This is one of the few hotels next to the airport that does NOT charge for a pet fee. The staff were very nice and check in/out was easy. We stayed at this hotel twice and the rooms on the first floor are slightly better than Motel 6 and can have pet smell. However, they were accommodating and would allow us to switch room upon request. There's a pet relieving area at the corner of the parking area, complete with poop bags. Breakfast could be better though. I would recommend guests staying here if traveling with pets.

Rooms were clean. The bed and pillow were comfy. My number 1 reason for choosing this hotel is because they allow cats/dogs for no additional fee. I was traveling with a cat, and for some reason, most hotels in the area that claim they are pet-friendly....but actually they only allow dogs (some with a hefty fee). As most reviews say, noise from the nearby airport was not noticeable to me and my husband.

We stayed here while in town for a BTS concert. Absolutely perfect for our busy weekend. We chose to stay here instead of on the Strip because we wanted a clean, quiet place to rest in between concert activities without having to worry about the casino crowd (and didn't want to break the bank.) We definitely made the right decision. The room was clean and comfortable and has a microwave and generous sized fridge. Breakfast was free and had a good variety. Coffee and ice water in the lobby at all hours. But most of all the staff here is amazing and extremely helpful. Not only is there a free 24 hour airport shuttle, which we took advantage of as we came in and left on late flights, but they were even able to take us and other concert goers to the show, and pick us up later that night. That definitely went the extra mile and helped put our minds at ease so we could just enjoy the concert without worrying about how we were going to get back. Overall great stay, thank you! đź’śđź’śđź’ś

It is located very conveniently closer to airport and bus terminal. Airport shuttle is very active. Just called them after collecting my checked in bag, was directed to pick up point where the shuttle was available in next 10 minutes. Nice property...Room was neat and clean...can change the pillows though... professional front desk... breakfast was decent... When you are staying few nights, ask for housekeeping service...will be done.

Received excellent customer service from the front desk and overnight airport shuttle driver. They made my travel experience better and service that good is rare these days. The front desk coordinated with the shuttle driver to get everyone safely to their destination promptly.

I was looking for a room with a spa tub for my wife and I to celebrate her birthday. I couldn't find one on The Strip that was less than a thousand dollars. I searched for places outside The Strip, and La Quinta Inn was the only one who had it. I thought she would prefer a hotel, but after seeing it, she actually said, "we should make this our normal spot." One thing we both underestimated is how much we both would enjoy the peace and quiet. The rooms are bigger than the average rooms in other hotels and the beds are so comfortable we never made it to The Strip. The staff was absolutely fantastic. Most of my high ratings are due to how pleased I was with the customer service.

Spirit gave me a room for free after making me miss my connecting flight. They rescheduled the flight for the next day at 10am. Got to this hotel at 12:30am the night before. It was just nice to have a bed that night, and this place has shuttles right back to the airport. Very convenient.

Solid place and I have always enjoyed my stays at La Quinta hotels across the country. Their rooms are clean and the beds are as well. Their sink is separate from toilet and shower tub, which was fine with me. The free breakfast was awesome too, especially the bacon and yogurt/green apples. The proximity to the airport is a big plus and they were even able to check me in early so that we could drop off our stuff in our rooms and go explore the city. Thanks guys for a great stay.

I stayed at this hotel during an overnight layover at the Las Vegas airport. I was worried about the shuttle since I was arriving after midnight but as soon as I called the hotel, someone came to pick me up. The staff were friendly and accommodating. My room was clean, and breakfast was good. The next morning the shuttle brought me back to the airport and dropped me off at my airline’s terminal. Staying at this hotel made my experience traveling, a little bit less stressful! Thanks!

Loved this location for first night in Vegas, before we head down to a Strip hotel. The staff and pool and watching planes and breakfast and shuttle was awesome . Thank you hard working hotel staff( I worked hotel before so I know) . Be at door 53 of exit at airport to catch white "La Quinta" shuttle from little bus Island across the 53 door. Hotel had nice crowd of people too.

Such an excellent place to stay! The room was lovely, so spacious and beautiful. Also the bed was super comfortable as well as the pillows. The room had a unique layout, and the keurig in the room was such a nice touch. Pool was awesome as well as the hot tub and fitness center, and it's at such an awesome location. It was right by the airport, and it was really cool to see the planes coming in! (room was quiet too even being next to the airport, it wasn't loud at all) :)

Called for over 45 minutes to get shuttle pick up, never answered the phone and I had to get an Uber. The lady at the front desk during check in said that she already knew there was an issue. No apology, nothing. She was distracted by her cell phone. The room was spacious and comfortable but smelled terrible. I stayed for 2 nights, as I was getting ready to check out I found the source of the odor, cat pee on the floor next to the TV. Yuck! But the common area was nice, no noise issues.

