I've stayed at many hotels, and as far as budget hotels go, this is THEE best! Quiet. VERY clean, smells like citrus. Kathy at the front desk was a lifesaver and booked us just in time before they filled. They promptly gave me extra blankets when I requested them. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was great. Breakfast was great. Rooms were insulated enough to not hear the family of screaming kids next to us once we were in our room. Once our doors were closed, it was beautifully quiet. I almost hated to leave it!

AVOID AVOID AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE!!! My card was charged twice without my authorisation couple of days after the checkout. The manager claims she can't see the card transactions on their system and tells me to contact my bank for a refund (!!!). Don't give them your card details unless you feel like being charged couple of hundred extra which you'll have to dispute for weeks!

We stayed here after seeing very good ratings on Kayak and were quite satisfied. The staff were always friendly and our check in was prompt. The elevators and hallways were clean and we were impressed by the lack of smells, generally speaking. Our room was very tidy, well maintained, and again, smelled very neutral, which is a plus. We enjoyed the breakfast both of our mornings and appreciated the variety, where possible, and the cleanliness of the whole area. It was a little part of why we picked this hotel and it just makes the day nicer when you don't have to travel to get the first meal. Parking wasn't great, but it was well lit and accessible. The land plot that the hotel resides on is an interesting shape, but I see how it works pretty well even with a lot of occupancy. It's not in a part of town that's walkable, but there are a few stores nearby and a great pizza and ice cream store that we really enjoyed. I'll recommend this to others in the future.

This hotel ran my bank card for room charges over 4 times in the same stay. which was for one night. when I went to complain to management there wasn't one on site. after checking out a driving home 7 hours away from this location they charged my card again 3 days after check out. This place is ridiculous! staff blame eachother for the issues and the General Manager Mr. Clark can careless to return calls to customers and address concerns. Avoid this place if you can!

For a best western, I was pleased. We paid an absurd amount because it was the only decent looking hotel under $200 that weekend. The lobby is really nice, hallways smelled clean and the breakfast was quite good. (Waffles, bagels, eggs, cereal, milk, coffee & tea.) The bathroom and rooms were clean and the hotel overall was quiet for being full. It's kind of off the beaten path depending on which way you come from, and the storage unit nearby made me nervous, but it was quiet- no homeless or sketchy characters around. Kathi at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming, so was the lady at checkout and ladies managing breakfast. I don't normally do BW brand but I would stay here again.

I've never stayed at a best western before I was very impressed with this best western Service: everyone I interacted with, from the front desk to breakfast area were all very friendly and helpful Location: seems like a decent area. I didn't have any troubles, and it was convenient for me Hotel: clean, well maintained, nice clean room. Nothing bad yo say at all The breakfast wasn't bad. I had a waffle, coffee, sausage and egg. Highly recommend

Dog fee was a bit high ($75) for my liking but seems to be β€œmiddle of the pack” for the Vegas area (I’ve found them to range from $30-$150). Other than that I had a great stay, rooms were very clean and well appointed, bed was super comfortable and room was quiet even though it’s right off a local highway.

Probably one of the nicest moderately priced hotels we've stayed in in recent years. It has been recently remodeled.

Not in a picturesque area, but it didn't feel unsafe. The property is modern, well kept, spacious and clean, and unless you're in Vegas to hang out in a hotel, this was centrally located for all we wanted to do, like the strip, Valley of Fire and Hoover Dam. A mall is within a few miles for food options. Service was efficient and very friendly. Good and ample breakfast selection. Great value for the price!

Excellent, clean, comfortable modern hotel - more than I was expecting for a Best Western. Only complaint is very slow internet

Good hotel and service. It's a little out of the way but if you need a place to avoid all the noise, lights, and hubbub of the city, this is the place for you. The rooms have been recently remodeled and it shows. Strong shower head, cold A/C, well-made and comfortable beds, clean rooms, good curtains to stop the Nevada sun from toasting you, and all the amenities you expect. Also top tier continental breakfast. The cons: the TV might be a little hard to work, the towels are thin, you might have to drive a little further away. But nothing that prohibits me recommending this place.

5 Star Best Western for sure. Now when they want me to rate the location I give 5 Stars for myself because I have a car and Google Maps. If you're looking for something close to The Strip or you don't have a car, then this location is far from the airport and The Strip. I come to play golf and I go to Green Valley area a ton. Plenty of restaurants and casinos to play. I love this quiet place for myself to get good sleep and play online poker. They have free breakfast in the morning and always coffee, tea, and cold water throughout the days. Staff is professional and courteous. The rooms are always clean and very comfortable. This particular location just re-opened after a full renovation due to a flood. All new carpet and paint and some furniture and fixtures. I feel safe here. I sleep well here. So far I have no issues. The pool is under construction so if that is your thing, please be advised.

