Couldn’t get new towels until we gave the dirty towels. Had to take the dirty towels to the front desk. Asked for extra pillows they said they gave it all away. Asked for an extra blanket and said it was all dirty. When we gave the dirty towels they never replaced them with new towels so I had to call and ask for new towels each day. They also would count how many dirty towels you gave and they replace only the amount you gave. Front desk was ridiculous. Laundry service is 24/7 but front desk told us we couldn’t do laundry after 10:30pm. Worst hotel experience ever. Spoke with Michele and she stated they ran out of pillows so we couldn’t get an extra pillow. Just ridiculous. Now you stated it’s first come first serve, so every single day I was there they said the same thing. Pillows all ran out or blankets aren’t available. When asked to replace comforter it took 2 hours and if I didn’t call front desk to remind them again no one would’ve showed up to replace the dirty comforter. As for towels front desk stated we’re only allowed 4 bath towels, 2 hand towels, & 2 wash cloths. I couldn’t ask for anymore. So I had to give all my dirty towels in order to get clean new ones. They also stated after 3pm I had to go and give my dirty ones to the front because they couldn’t come to get it from my room. Staff was impossible to work with and very unprofessional. Asked for toilet paper and they stated that they were only going to give 1 more and that was my last one. It was very inhumane & an unpleasant stay.

Upon check in we were made aware they had a complimentary evening reception with food and also drinks from 5-7 . We went to get food at 6:20pm but everything was empty when we inquired we were told by a gentlemen to not worry they were in the process of replenishing everything. We waited until 6:45 pm . I then inquired again with the girl at the front desk making her aware we had not eaten and we were waiting she explained she was going to bring out more hotdogs /chili etc very shortly . At 7:00pm I again inquired . At that time she brought out some tortilla chips , I had asked wheh the rest would be brought out , she became argumentative and stated … I can’t find the chili and I never said I’d be able to bring out more . I explained at that point she should’ve been honest as we could’ve left to Go get something to eat instead of “ waiting “ for her . She did not apologize or offer anything at that point . We then had to order take out . There was a sign in the lobby clearly stating the menu for the evening which was chili dog … however it was not put out . We then went up to our room to find the bathtub was filthy . There were also no towels in the pool area . The hotel also has a bad smell in the lobby area . I am hoping the rest of the stay goes more smoothly .

Honestly the worse Hilton hotel I have ever stayed at. Vents were dirty and looks like it was never cleaned. Shower curtains disgusting and to top it off the front desk workers were terrible. Always on their phone and not providing good customer service. If you need more towels they expect you to exchange your old towels to the front desk for a new one. Disgusting. The only good customer service we got were from house keeping and breakfast workers. Front desk was horrible and made our 5 day stay horrible. I would not recommend staying here and I hope that management finds new front desk workers that are more professional.

Melissa, Front Desk Agent, was in the back when my 19-year-old daughter came to check-in. Melissa ignored the front desk. Another employee alerted Melissa that there was a customer waiting. Melissa was so rude to her and would not call me to verify the Hilton Honors account-Melissa called my daughter's number and would not believe that she did not call the mother- and argued about taking the AAA discount card. Melissa then said they don't "take 19-year-olds here" and told my daughter to pay $327.00 for a $218 room. Unbelievable! The satisfaction guarantee is no longer a thing as a call to complain at Hilton's 1800 number, and manager "Angela" (she had lots of background noise and went from speaker to handset many times, and could not get her to clearly spell her name after two requests) said "It is the customer's responsibility to check age requirements at each hotel they stay at, beyond even the app, and to verify age. Each hotel is different and can decide to send a person under 21 away and make them pay!" Unbelievable! Seriously considering NEVER staying at a Hampton Inn again. This has been the WORST case of Customer Service I have ever had. This is more like Customer No Service. My daughter has stayed at other Hampton Inn previously, and by herself like this trip, and there was never, ever an issue. It was out of safety that I wanted my 19-year-old not to stay on the Vegas Strip and to stay by herself in a family hotel...Shame on you! Melissa, learn Customer Service Skills. Do your job! Does it feel good to make a 19-year-old college student cry? Shame on you! Formal complaint filed.

