If I could give this location 0 stars I would. We were traveling across country with our two little kids from Ohio to California. We chose to stay outside of downtown Vegas in Henderson for security purposes. We are Hilton Honors members and also Hilton time share owners. We booked hotels all across the US for our 2 weeks cross country trip. We stayed at this location and my husbands truck cover was sliced open in their parking lot and we had a full bag of luggage, a purse and a laptop bag stolen from the vehicle. The location manager stated that they never had that happen before. The detective that called me on the case told me that this happens all the time at this location! So they lied to us. They refused to refund our stay to help with the fact that my entire suite case with all of my clothes was stolen and I had nothing. We called Hilton to file a case to ask for a refund for customer satisfaction. This location is franchised and the OWNER of the Hilton said NO we aren’t refunding them. They are liable. Considering this happens all the time in that parking lot they should invest in cameras or fencing for security. Either they are running an inside operation to steal valuables knowing there are NO cameras in that lot or any surrounding businesses or the owner is really that bad at business that he will lose repeat customers instead of making it better place to stay. Either way, I’m disgusted with this whole situation! That same night a car was stolen from the parking lot as well. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!

This was the second time I stayed at this facility while working here in Henderson. The facility is very nice. The bed was very comfortable, and the thermostat was easy to control and set (nice and cool in the room during the hot months of July and August). Due to my work schedule, I didn't get to use the pool as often as I would have liked to, but the few times I did use it, it was refreshing. The staff here is awesome. I was here for 2 weeks for work both times I stayed here, and while I didn't need housekeeping every day, whenever I did need something (shampoo, toiletries, coffee, cups, etc.), the staff was right on top of taking care of me. I'm not sure when I'll be back, but I hope the next time I stay here is just as great as these previous two times. Thanks again.

Overall a very nice hotel. The room was spacious and CLEAN. Employee at front desk was helpful and nice. Pool appeared clean and is heated, open until 10pm. Only ossue i had was when in the room bathroom, i could hear everything in the neighboring room and what they were watching on tv. The pipes made loud npise when turning off the water. But the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the hotel was well managed. Food options and shopping were vast and all within 5 to 10 minutes from the hotel Would recommend this hotel

My wife and I booked a room for the night with our two kids. We were in town for a concert and arrived late at night to find out they had booked our room out. The clerk on duty (he was no where to be found at first and she had to keep asking for help around the lobby until he came from somewhere in the back) said his shift just started and the clerk before had booked it out. He said he asked the clerk about booking out the room and was not giving an answer... We asked why were we not informed? He had no answer... He then said he had a different room with one bed and he could bring up a rollaway bed, but if we didn't want it he could waive the cancelation fee... I said "why would you charge us a cancelation fee if you don't have the room we reserved?" He did not care. Told us the manager won't be in until Monday (this was Saturday night) and we could talk to her about it then. With no options that late at night and two kids sleeping in the car we settled for the only room being offered and one of our kids slept on the floor. We are loyal to Hilton when we stay in hotels but this was very disappointing to say the least. UPDATE: After trying to work with the hotel directly, no effort was made on their side to correct their mistake. We went directly to corporate and corporate agreed that this hotel was in wrong for the way they treated loyal hilton honors members and we have been refunded. I can recommend hilton hotels but not this one.

We arrived for our friend’s wedding earlier than our check in time and were accommodated with a different room that was ready. That is the only positive thing I have to say about this stay: the staff were great. We get to our room and I pull out the bed in the couch in the suite to set it up for my daughter, and immediately get hit with the strong smell of urine. The sheets on this bed appeared clean but when I tried to switch them with the spares in the closet, I open the bag with extra sheets and pillow, and there is that same smell only stronger!! Like really strong urine and mold. Disgusting. So we call down for new pillows and sheets which the staff brought promptly. Then there’s the air conditioner….it was 95 degrees during our stay so we were grateful to have one but oh my gosh! There was a giant box I’m assuming for the A/C, right next to our bed. It took up an entire wall by the window. Every time it would kick on, this metal box rattled and woke us up. Excessively loud. Our bathroom light also did not work, but we were only there one night so we used the hallway light to brush our teeth and get ready for the wedding. The bed was all springs, very uncomfortable.. so between the terrible mattress, the loud a/c, no bathroom light, and us having to change our sheets on arrival, this was not a $350 hotel stay. Disappointed.

