi coverage throughout the room was solid, however, the throughput (speed) is somewhat slow. There's a handful of fast food restaurants located nearby. Unfortunately, the Las Vegas strip is about a 20 to 30 minute drive.

Rooms are incredibly pricey. But the actual rooms are pleasant even given age. Resort fee on top of steep overall nightly price is a reach for me. I haven't stayed on almost 2 years now. But still frequent for diner and machines and of course the awesome employees that keep the place going!!

Never stayed overnight, but visit when I get time.... Cashiers very helpful and friendly wait staff could be more helpful with drinks, put plenty of cash into the machines and never been given anything to drink unless I complained only gripe I have. Other then that me and the husband always Havel enjoyed time at the Skyline Casino

Fantastic retro property! I love the "pulp fiction" vibe this place really throws off. Great restaurant and the casino and bar were on point.lounge acts really complete the scene. But special recognition should definitely go out to security chief Mike Perkins for making us feel at home and safe. His hospitality was beyond reproach! That guy needs a fat raise, he was solid gold and a real asset to your property. We have another expo next year and will stay there for sure! We might even come back before then who knows!

It is what it is. 🀷 they need to buy new sheets as they have big holes and stains. Even after ordering new ones they had holes. The ladies were actually nice and accommodating. They work with what they have. Sheets had a lot of hairs. I'm sure there was poop on bathroom walls amd on switches. (Random brown gunk) toilet was not fully cleaned as I saw hair and misc stuff on the toilet. We wiped down mostly everything but.. they really need to work on cleaning more thoroughly . Would not stay here again. But I will say that the workers were friendly

I didn't stay in a room but we've had breakfast and lunch there and all the food has been great and the service was wonderful Ms. Gloria was super sweet and they offered great suggestions and conversation. I would totally recommend. The fries were so good my daughter was asking for them when she was walking up from anastesia. Hahah burgers are good and love the biscuits and gravy. Yummmm.

So my rating is for the Food and Service they have good food. The prices are great especially the steak ham breakfast. The service is great very friendly. There prices for rooms are ridiculous I would never stay there at that price I can stay somewhere much nicer and less expensive.

I got a bite to eat there because it said 13.99 all you can eat ribs. I tell ya the ribs were fall off the bone and the beef tips in noddles were amazing. The place feels like stepping back in time to old vegas in the best possible way.

We came to play. Stayed a few hours. Husband played the tables. I played slots, dad played REAL quarter slots!! It was a lot of fun. Food was decent. Kinda priced high for the location. But it was a lot of fun. If you're looking for a smaller casino with real coin slots, then this is the place to go!!

Rooms were very nice, but over priced for the area. Parking was plentiful. The casino patrons average age was very old and the live music brings them back nightly. Food in the dinning room was exception and the service was very good. Pit boss in casino was very occomodating and fun to speak with.

Great place to gamble and very friendly and professional staff... the vibe is very welcoming and laid back. The rooms are also very nice....the decorations in the lobby and on the walls in the hallway are one of a kind!!!

Unique casino with a great selection of slots. They have real coin drop video poker machines too. Restaurant is good and the hotel is affordable and luxurious.

I have always liked the size of the Skyline. It's not tiny like a Dotty's nor is big enough to get lost in. Good variety of machines. Some of the local casinos have felt the need to replace almost all their cheaper machines with like 75 cent min bet ones. Skyline still has a ton of 50, 20 and even 9 cent min machines. Also the rooms are really nice. But ive heard they are expensive

This is a very older hotel but the rooms have been renovated the bathrooms are amazing with rain showers... The services phenomenal. It is a very small place with older memorabilia in it which is really neat to walk around and look at and take pictures with... Our stay was really nice they have a cute little bar not very far from the rooms. We did hear a dog barking a lot when we were trying to sleep but eventually it stopped. I left some items there in the room and they were so sweet to put them aside, when I called they had already done it! I came back about 3 weeks later and picked them up. Some hotels act like they don't know what you're talking about... they were really kind. We will stay there again! Great front desk employees, the spotsbook is very small, literally a 1 person desk, which was funny but fits the place. πŸ™ƒ

The rooms were clean, very comfortable beds. The front desk was very accommodating and pleasant. The hotel was very attractively decorated and we enjoyed looking at the collection of antiques that the owner has used to decorate. When I come through this area again, I will definitely stay here.

The hotel is fairly new and comfortable, with good rates. We have stayed several times. The casino, however, is often dirty. Ash trays and machines are not kept clean. It seems fairly straight forward that a casino needs a regular cleaning crew, both day and night, especially during the Covid pandemic. We prefer to go to a couple of the other small casinos in Henderson that are diligent about cleanliness.

