This hotel has great service and is in a nice area, but there is a plethora of issues that they could fix to make this place better. First, the parking at this hotel is quite limited as it shares parking with another Marriott location next door. Second, the front driveway has been cordoned off for some issue the whole time, making it difficult for cars to come in and out. Third, the rooms are outdated. Small rooms with a comically small television. Luckily the A/C unit worked properly in my room. Walls are very thin so you can hear everything from any connecting room or above/below. Fourth, the WiFi is terrible. My entire stay, I could never connect to the free Wi-Fi on any of my five devices. When I was able to connect, it never actually provided Internet service and would always tell me there was no service available. Fifth, the “fitness center” is terrible. There is one bike, one elliptical, and 2 treadmills. There are a few weights but many weights are missing! There is only one or two matching weights to use - everything else is single options. The worst part is that they keep that room at a freezing temperature, so when I tried using the weights, I had to immediately stop as the metal grips of the weights were completely frozen to the touch and painful. Sixth, the breakfast is quite mediocre. Very small selection of food (although their biscuit/cornbread item was good). Bacon is paper thin and crunchy as if it is just microwaved (which it was after I saw staff preparing it). And lastly, location is very ok. Since all hotels on the strip were super overpriced, this was one of the closest “reasonable” hotels but it’s so far away from the strip, especially during traffic. Give yourself at least 30 minutes. Overall there is a lot to improve for this hotel.

Stayed there for week, was just what we needed. There were a few nit-picks here and there but nothing too bothersome. The location is nice, and the staff is amazing! I can’t remember all their names but Simon, Lamar, and the lady managing breakfast were extremely helpful! Definitely recommend this to anyone for a quiet not flashy but everything you need stay.

Rooms were tired breakfast was horrible day old muffins and breads and no fresh fruit. Definitely expecting more for the price we paid. The service however was awesome! Everyone was super helpful and made our stay enjoyable- it’s just too bad more care isn’t taken for the rest.

Filthy carpets in the room needs to be shampooed more frequently not just vacuumed. Bathroom tub was not clean. Ancient hvac is noisy and does not regulate properly; uncomfortable stay.

They don’t clean the room when they need to be cleaned or when you even ask for that service. I have service animals and they don’t respect them at all dogs have electornic leashes and they treat my animals with no respect manger Lindsey is every unprofessional don’t recommend this hotel

Update. The management here has been very responsive and has taken care of the smoking inside the building. I'm extremely thankful. I found everything else at this property to be up to Marriott standards. I would stay here again. My initial review may have been premature. Avoid this Marriott property. I am a Marriott Ambassador. Weed is smoked on my floor perpetually! It stinks horribly and fills the entire fourth floor day and night. They say they can't do anything about it because they don't know who is doing it. Every other Marriott I've stayed in was able to stop it.

Lamar was so pleasant and considerate on the phone!! We booked our room over the phone. When we arrived and saw the bowl of water for our four-legged travelling companion and the pleasant smile on Amber‘s face we knew we had lucked out !! The neat thing was; as we walked up to the desk the receptionist was picking up the phone to make a call …she looked up and caught my eye …she said: Hello !…are you checking in ?… I said “yes”she put down the phone and checked us in ! She made sure the dog got a drink of water 🐾🐾💙we stayed in this hotel for three days and every single person in the place must love their job because we were treated like family at all times!!When we got to our room; the lamps were turned on and the television was on; the linens were crisp and clean, the bathroom was spotless, and the amenities from the free breakfast to the complementary water bottles …everything was absolutely excellent!! A great feature is that this hotel is in walking distance to a Mexican restaurant, a wine store, a Thai restaurant, a Starbucks and everything you could possibly need. Lots of space to walk the dog …it is a quiet neighbourhood and we felt safe to walk anywhere. There is also plenty of parking and plenty of loungers around the pool.. I would definitely recommend that you stay here it is a real retreat!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🇨🇦Thank you eh!

I didn't like the feel of the place. The hallways felt very stuffy, had bad ventilation, and therefore created a musty smell. The rooms were very thin, the TV was like right next to the bathroom, and our dishes had old food on them. Not what I'd expect from a Marriott. Especially an extended stay.