I just arrived here after a long drive and I expected to be treated to a nice quiet room to rest. And yet I’m treated to a lovely sound of what seem to be a parked semi truck right next to my room on the third floor. This cannot be the first time someone complained about this. The only reason why I’m writing this because I can’t sleep. Check out the video if want to verify. Called the front desk and doesn’t seem like anyone one is wanting to help. Very frustrating they don’t turn off the generator or what ever it is that is making this hideous noise.

Charmin and the rest of the crew were all amazing and helpful. My son and I came in late on Thursday night and needed a later checkout on Sunday. All staff were cordial and very kind. We will be back for sure!

Worst hotel experience ever! The AC at our house went out to where it was over 100 degrees. We booked the hotel around 1030 pm when we checked they said the pool was going to be closed so we wouldn't be able to use it, which was fine. What they forgot to say is they were going to be jack hammering next to our window at 730am! My two toddlers were woke up, I was woken up and when I called the front desk they said there was nothing they could do and they were sorry I wasn't informed correctly and would refund me 20 dollars for the inconvenience!

If you stay at this hotel on a business trip, be sure NOT to leave important documents sitting on the desk. We stayed Thursday February through Monday and during the check in process we requested no room cleaning services. My wife asked housekeeping on Saturday to grab two bags of trash by the door and restock the linens in the bathroom only. After getting back to the hotel room late Saturday evening, I noticed all of our receipts, both personal and business, that were setting on the office desk were gone. The housekeeping lady apparently thought the huge pile of folded up receipts was trash and tossed them! After talking to management, they didn't seem to be very sympathetic and said that it has happened before along with casino cash out tickets that had funds on them being tossed as well. Another complaint I have was the business center located right past the front lobby was out of order and apparently had been for a long time. I was not able to use the computers to do some work that needed to be completed. There were two chairs in the room that are way outdated and very uncomfortable to sit in, the electric outlet on the right side of the bed next to the lamp did not work, the refrigerator was so noisy that we turned it off and just drank room temperature water. I have stayed at Hilton several times prior and never have had a bad experience until this one. I personally will not ever stay at this one when I'm back in the area.

We went down for breakfast & it was awful. We had to clean our own table to sit because all the empty tables needed cleaning & they only had 1 person serving & she was slow & unorganized. None of the tables was wiped down. I just flipped the place matt over. Even the folks beside us placed the dirty items on the table at the window with ours. I never did get my water. Even when it was time for us to leave see had to go up & ask for the ticket & she then had to write it the order on one of the she just had left from meanwhile we still waiting. My husband asked her do we pay her or what she said we could & that she would have to take the ticket up the front desk or we could. I just felt it was best for us so she could continue serving & ordering because people was still there waiting to place their order. We did tip her in the effort that she needs help & no one else was pleased when they left. Now, the hotel sales rep did come around asking if everyone needed anything but what was it for them to say. Yes she was friendly & inviting for the stay of the hotel. But the dining area was a joke even with the old guy cooking by himself. One guy got up & went to the front & got his own coffee. When she did come back with coffee refill it was horrible, it tasted like it had burnt. Out of all the Hilton Hotels this one was the worst of serving breakfast. Next time I will walk & go elsewhere. I should've took photos but was surprised

The attention is horrible. I rented 2 rooms and today is my second day and I have had the problems that in no other hotel before. They have not wanted to help me with small details to make my stay more comfortable. The truth is that you can't even count on the people who deal with customer service. I have only received bad form, bad treatment and they have even wanted to hang up the phone knowing that I am a client and I am paying, it is not even a favor. Besides that the hotel is good.

Good location! Customer service was excellent. The breakfast was good, affordable price. I gave three stars because there was not water for more than 1 hour but I recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn-Henderson in mid-August 2022. I have nothing but great things to say about the property. If you are looking to stay somewhere in Las Vegas other than one of the mega-properties on Las Vegas Boulevard, do consider this hotel. The entire hotel is clean and does not smell of smoke (rare in Las Vegas), the room/bed is quite spacious and comfortable, the customer service is exceptional, and the rates are a true deal based on what you get. I would absolutely stay here again.