First impressions are so vital in the hospitality industry. When I walked into the hotel, it was clean and pleasant. The woman at the front desk was very helpful at getting my rewards number linked up to my room. When I got to the room, I noticed the appropriately sized TV and the modern rooms that even have some personality with a yellow lamp to pop color into a neutral color room. Very impressed with the quality of these rooms.

If you want to stay away from the strip area, this particular location of Hampton Inn is awesome. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast and the cafeteria is very clean. Service staff and front desk employees were friendly and helpful. I do recommend :)

Bathtub was extremely stained, was not sure how clean it was. We sprayed Lysol to be sure, tub stopper did not work, so tub kept filling up while showering. No bath or hand soap in room, had to go to front desk. If the policy is to not leave in room, should be given to guest at check in. Finally, for those who are not comfortable eating with everyone, trays would be nice to carry food back to room. This is something that used to be available pre-pandemic.

Staff was great, both at the front desk and the person at the complimentary breakfast. The rooms are ok. The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom needed some maintenance. The shelving appeared to be coming off the wall, the shower head was usable but broken, and the tub appeared stained. The rooms have large tvs, desk areas, microwave and mini-fridge. They have a nice pool area and plenty of parking.

Really nice place to stay however since we were on the first floor we could hear creaks from the top floor and I could barely sleep. The beds were really comfy, spacious rooms and overall a great experience

This Hampton Inn is awesome. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The Breakfast area is also very clean and constantly wiped down. The service staff are very friendly and kudos to Ms. Leon, who is shown in the photo. Front desk employees were friendly and very helpful.

The location and service were nice, as well as most of the room. Our toilet seat was disconnected and dirty when we arrived (we fixed it, and cleaned it). A handicapped room should have a door that's either lighter, slower to close, or has a stopper to hold it open or some combination of all 3.😃

Not the hotel's fault but was forced to pay $325 per night for this place for travel baseball tournament. But...the pool and spa were filthy; the water continuously runs in the bathtub; good thing I brough my own soap and toilet paper since there was none; the coffee packages in the room were open and empty (not that I was going to drink it); there is NO fan in the bathroom; room is beyond small for four people; the breakfast crew was super nice!

Stayed at this property when we came to town for a funeral. We were here for two nights. After a horrendous trip with delayed flights, ect we ended up checking in at 2:30am. Upon our arrival our room “wasn’t ready” and the check-in lady was kind enough to preview our room prior to us entering. Unfortunately, there were no towels which she did supply. I wanted nothing more than to shower that night but the tub was DISGUSTING. Hadn’t been scrubbed in ages. If it wasn’t for it being 3am I would’ve went to the store for my own bleach to clean it with. I showered in my flip flops that I brought for the pool but was closed for repairs. The following morning we did complain to the front desk regarding the state of our tub and were informed the housekeeping supervisor would be notified and it would be promptly scrubbed however it never was. The bed was subpar and the pillows were basically non existent. My husband needed to iron his dress shirt and there was also no iron in the room. Breakfast area was clean but not much selection. Overall, very disappointing and nothing like other Hampton Inns we’ve stayed in. I’ll be staying somewhere else if I ever come back.

The girl who checked me in on Friday evening was super sweet and helpful, but unfortunately the hotel was not meeting minimum hotel standards. First, the pool and hot tub were out of service - this was not noted anywhere except a small paper on the front desk. Second, we had no remote to the tv in our room - we asked for a remote and one could not be sourced or found. Apparently, multiple rooms were missing remotes. Third, the light in our bathroom went out and had to be replaced less than 24 hours after we checked in. They fixed it quickly, but this was the third frustrating incident that occurred. In addition to the major cons I listed above, the hotel overall seemed meh. The pillows flattened fast, the towels were small and scratchy, there was not enough lighting in the room, the comforters were meh and the fitted sheet didn’t stay on the bed. Our desk chair also had a weird stain on it which made us not use it. On a positive note, the breakfast was decent and the gym had a rower. They also had complimentary WiFi, cookies in the evening, and popcorn in the evening. The room also didn’t smell funny and the AC worked well. I would only recommend this hotel for a quick overnight stay as the lack of standard amenities was unacceptable for a stay longer than 12 hours.