Loved it. Comfortable beds, nice options for the continental breakfast, large comfortable dining/meeting area. The prices were VERY decent considering they're less than 15 minutes from the strip. The pool and spa were clean and refreshing. The hotel is right across the street from an international airport and I never heard a single plane land or take off even though I could see the landing strips from my window. The staff were courteous and when the stopper on our bathroom sink got stuck, there was a maintenance person there within 15 minutes to fix it.

I think this place is wonderful. No resort fees, free parking, free breakfast, and nice pool with a bonus of watching the airplanes land and take off. Yes you can hear the airplanes but that noise doesn't bother me. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly and helpful.

Had a nice overnight stay here. Room was clean and spacious. Very easy to get to airport or the strip if you choose. The free breakfast was severely slacking, I’m not sure why they bother but we did appreciate the coffee.

Customer Service amazing The hallway has a smell. Animal urine The room has an odd smell.rop like incense was used. Or some type of smoke. Curtains dirty and the thing above it. Looks like ashes in the AC/heater unit.

A quality stay! Wonderful facility. Very clean, friendly service, a great breakfast selection. Comfortable and clean rooms and throughout the facility. La Quinta is our regular chain we enjoy staying, especially for the handicap rooms.

Pros: great breakfast choices and fresh. Room was nice and clean. CONS: pool towels are very small! some of the jets in the hot tub were not working very well. check in person didn't have the best welcoming personality.

Arrived Vegas by motorbike and flew out the next day. I wanted to avoid the hype and expense of the casino/hotels for my 1 night stay. This place was perfect. Good location to catch early flight out, timely airport shuttle service, very nice and clean rooms, and helpful/knowledgeable staff. I left a small pocket knife at the desk, as I had no checked luggage and TSA would not allow it. The staff sent the knife to my home by fedex. Such service is rare....Thank you, la Quinta.

Not on, but less than 5 minutes from the strip, but so glad it wasn’t. We stayed for 8 nights for business and a vacation, and with the close proximity to the airport, we could barely hear planes when turning in for the night…and you had to focus to really hear them. We were on the back side though. Perfect location in my opinion. The staff was very friendly and as helpful as they could be. Our key cards lost programming at least once a day…all four of them. Couple this with only one elevator working…and you got a workout having to go back and forth at the most inconvenient times to the front desk. Laundry price for wash and dry was less than $3 total. Breakfast was great with a variety every morning…but being from the south…a biscuit would have been nice a couple of days. The hotel was clean and we never felt unsafe as some have mentioned. Awesome fast food selection, restaurant selection, grocery stores, and Wal-Mart are all very close. We didn’t use the shuttle, but it was very active to and from the airport. The views out of the windows and outside are pretty nice to wake up to. I would stay here again without any hesitation. The one thing that I would recommend is to being a pillow. They only way I can describe the 8 we had in our room is terrible. Hard…hard…hard. Some felt softer like a feather pillow…but when your head hit them…hard. The others were like a brick. I would advise the hotel to replace every single one of them due to reading other reviews. The beds on the other hand, were pretty comfortable.

Good location with friendly staff. The hotel was not well maintained and our room was dirty. The tub had grime on it, the toilet didn't work, the phone in the bathroom didn't work, sheets were stained, and the carpet was dirty. Not worth the price.

The hotel is showing some age in the guestroom. The lobby area was very nice and all the employees were very helpful and nice also. The breakfast was adequate, what you would expect. The free airport shuttle was a plus as was the closeness to the airport. The location is about 5 miles from the strip so the Ubers can get expensive the later in the evening you travel. There is not much restaurant/shopping close to this hotel.

It is off the strip but the people are so nice, the breakfast is included and the pool and hot tub was so nice. It was only 15 minutes from the strip and super easy to get lyfts. They even have shuttle service to and from the airport Oh and my favorite watching and listening to the airplanes. Beautiful

We had a short stay here for a very busy 10Yr anniversary trip before heading to Arizona. It was very thoughtful that they tried their best to upgrade our room for our anniversary, but couldn't due to availability. Staff were all friendly, and overall a clean hotel. Our room had a couple minor things that could be addressed. That said... the room was clean, bed very comfortable and the free breakfast was perfectly acceptable. Actually enjoyed seeing the planes coming and going and honestly was much quieter than I thought it would be having a view of the airport. The construction next door was a bit of an eyesore, and might affect viewing the airport once something is built. Overall a very nice experience here and will stay again when in Vegas. Great price and it was nice being a few miles from the comotion of the strip. Thank you LaQuinta!

These people who run this hotel are great. My wife left a pair of hiking boots in the room and they called and made arrangements to mail them back to us. Outstanding customer service

We had a very early flight out of Las Vegas and wanted some sleep before we flew out. This hotel is close to the airport, had shuttle service when we needed it, & has a pool heated enough to enjoy & a spacious hot tub. We were able to walk a short distance to the Pizza Company for dinner where the pizza & salad was made fresh & were tasty. We enjoyed our short night & would stay again.