Haven't even checked in yet but already regretted booking. I'm about 3 hours early for their 3pm check in. Thought I'd ask the front desk if there were any rooms available but always understand when a hotel can't accommodate an early check-in. The only person working is some sour lady with zerrro friendliness sitting front and center. I say, "good morning" she takes about 10 seconds before even acknowledging me before giving me a look that says, "customers are an inconvenience " and bluntly says "What do you want?" I acknowledge that I'm very early but wonder if there's a room available. She says nothing, does a few keystrokes and just bluntly says "nope. Check in is at 3pm" I say, "yeah I know I'm early but should I check back in an hour maybe to see if anything is available then?" And this rude lady says, "You can go do whatever you want, check in is at 3pm." 9000% regret getting a non-refundable hot wire deal and would cancel immediately if I could. She just soured the whole experience of staying here before it even began. Pay the extra $30 to stay somewhere that cares about your business enough to be polite and welcoming.

At first glance you imagine the room is clean. It has new carpet, etc. Then you wash your hand and realize that while the hand soap and toiletries have been replaced with shiny new packages, the cast was not washed since the last several guests. A very distinct soap ring. Then you inspect the toilet and discover urine around the bottom and that the leavings of the last several guests remain under the seat and rim. The coffee maker had spills in the tray remaining from previous guests. The bed had hair and stains. Yes, they moved and upgraded my room. The second room was just as dirty... But the bed only had one hair in it and no stains. I was not here to gamble or eat. I was not drinking so I was very clear on the condition. I would say that many reviewers are not looking closely and are often off to the casino after dropping their bags. I found the condition of the room frightful and disgusting. I booked thru an online app. I will leave a review there as well. The clerk, while very accommodating and friendly, was not surprised, and stated that no housekeeping staff was at the hotel at that time of day. It was clear to me that cleanliness is not a priority at this establishment.

We found this casino hotel and enjoyed it. Excellent spot to rest and relax with our dog Oskar. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. The casino is mainly slot machines with a blackjack table and live poker room.

I'm mainly reviewing the restaurant since that is what I do. The hotel is ok no complaints yet but it's in a pretty seedy location with a run down trailer park and auto dismantler butted up against the property. There are shady looking people and what i am 90% sure are "ladies of the night walking by and through the parking lot. The skyline restaurant is old fashioned but has a comfy feel to it. The staff is extremely friendly. The food was prepared very quickly. I ordered the Texas burger which consisted of a nice quality beef patty and bun, sliced jalapenos under melted cheese and a horseradish sauce. It also came with pickles, onions and lettuce on the side which I added. The combination of jalapenos and horseradish was quite surprising and i enjoyed it thoroughly. The French fries where medium-thick cut and had a crispy coating that was also delicious. I paid 15 dollars after tax for the meal which is about what you would pay at a fast food restaurant these days and I am quite satisfied, full even. I am a big guy.

Remember to use Hα΄α΄›α΄‡ΚŸΚ™oʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a resort. This web site will compare countless booking websites and usually will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This place is one of my favorites in the area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you will love it I'm sure! The breakfast menu in their cafe was amazing! Cool little old timey spot away from downtown so it's a bit quieter. The staff were super cool and we even won money in the on-site casino! Will most certainly come back on vacation and stay here, like a half hour to the strip and other spots.

We have been going to Skyline Casino for over 10 years. Recently moved and needed a place to stay for the night while in town. It was the cheapest place around the area. Let me tell you, it was absolutely amazing. Staff was great (Casino staff is always amazing). But the room was awesome with a big TV, AC and a beautiful fireplace in the room. Bathroom/shower was huge. Beds and bedding was perfect. Will stay again when we come into town! Also hit and made some cash on the machines. Loved the Bingo game in the morning even though I didn't win.

Little place that reminds me of old school Vegas restaurant has good menu with little high priced. But good food sports book is tiny but lots of tv's lots of old machines with some newer ones they have a lounge act every night I love that very old school Vegas. Place is kept clean as well

  • 4/5 Brett B. 1 year ago on Google
Nice small neighborhood casino with a new hotel that have nice modern rooms. Price is average. Only reason why I didn't give a 5 star rating is because this place is known to rarely ever hit on their machines! Their Slots are all too tight and very few people have said they ever win at this casino.

My stay at Skyline Hotel & Casino was great. My room was clean, odor free, and the bathroom was perfect; modern and clean, with modern fixtures and great towels. The bed was close to the most comfortable I've slept in. The food served in the restaurant was good and moderately priced and the service was polite and quick. The property seemed safe and well kept, nicely furnished and I don't notice any tobacco smell in the casino. Also the parking lot was well lit and we'll paved. The outdoor pool is quite small but clean and tidy. I would definitely stay again.