This is such a nice hotel. Everything was clean and there was plenty of room in the rooms and the bathroom. I loved the breakfast options. Would definitely stay here again. It's just outside of Vegas, so if you're looking for a place just outside of town then this place is for you.

This hotel is very noisy from the AC to next door to the outside traffic. I turned off the AC and mini fridge in the room because they were loud. Then I could still hear the AC sound from other rooms. The cheap exhausting fan in the bathroom was so loud. Best Western Plus could spend just a little more money to put in a quieter fan. I could hear the TV and people coughing from the room next to ours. So anyone needs a quiet hotel this hotel is not for them! Plus their breakfast selection is very limited. Overall poor value for the stay IMHO.

Very good experience! Honestly a must stay. The customer service of every employee, cleanliness, it's upgraded and up to date, the breakfast, Wow!!! The parking should improve but the truth is perfection is not easily obtained and you can see they have tried their best so they do deserve a 5 star. Free parking, free WiFi and a free breakfast that's is hot, fresh, stocked and assorted.

6 night stay on a business trip. Was not sure what to expect...modern lobby, the rooms were really nice. Walk-in shower, king bed was comfortable. The property is nice. Only food served is breakfast, nice spead. Overall, the staff was very attentive, they cleaned the room daily without me even requesting it. Location is not ideal but it's not but a 20 min ride from the strip. I'd visit again. Good job!

This hotel was so clean and comfortable and the staff was so friendly. It was the perfect home base for my dad and step-mom’s wedding. The brunch event the hotel did for us was amazing and we all enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning as well.

Front desk ladies welcomed us with big smiles. The hotel is very very clean and affordable. I love how warm and welcoming the lobby felt as soon as you enter the building. Our room was perfect for my family of 3. Beds were clean and comfortable. The staff will text us each day to check on us to see if we needed anything, which was nice. Breakfast was free and great. We will definitely come back to this hotel the next time we visit. We approve and highly recommend.

Very helpful staff and kind too. The rooms are clean and it’s great for pets too. We had a slight issue with noise in our room but the hotel staff immediately put us in another room. They also offer a complimentary breakfast and no resort fees!

Great stay. Dog friendly and apparently there's a Dogtober show so we got to see all kinds of beautiful dogs during our stay & we miss ours so we loved seeing them. Very modern, clean feel to the property. Well cared for exterior and interior. Obviously they've renovated to upscale and it's nice. Ashtray/bench smoker zone across from main entrance. Dog potty zone around to left (by dumpsters). Nice pool area. Breakfast included muffin/ cereal assortment, hot eggs, sausage and potatoes. Coffee, of course! Front desk staff are alert, friendly and courteous. I wish there was a side door to step out to smoke, but after asking, I tried the back pool area & it felt less safe than up front, so I walked around to where I feel safest. I recommend the front for females, for security reasons. All in all, a nice & easy stay! My photos show the room & room plugs available, bathroom, closet, and view out the window of room #321. *I just noticed they only provided ONE BATH TOWEL & I think that's rude. I require 2 towels & so does my husband, meaning we would have to call, ask & wait - just to shower!? Ridiculous.

Staff was amazing and helpful. The problem is with the hotel. First it's located in a very off the beaten path location that surrounded by mostly old warehouses and lots. There were people hanging out in the parking lot at night that did not make me feel comfortable with my kids. The parking lot for the most part is in a dark area too. The hotel itself looks nice but once inside and trying to sleep you find out it's hard to get a good nights rest. Walls are thin and you here doors opening and closing, people talking and cars driving by all night. I had a lot of trouble with my key card not working and kept having to get new ones or have them try to fix it. The bathroom is very small and towels are thin. The beds are small and very uncomfortable. My kids and I had major allergy issues in the hotel too. Not sure if it was the chemicals they use or if it's because I noticed they allowed pets once entering because I'm allergic to most dogs. I will definitely not be back!!!!

Enjoyed the stay. Clean room and good size hotel. Nice location away from super busy areas. The hotel breakfast was decent, it is what you expect, powdered eggs, sausage links, etc. Service could have been better. When I asked to make change for a few bills so that I may use the washer and dryer, I was told they don't provide that bit I could go down the street to the 7/11 and get it there...maybe they could use a different system for laundry...

