Only one worker at front desk very nice, the other Hispanic lady with the sharpie eyebrows just stands their very unprofessional chewing gum like the cows chew grass to paint the picture. The few times I’ve been there she’s always just standing, you ask her a question and she either doesn’t want to answer are is not mentally capable. If she’s the manager it must suck being the employees having to be there with no help

I stay here about once a week, as me and my dog are traveling around the area backpacking. Super friendly staff, very clean rooms. 👏👏👏 The only thing I could say bad, is that after about 8:00 p.m. the parking lot is full of people meandering around and visiting each other... Not necessarily a bad thing.

There's just way too much traffic at odd hours of the night and some of it is uncomfortable for the ordinary 9 to 5:00 individual The door slamming and people eyeballing you when you leave and come back doesn't really make you feel all warm and cozy inside. There was also a cockroach in my room, it was chilling on the mirror trying to remain unseen but I saw it all right. I haven't seen a cockroach in a hotel room in I don't know how long and I stay in quite a few hotels on a regular basis. I killed it though, here's a fun fact, all cockroaches have wings and can fly. They're just too lazy to, literally.

Pros - No resort fees, which is a bonus. Nice front desk ladies. Happy staff. So, nothing bad about the actual workers. Cons - All non-smoking rooms downstairs, very creaky ceilings, and if you have a stomper on top of you, good luck.... There definitely shouldn't be a room beside the washer/ dryer room. You can hear the washer/ dryers going from about 6am on. The big bins they roll around aren't quiet either... nice thin walls make for not very great sleep. And the door slamming is also a nice feature to be beside. Could Definitely use some upgrades. Yes they did the flooring since it has been built, but with how much money is in vegas, small upgrades go a long way. Mostly to the bathrooms. Been to other motel 6's and have been like oh yeah this is nice. This one seems to have be mostly all original. Only ranting due to 2 of 3 nights having a bad sleep due to the reasons above.

A guest found and brought our little dog, "Cheyenne" to the front office of Motel 6 when she got out while we were unpacking the truck. The night auditor took our Chihuahua to the back office, and told the guest she would see Cheyenne got back to her owners. The guest found us, and told us what she had done! When I ran to the office to get Cheyenne the employee said no one had brought a dog in, and the guest was lying. When I told the guest what the employee had said she insisted that she go back up with me to confront the employee. The employee suddenly remembered that she had in fact brought the dog to the office, but Cheyenne wasn't there. After changing her story several times, the employee said that she had given the dog away to a couple, no proof of ownership was asked for, she just gave her away, and has no information about Cheyennes whereabouts. The manager sided pretty much with the employee, who had changed her story back to saying she never had the dog! The manager allowed us to spend 3 days and nights in their parking lot, in our vehicle, in 110 degree heat, hoping to catch a glimpse of Cheyenne, either with another hotel guest, or someone possibly looking for her owner, but the employee allowed her to be stolen , and that's where we are at. A police report has been filed, Motel 6 has video which the police will be looking at, and meanwhile we have been labeled DNR, "do not rent", and are not allowed back on the property of Motel 6, Boulder Hwy, We cannot even go to where she was last seen. Motel 6 corporate was called, a report was made, but we never even received a call back from them. If you have a pet, don't go here, they don't care, have no conscience, they lie, and apparently don't feel any responsibility for giving your beloved pet away. BAD BAD BAD PLACE!

I only stayed at this motel for 30 minutes and it was the worst experience that I’ve had for the first time staying at a motel 6. When I got there, the girl who helped me get the room was very helpful and nice, when I got to room, it was a bit dirty, but not enough for me to complain about it, once I got myself comfortable, I lay down on the bed and at the corner on my eyes, saw a cockroach I immediately got up. I went straight to the office the girl that help me out in the beginning wasn’t there. the gal that helped me out wasn’t as friendly and as nice once I explain to her why I needed to check out and get a refund to my room. Overall, some staff members are friendly, this place is a little sketchy and for my room not clean and it had roaches. It’s one of those go at your own risk.