This is a great spot in Vegas that avoids all the unnecessary hassle of the strip. You can get in and out quickly, rooms are fully equipped with refrigerator and microwave and comfortable beds. Great pool and hot tub area, convenient location. Friendly staff, reminded me of how hotels used to be before Airbnb.

Staff is fantastic and rooms are very clean. Breakfast is great in the main lobby area. Parking lot well lighted and hotel is very quite 24/7. We stayed extra day and loved the location and easy drive to the strip. Great location for restaurants in the area.

Excellent location. Everything you want is within a mile. Clean comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast closes an hour too early on all days. No luggage carts! No decaf in room and desk clerks always too busy to ask for anything. Old school shower head and those teeny bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Upgrade this to rain shower and pump bottles. Nice extra lights at bed. Enough electric plugs. Would I stay again? Yes. The location is excellent and the hotel is fine as long as you know the limitations.

Hotel was somewhat recently renovated and pretty nice (some signs of poor worksmanship). I chose my room in the app in a quiet place on the top floor and shortly before arrival they moved me to a first floor room right next to an exit that started getting noisy at 530 am which was frustrating since I arrived late.

Stayed for one night. I was greeted by a very friendly staff member. The room was clean and comfortable. I ate dinner in the restaurant, which has excellent food and service. I will definitely be back.

Nice and clean! Perfect distance to downtown Vegas but nice and quite without all the crazies. Stayed for work and some fun. I’ll stay here again.

Overall would have given 5 stars except for the 20 minute wait to order a drink from a table. Ultimately I got up and moved to the bar where the service was a lot better and expedient. Hilton Diamond member and I usually don’t have 20-30 minutes to wait for service.

Handicapped room had an inaccessible shower with only one grab bar, no seat and was far from the towel racks. The room had no overhead lights and so was dark. No laundry bag was available. Was charged for parking and breakfast was expensive. The bar was apparently only temporary as it had to be wheeled in and out. When asked for a room cost quote, the range from $88 on the internet to $150. Finally got it for $140 plus taxes.

Dark rooms. Noisy air conditioning in the hallway limited internet options. Kind of ridiculous. They have the audacity to charge $18 for breakfast buffet. That's the exact same breakfast buffet that you get at every other hotel in the country with the powdered boiled eggs. The stale floppy pancakes or waffles and the mystery meat sausage. At the price of $18 for a buffet, it should at the very least have an omelette station or something of value. I'm not spending $18 on food equivalent to what I was served in afghanistan.

ALL staff encountered were friendly and helpful! The rooms were comfortable. The amount of space to put away our things was abundant. We were there for a wedding and there was space for us all. The beds were comfortable. The coffee was excellent. The ability to use the refrigerator was extremely useful to have.

Front desk personnel less than helpful. Rest of staff was great. Checking in: My question was where is room? Response was "I don't really know" Second queation was Where is dog relief area? Response was "over there" which was less than helpful. Lastly I was assured by operations manager sitting at front desk that our room was on cleaning schedule. When room was still not cleaned at 4pm we were told that was because room wasn't on schedule. Lastly, front desk refused DoorDash delivery to our room. Said it was hotel policy, but had no problem at Houston Hilton Garden Inn two weeks ago. But homeless people were walking past our room after getting coffee from lobby.

The hotel is clean and nice, the pool and hot tub were great, but most importantly the people working here are top notch! We forgot to adjust our room reservations after we changed our plans and showed up a day late for our reservations. They were super accomodating, and adjusted our reservation for us even though it was our fault. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall it was a good stay, despite some small hiccups. Most of the staff was willing to work with us to problem solve. There was, however, little flexibility for one of my business travel issues. Breakfast was charged to my room and the front desk would not allow me to move it to my personal card. If I'd been aware of this, I wouldn't have eaten at the hotel, or would have insisted the waitress bring me a regular check.

Awesome staff, very kind very accommodating. Concerned about my well-being the fact that I had insulin and it needed to be refrigerated. The room was so clean and so comfortable. Will stay there again my next visit to Vegas!!!

Had a very pleasant time. Most of the staff were friendly and the amenities were very nice as well as the lobby. Ordered breakfast and although a bit pricey, I am pleased. Photo for context.

Only 4 stars because the parking lot is kinda small. There were atlesst 3 people with campers or boats that blocked a ton of spots so parking at night was hard. Nice room. Very quiet on a the end. Loved it!