My company forces me to stay at this hotel and I stayed in over 12 different rooms there. Every room has bed bugs, also the furniture too. None of the electric doors work and you have to walk around the building to enter. Conditions at this hotel have rapidly declined over the last few years

Everysingle pillow i had was rock hard. It had no give and was just a very very solid piece of fabric it seems like. The bath tub floor is absolutely disgusting. It is stained yellow-brownish from soap and who else knows what. The keurig is not clean, which could cause mold. And when we woke up this morning we seen a big fatt piss spot on our comforter we just slept with. The price might be decent but save you and your family from the filth they tend not to clean up around here.

Amazing breakfast! Pool and sauna area is great but both doors to get in don't open after swiping the key card every time, maybe 50% of the time. Go try it 10 times I guarantee the handle doesn't work all 10. Don't walk alone to the 711 at night ;) The adjacent apartments have people speeding in and out so walk carefully there, I saw an accident right at the entrance in the morning.

WORST HOTEL EVER! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The room next to us was pounding music all day and it smelt like they were smoking weed. I complained to front desk multiple times. Music woke my daughter up and I asked for a room change. Staff didn’t care at all that they were pounding music smoking weed. Had to wake my daughter up and change rooms in the middle of the night. DO NOT SAY HERE!!!!

Overall, this was an OK place for us to get a few hours sleep and a shower after getting in late from our flight and embarking on the 4 hour drive to the Grand Caynon. The shuttle driver was very kind. Decided to take us to the hotel and come back for another group that was coming bc we had kids with us and it was after midnight. Check in staff friendly and helpful. The beds were good. The room was generally clean, but very worn down. The curtains in our room were filthy and the lamp shades were cracked and broken.

We stopped here on our way from Cabo San Lucas Mexico to Boise Idaho. The room was pet friendly, clean, comfortable, and quiet. We were on the back side away from the airport and could not hear the airplanes at all. Will definitely stay here again!

  • 5/5 Kacie N. 1 year ago on Google
The staff was very nice. Because of my flight times, they allowed me to check in early and check out a little late. The room was very clean and the air conditioning really helped in the 109° heat. Around 11pm, I noticed a giant flying insect of some kind and, in a bit of a panic, called the front desk for help. The nicest person came and killed it for me. Above and beyond service for sure! They have a small area where you can purchase snacks, drinks, and traveling necessities. There is also a 24-hour laundry facility and workout room. A shuttle runs from the hotel to the airport every half hour. I appreciated not having to get a Lyft, Uber, or Taxi. Overall, this was an extremely pleasant experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

My husband and I stayed there for one night on our way to California. We had never stayed at a La Quinta before. This one was great. Very clean. We had a king bed suite and it was wonderful. It had a big desk for my husband to work from. The location is close to Towne Square Mall with lots of restaurants and shopping. You are very close to the airport but you can't hear any planes inside the room. There is a place to watch planes down the street. It is a nice place to stay if you don't want to be on the Strip but need to stay in Las Vegas and want somewhere safe and clean.

I can’t stop saying how refreshing our stay at this hotel was, especially considering how awful our visit was to another La Quinta property down the street that has since shut down. I very much appreciated the extra pillows and blankets in the room, the working television with several channels, a friendly and welcoming staff, a delicious warm breakfast, and a decent-sized swimming pool. All the amenities our previous hotel couldn’t even provide. Thank you for a great stay.

Clean and very close to strip and 7 minutes away from airport. Staff very friendly including housekeeping and breakfast attendant. Kyle was always upbeat and ready to help answer any questions we had. Amazing team at this hotel. Will book again at this location.

Stayed at this location for two nights. Checked in at 2am with no issues. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was sufficient and fresh, with coffee available all day. Hotel was clean and felt very safe. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to town.

I have been to this location over a dozen times by myself on business trips. I like the complementary breakfast. It's buffet style. I make my own waffle. Unfortunately, I miss the breakfast half the time because it doesn't start till 6 AM.

We've stayed here twice for training and it was a welcoming and comfortable experience each time. Regardless of being right next to the airport, it's very quiet, as well as safe and clean. Highly recommended.

I had to wait 2 hours for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. It was extremely hot on that day, so that was very unpleasant. I didn't get any compensation for the eait other than an offer of a bottle of water. The breakfast was very simple. The hotel itself is fine but too expensive for what it is and for the service they offer.

  • 5/5 Elizabeth Swisse Y. 1 year ago on Google
Awesome stay. This place was very accommodating. No pet fee, no late checkout fee. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfy. My 16 month old daughter loved watching the planes take off and land. Was worried that the plane noise would keep me awake but it wasn’t a problem at all. 20 minutes to the strip. 1 mile away from a park with a nice facilities and a dog park.