It's my first time in a motel 6 and I have to say it was a great experience. There rooms are nice , no bugs or anything of that sort. Room smelled great and the bathroom was the cleanest out of any hotel I've stayed at. I wish they had a microwave or something but other than that it was in all a great experience.!!

When I walked into the check-in, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Once I got the key and walked into my room, I was greeted by a cockroach on the floor. I stumped it and kicked it out because it was not going to live in my room rent-free. We were also greeted by a huge punch of cigar smoke (mind you, this is a smoke-free room as well). So we asked if we can switch rooms for those reasons but they are booked and have no more available rooms which was understandable so we had to go get cleaning supplies including Lysol and Febreze to clean and spray down the room just to make it tolerable to stay. At the same time, my wife checked in her family into an another room which was completely the opposite (even though we booked for the same style rooms), they had a fridge and microwave as well as it was pleasant scent. So it really is a hit-or-miss.

Very professional and friendly. They know how to be lenient but also not bend their rules to where it’s a problem. The grounds are picked up and cleaned daily. Not too over booked nor a ghost town. Rooms are clean and have everything you need stocked. Maids come around every morning and are also friendly and professional. Overall a great place to stay if you are on a budget or would just rather just stay within necessity instead of extravagance. 5/5.

The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was clean & stocked, the beds were so comfy! We took a swim in the pool & it was quiet & relaxing. Great central location to everywhere we needed to get. Lots of little food places close. Like home away from home

This motel is very comfortable and convenient to The Strip here in Las Vegas. The staff are awesome ladies!! They helped me a lot when I needed it the most and I plan to keep staying here as long as possible. The rooms are clean and the beds comfy. And it's been very quiet with no loud parties or disturbances.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE …Please don’t judge this hotel by some of these people who left negative reviews probably out of spite. I was here for 2+ weeks and absolutely nothing went wrong. There is NO RESORT FEE which is excellent! The office staff and room attendant ladies are so nice and they took very good care of me while I was here waiting for my apartment to get remodeled! I feel as long as you don’t expect 5* accommodations at a Motel 6 AND GET EXCELLENT SERVICE then you will be absolutely satisfied with your stay here. Yes, There are a lot of homeless people around but that is everywhere along Boulder Highway but the security keeps them out of the motel just FYI.

Toilet seat is the wrong size. TV channels suck. Could not get local channels. Office staff was really friendly. Manager not so much. Dog poop in walk area not picked up by guests. Lots of homeless walking on property. Security very friendly and helpful. Did find roaches but I just bought roach spray and took care of them myself.

I received great customer service! Tama saw that I had a problem w my online reservation and it was just simply wrong. Instead of just saying well sorry that's the system she instead took her time to correct it, I'm terrible w online stuff . Also Kim helped me w the same problem 2 nights later. The morning team (Jeremiah & Tama, i think….) made the check in process simple and pleasant. Great accommodations for price, privacy and location. 4 stars only cuz let’s be real, it’s a motel 6. No frills place to lay your head down at night. 1-27-2024 Google had the room rates listed at $56/night but i definitely paid just about double that…. Not sure who is at fault there but twice as much isn’t very cool at all. More synergy between the two companies would be nice.

Make sure you carry a strap at this location. Bunch of ghetto people everywhere. Be prepared and aware of your surroundings. Don't hesitate to react

Maaaan I smelled like Big Mac's , salt and shame and I really wanted to shower however smoking rooms weren't ready. Not mention reservation forgot to mention smoking so I was so exhausted I cried when all three front desk clerks went over and beyond to accommodate my needs.

If icoukd, I'd give this place no stars. Overpriced for nothing. No toiletries what so ever. The room was clean ish. But I stayed her left this morning bc someone tried to break into my room at 5pm last night, while I was in the shower. No security at all here. Don't stay here. They don't care. If you do lock the doors, even the deadbolt. Some guswas banging and screaming at my door. I wasn't expecting anyone and all he was doing was trying to open my door. Claimed he was looking forEric. I dont know anyone by that name. If u stay here, be careful! Las vegas....smh.