The rooms are a bit in need of updating the decor, but everything was sparkling clean and in good repair. Extremely good front desk staff. She remembered us from a visit back in June! This will be our “go to” place when passing through Las Vegas. Casino located behind this hotel. Loads of shopping and food outlets. Easy access to freeway. Everything you could want without the irritation of the strip. Kudos to the manager. She runs a great show!

Room was clean. No extra blankets for bed, no duvet cover on thin quilt. Room was cold, no coffee cups or drinking cups, soap was as big as my thumb. When I called about duvet cover, was told they do not use them. If I needed anything else come down and get it. Went for some complimentary nachos, no chips and cheese was cold. I arrived in kitchen at 6:45 and they stopped servicing at 7???? I did get a luke warm beer. I was disappointed in our stay.

If you're ever staying in Henderson, this is a good location to stay at. The staff is friendly, always taking care of you. Every time I walked in they would make eye contact and offer a nice greeting. Housekeeping was always nice and very attentive. Not to mention, the managers welcome snacks in the evening from 5 to 7 were a nice treat. And the location puts you in the middle of so many different things to go, do and see.

The hotel is old but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast is the usual, pretty standard for Hilton hotels. The hotel staff are always pleasant and friendly, especially Thelma, Amanda, and the ladies during breakfast!

Rooms are outdated and they need better beds, the one in my room feels like they bought it a good will lol. My friend had bed bugs and the bit him all over. I also heard that the house keeping personal are not changing sheets on a regular basis so I don’t recommend this hotel at all, im worried im gonna have bed bugs at my room and im worried about taking that to my house ..

I needed a place for the weekend since they are working on my AC. They are pet friendly and the rooms are great with fridge and microwave. Excellent location. Staff are super friendly. And the dogs like it!

The girls that work at the front desk needs to learn some manners. The night we checked in the girl working the front desk was in the dinning area with her family and we waited 15 minutes before she came to check us in. One night we came back from Vegas late and the girl working the front desk was on her phone with her feet on the desk. Then when we was checking out the girl at the front desk was making a facial gesture at the woman the checked out in front of me. All these girls need to act more professional. As for the kitchen help and the help cleaning the rooms. So nice and friendly. They always acknowledged your exists.

The room we ended up staying the night in still had fairly large food crumbs on several spots of the floor after getting downgraded already. The friendliness aside from the BS situation. Can't say I'll be staying here again, but it at least was not my worst overnight stay in a hotel..

Service was top notch but they were also loud. Love cookie hour and social gathering. Breakfast was decent. It's seems older than other Hampton Inn and looks needs little refreshing.

It was excellent because all the people we met from the front desk, to people in the kitchen, to the charming maid on the third floor were all amazing and friendly! The bed and pillows were good. You couldn't turn thr water off fully in the shower so there was a constant little stream of water, but that didn't make the stay any less enjoyable for us. They had this beagle like breakfast sandwich at the breakfast bar today! It was thr best hotel breakfast ever!

Very convenient location for us to access of I 15 on our way to Phoenix. Nice large parking lot, appreciated the taco's night we arrived, beverages. Also enjoyed the breakfast selection the next morning as it allowed us to get back on the road to finish our trip to Phoenix.

So many issues I had with this reservation! First before we even arrived the reservation somehow was changed to not use my points for this reservation so it went from $997.57 to $2,755.81. I was slightly irritated about that and more irritated that there was nothing anyone could do. I know better. Then when I tried to check in it said my card was declined so was the person in my other party. It was their system not my card it was resolved when they switched computers. Then.....most days we didn't have hot water and some days no water. There were I feel more negative aspects of this hotel this trip unfortunately than positive.