This hotel is in dire need of remodel and customer service training. Walls, carpet and furniture are stained and chipped. It was over 100 degrees outside and the pool was closed due to contamination ( was being chemically shocked per staff). They had no idea when it would be open and made no effort to allow guests to use a sister Marriott pool due to “liability” reasons. I checked out the pool and it was clouded with filth and debris. I’m speechless to know this is a Marriott property. I’m a platinum member and so sad to see how Marriott has lowered their standards.

Simon at the front desk was very courteous and made some great suggestions on local restaurants. I really appreciated that breakfast is better than the standard. The proteins arent in one pan and alot of healthy choices. I appreciate those who prepare the food they take pride in it. I stay in alot of Marriott's so I appreciate their attention to the details. In a time when it is more about profit and less about customers.

Cons: The walls are paper thin & so is the floor. I never heard such loud stomping at a hotel in my life. The guests are very noisy. There was a dog barking until 4am & he started back up at 715am. & Most of all, The smell in the room is HORRIFIC! Pros: The staff was really nice & knowledgeable. The room was clean and a nice size. I love Marriott usually, but this one should not be called Marriott it put you more in the mind of a Red Roof Inn. Update: I forgot to mention I had to manually turn the a/c on & off. It was not automatic even tho it was in the correct settings. Very frustrating to be too cold & too hot several times in the same night!

The room was really nice! My family and I enjoyed our stay, room nice and clean. We had a pipe burst in our house and we chose to stay at towne place. Also, they gave me 4 sets of decaf coffee in room I wish I would of got two regular and 2 decaf. But not a big deal, enjoyed our stay, thank u

Nice room with mini Full kitchen as advertised, less oven. The gym only had high-end treadmills, dumbbells, and weighted balls. Although there was an assortment of dumbbells, there didn't appear to be adequate space for their use, especially if multiple people were using the gym. The resistance training machine shown in photos seemed to be replaced by an additional treadmill added to their fleet. Washers and dryers are available along with soap in coin-operated machines. Change, if needed, must be obtained in the hotel lobby. Trash rooms are available at the end of each floor, but I didn't learn this until I left, after reading a tiny slip of paper apparently in the room key sleeve. No room clean-up appeared to come during my 4-day stay, but it wasn't a problem for me since they had enough towels as a solo occupant.

Really enjoyed staying here for the new years weekend. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. It also was very quiet, the area is right by the freeway and shopping centers. We will definitely be staying again.

A nice hotel situated in a nice area. The rooms are clean though they are starting to show their age. It was however a very nice stay with great staff and no problems at all. I even had friends come stay with me for a few hours who also enjoyed it.

Hotel and rooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was pretty good! My only complaint are the pool hours. I don't understand why the pool closes at 10:00 when there's no lifeguard on duty. Why can't there be a quiet time after 10:00 p.m. with no kids. We were in the hospital with family and would have really enjoyed the pool had it not been for the hours.

I came to Vegas on a business trip, hot and exhausted due to the high temps and a long wait for a car rental. In spite of my own less-than-stellar mood, your staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. My room was amazingly comfortable and quiet. I even had some nice views. When I'm back in Vegas on business, that's where I'll stay. I also book more TownPlace Suites in the future.

It was very clean and comfortable. Only issue was they over booked the suite I reserved and we had to be in 2 separate rooms on different floors.. it was inconvenient with 3 minor children.

Had to call twice to get more shower towels. People above us were stopping around at 3am for several hours each night. We complained. Nothing changed. Check In was nice and easy. Front desk people were kind and courteous.

The staff was very friendly, amd the room was clean and a good place to rest your head. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel, but breakfast was a little lackluster the morning we left. The food was ok, but they seemed to run out of everything, and did not seem prepared. We got to breakfast early,, but after the first run on the food, they were out of food for about 30 minutes. We didn't have all morning to hang out and wait for food to be replenished.

Jennifer Pierce Was Amazing. Super accommodating and welcoming. We had delays with our flights returning home and she made sure we were comfortable and taken care of until we got confirmation of our flight home after waiting several hours delayed. We travel a lot for our business and we will stay here every time. The rooms were amazing great breakfast amazing staff!!!!