The most AMAZING staff here. If I could five them more then 5 stars I absolutely would. We have been here for almost 2 weeks and the staff has gone WAY above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel itself if a cute quaint little spot. It is super quiet and extremely clean. The grounds are cleaned everyday, and the housekeeping staff is super friendly and very efficient. The office staff is absolutely the most friendly and outgoing. They are always full of smiles and have fresh hot coffee every morning. The girls always ask how I am and how's my day going. They are super quick to address any issues and help in every way they can. If your looking for a friendly feel like home away from home location, then I would HIGHLY recommend this location.

this location isn’t that + Tatums customer service is A1 & rooms are clean that was my biggest concern. I’m scared of roaches and haven’t seen any from the 2 rooms I’ve been in.. Asking for towels and blankets if you don’t want housekeeping is easy the maids are nice…motel 6 is dog friendly which is great just wish they had like a dog area but all good. There is a lot of activity going on maybe not so much on the property but more so right outside of it… just mind your business 😂

It's an ok option for a Motel but I didn't have a microwave or fridge so I'm not sure if All the rooms are this way. The staff is friendly and will try to accommodate you the best way they can.

It's been a nice stay, the noise at night is constantly going from babies crying for hours, to everyone walking past or the room above you stomping around and the sirens screaming... The rooms need to be cleaner, not a five minutes and out... Coffee is good but really small cups and you should offer breakfast goodiy

The staff was friendly and helpful is the only thing good about this place. They happened to be painting at the time we visited, and the room smelled of paint all the time. Not sure how much brain cells we lost during out stay. The painters didn't care how they painted, so the bathroom counter was splashed with paint. The room was quite dusty and dirty, even found someone else's water bottle under the bed. The area is a pretty rough part of town. Plenty of homeless people around the area along the street. The upside is that if you ever need to eat, there are decent dining option at the casino next door. The diner (The Brass Fork) next door is great. The patrons are mostly working class with some sketchy characters to boot, so expect this place to be busy if you like to sleep in. Not likely to stay here again.

Our stay here couldn't have been made any better due to Tatum at the front desk. She is so amazing. Me and my husband has been staying there on and off for the last month and Tatum always went above and beyond to help with our needs. Thank you Tatum and team Motel 6 your the best!

Even by motel standards, our room was pretty grotty: the sheets clearly hadn't been wased and had dog paw-prints all over them. Charming front desk staff, though.

The management is excellent and the staff is professional, courteous, and kind. They go out of their way to help resolve any issues that you might have. The rooms are kept clean and the motel grounds, including the dog area, are well maintained. My family has been very happy staying here and we highly recommend Motel 6 Boulder Hwy.

Luis and all the staff went out of their way to help me out after my reservation was somehow lost and then the last room that was available had a smoke smell even though it was a non smoking room but they helped me get it smelling much better. So customer service is an A+ in my opinion.

My family and I had to stay here for an extended period of time and my stay was great. The staff were above and beyond helpful. I am forever grateful and will most definitely recommend others! Thanks again to all the staff from management to the cleaning staff!! :)

Toilet was full of fetus on the rim. Sheets looked not changed. Mouse traps onside the door. Front desk lied about pool hours. Lamps don’t work. Not like other Motel 6 I’ve stayed at. I had book for 2 night, unfortunately canceled next day reservation nor spent the night. To bad they don’t refund. I’d definitely want my money back.

Toilet didn't flush, front staff was not friendly. We payed for 2 nights online a week in advance. Woke up the first morning to them pounding on our door threatening to call the cops. Wouldn't even look at our booking and told us to leave. If you want to enjoy your vacation, do not stay here whatsoever. It'll cost you $500 just to be forced to leave 12 hours after you arrive.