Wonderful hotel for a comfortable night of sleep and great guest service. The ladies at the front desk were so sweet and helpful. They also serve cookies in the evening which is different from any other Hampton Inn I’ve stayed with. It’s a nice perk that made us feel welcomed and appreciated.

Nice property, modern rooms and lobby. Included bfast was pretty good. However, the free lasagna offered in the evening was really good; it was advertised in the hotel as being available 5-7pm, but the food was gone by 6pm... and when the front desk personnel were questioned about the inadequate amount served, we were told they only made a finite amount, and when it was gone there would be no more offered - except this wasn't posted on the sign prominently displayed by the front desk. There were many guests who came down to get some food as early as 6pm who missed out. Management take note: 1. Either prepare adequate food to last for the posted two-hour window, or 2. Note on the sign first-come first-served, or 3. Shorten the duration to an hour or so instead. Otherwise, it's very misleading. Otherwise, a decent place to stay.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Location was perfect, beds were clean and comfortable. Full breakfast was filling and served many options. I will stay at this location over Las Vegas every time!

I received an email promoting digital check-in (which I did). I selected and was assigned a 3rd floor suite. I selected the 3rd floor since I do not like to hear people walking over my head. When I received the email notification that my room was ready, my room was switched to the 2nd floor. I called and asked why the room was switched. The desk clerk says there was a group that needed to have their rooms together and there were no other suites on the 3rd floor. As a rewards member this is unacceptable! The desk clerk was very nasty and said "again, this is all we have." Also the room was not clean and it was smelly. There was hair around the bathroom and the tub was stained. The pillows smelled like someone's dirty hair. Do you guys even wash the pillows? With COVID still in the air, I would expect you to wash the pillows. There is a sign in the bathroom that talks about your cleaning protocol, I did not see any of this done. The bed spread was old and worn. Paint was peeling from around the window and it was hard to maintain the room temperature. At $172/night, I expected the suites to be in a much better condition. The carpet in the halls were dirty and smelly. The elevator was old, dirty and paint was peeling. The breakfast, however, was decent. There was a nice variety. Although that was a sign that says "if you have dietary needs, please ask an attendant". Well, I am a vegan and asked for a non-dairy milk. Although the lady was nice, she had no idea what I was talking about. I then said, "soy or almond milk". She shook her head and said no. So I could not have cereal. I had to have oatmeal and fruit. The breakfast attendants were very attentive. The cleaned as they went along and asked if everything was okay. The replenished the food at a regular basis. Needless to say, I will never stay in the hotel again. There is a Holiday Inn Express and Comfort Inn right next door. I will be staying there next time!

Our family held a birthday reunion at this hotel, utilizing a block of rooms and their meeting space. The sales manager was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make our event be a lovely and positive experience! The staff were extremely helpful and even assisted with "picture taking" so all family members could be in pictures. The hotel itself was in great condition, the rooms were beautiful, breakfast was good, and the environment was extremely clean. We were so pleased with our experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Stayed here for a month and I loved it! Friendly staff and neighbors. The cookies that came out at 7pm were the highlight of my evening. Gym was exceptional and kept well.

We've stayed here in the past and are very pleased to note that the standards are still high. Very friendly and courteous staff, Melissa was terrific and greeted us with warm chocolate cookies! Breakfast was hot and tasty, nice variety of food and tea. Room was clean and comfortable. Our pups were also welcomed and we really loved having a room with an exterior door as well as one that opened into the hallway. Keep up the good work!

Great rooms comfy beds and very clean. However if you stay here request the top floor cause if someone above you is active you hear the creeks and at times its loud. If there are kids above you enjoy the pounding earthquake. Breakfast was good lots to choose from def worth it but the floors are the only drawback.