Good stay. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Service was very friendly and an attendant actually texted to follow up throughout the stay to make sure all was well. Just a few negatives. Road noise is a little loud and I was on third floor. Still could hear the trucks and louder vehicles pass by. It sits off a major highway and isn't set back so that could be why. It might be worth it to request a room facing away from the road as a quick tip. It does also look a little out of place in the neighborhood it's in. It's pretty far from most of the "Vegas" stuff so you'll want to rent a car if you're from out of town. Parking is pretty tight if you get there later in the evening, and I only stayed during the week so it might be even worse on weekends. Other than that, the stay was really nice and I enjoyed it. Would stay again.

What a disappointment. The room was large and clean but it had no table and chairs. A desk chair and small side chair. They had room for more furniture. It was so noisy. The central air conditioning had a terrible squeaking noise everytime it came on. Kept waking me up. Woke up once to a loud vibrating and pounding noise from the laundry room across the hall from our room. It was so loud I thought it was right next door. For the price I paid this was very disappointing. I will not stay at this place again.

We had a mostly pleasant night's stay at this Best Western. Only two issues we had - first, they accidentally mixed up the room I wanted with another one with less beds. This was quickly fixed, but only because I was lucky enough that the room I originally wanted was still available. Second, there aren't enough carts available (only ever saw one total). Otherwise, it's a fine hotel to stay at!

Room was very clean and big! Linens were fresh. Shower was hot with plenty of pressure. Bed was really comfortable. Pool for the kids. Great price!

Decent rooms and pretty quiet. Only gave us one set of towels for 2 people. Breakfast was nice with a decent variety of selections. Good for our overnight stop.

Anyone know why this is closed? Reserved my room months ago for late May (EDC weekend). Had a great price. Received an email a couple days ago, telling me property cancelled my reservation. Now I'm screwed trying to find another place that is anywhere close to the price I was going to pay, on such short notice. This sudden cancellation is going to cost me $100's. :(

Great positive surprise. The place was well maintained, clean, cozy and easy to go around. Everybody had a good feeling about being there. If we are around we would definitely go back and visit again. Totally recommended, especially in the shoulder season when is more quiet and not as hectic as it could otherwise. Thank you!

I would give it zero stars if I could. Bed was hard and springy, location is the worst and customer service well let just say there was NONE. Very disappointed in this best Western oh also pool was closed and has been for months for remodeling, why not remodel in the fall or winter.

I checked in late after missing a flight from CA and was having a bad day. I just wanted to sleep before an important business meeting in the morning and had a couple of problems checking in. After some scrambling to deal with it myself I was having no luck. Then, Tiffany, the beautiful woman at the check in desk went out of her way to help me out and single-handedly resolved the issue. I was finally able to get to sleep and made it to the meeting the next day. Kudos to Tiffany and the Best Western franchise for hiring such stellar employees.

Very clean but personally I prefer firm pillows. One more problem is the noise from the air conditioner.

Very nice in town getaway spot. The parking lot made me very nervous because it was dark. But overall the experience was nice.

Good rooms, clean, good price, great breakfast and amazing staff. The lady serving breakfast (covid prevents buffet) was incredibly kind. My bf and I drove here from IL. We needed a place to stay for a week, so we booked a room on the strip. That hotel was so awful we ended up coming here at 6am, and we were SO THANKFUL. The place is clean and totally comfortable.

Clean hotel, friendly staff allowed for a great stay. We used the fitness center each day and enjoyed the bottled water provided. Hotel smelled fresh and clean. Not much around the area....so plan to drive everywhere.

A very nice clean facility. They worked to get us into our room as quickly as possible as we arrived ahead of the posted check-in time. We went out to get lunch and the room was ready when we returned. They serve a very nice complimentary breakfast which had a nice variety of items to choose. Ther servers worked behind a protective shield and were very sanitary with the service. We actually got two rooms so our son could have one too.

We arrived at midnight and they couldn't find our reservation after just checking a couple in without a reservation, gave us a room with 1 bed for 3 of us, I said none of us wanted to sleep on a cot, we had reservations for 2 beds, we walked out and right back in when this couple told us this was the only thing they could find under $500.00 tonight! Then we were told this was gone, he had made a mistake. We had to lay around the lobby for a few hours and then sleep in our car, we're all over 70 yrs. Our car had been parked here for 3 weeks when we stayed 1 night, (that they couldn't find that reservation, but had a room) before leaving I verified there was still a reservation for us when we returned for our vehicle on 10/23/2021 and they sent me a confirmation number. When making these reservations we ended up being billed for that day, while we were still at home, that took a few days to clear up but the manager has never called to say it was reversed, I found it myself on my credit card. Staff has no clue what's going on.

Anyone else get notified their reservation is cancelled? Now what? they never should have taken the reservation to begin with. Now trying to get reimbursed from Expedia is going to be fun!