I payed over $200 to stay in a room that not only has roaches, but the ac/heat unit has buttons on it that are broken there was only 1 pillow on the bed and when I went into the bathroom there was a stain on the towel on the tub a hole in the bathroom door and you have to force the door closed due to a recent paint job that looks as though they were covering a hole. The sink and counters were nasty as though they needed to be rewiped quite disappointed. Lobby was locked so no access to the vending machine there were alot of shady looking people roaming the area pictures are enclosed I will be reaching out to corporate

I stayed one night while on a cross-country solo trip. I paid about $150 for a room with 1 bed. Typical of Motel 6 there were no amenities, not even coffee in the lobby. They were repainting the parking lot stripes so parking was a mess.

Not bad but police and detectives were there all day and night investigating something bad I’m going to assume and I pray for God’s peace and mercy for all involved. In Jesus Christ’s name amen. Rooms aren’t very clean but bed was comfortable and front desk ladies were very happy and polite.

Becausei the staff like Angie Barbara,and Kevin are you nice and made my love so easy for me especially when I had to extend my stay there. I know there are people they can be difficult and their job can be very demanding but these three are probably the reason why people will extend with them six times a week and twice on Sunday. If I had to have a big mouth in this case I do, everyone should come here where they can get good deals and have a friendly staff to help

It motel 6 so you know it's hit or miss this one is in a "ghetto" I guess. Not the best area for tourists but if you're just here to have fun on a budget and don't want to pay resort fees. than grow a pair and stay at boulder highway it actually very nice staff is helpful and nice.

I recently took a small trip with my husband for business. We enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable and we were able to see our car from our room. We brought our 5 yr old along on this trip and she loved the small get away. Getting there we weren't sure if we'd be able to get a room and check in right away since we didn't book in advance but the staff was so helpful and super sweet to my little one. We stayed a total of 3 days. Although the rooms are a bit out dated it was very clean. I would recommend this location. We'll be returning the next time we're in town.

Ok, so I get it's a motel 6 so don't expect the Ritz Carlton with this 5 star review. Everything was kept the way you'd expect. Clean room, bed, sheets all that and usually, I'd rate this a 3.5 but what made this visit particularly amazing was the staff. The employees are rude and treat you like your a criminal. The rooms are not that clean and smell bad. The area has poor people laying around the property and has no security. I would not recommend this motel 6 especially if you have children.

Had a wonderful stay at Motel 6. The front office lady was extremely nice and accommodating, and the AC in the room did the job. The room was clean, there were no bed bugs, and the shower heat up quickly. Much better experience than the Super 8, who informed us our reservation was canceled after we arrived there at midnight. I booked the Motel 6 reservation minutes after the Super 8 cancellation and we were able to snag a room the day of without the huge ($160+) markup that Super 8 wanted to charge us. All around great experience!

Love the fact that you can bring pets, parking spot was right in front of my room I could come and go as I please, he rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location is great! the motel is by restaurants, stores casinos pretty much anything you wantt to do. Shaniya is very sweet and a great help

We had unexpectedly had to stay here due to car trouble. The staff are helpful and kind. The rooms are comfortable and clean all but the floors. They need a new way of cleaning them. But its not just this motel 6 its all of them I found this issue with.

I was in a bind due to my rig breaking down. They had availability, they are very professional, understanding, and the price is right as well as affordable. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the staff are amazing! I am giving this hotel 5 stars and am highly recommending this to all who are looking for a great atmosphere and an awesome place to stay at.

This has to be one of the nastiest places I've ever stayed. There was one towel for three people. I should have took pictures. You would not believe what there was to say. This place is not recommended by me for sure. I would never go there again. They charged me $134 the man in the room next door said he paid 103. Try to figure that one out. I think they let homeless people stay there. I do not recommend this motel 6. They should have gave me money to stay there. Go to four Queens They actually have clean bathrooms and towels at four Queens hotel. You'll be a lot happier. Believe me

By far the best motel 6 I’ve ever stayed at… and I refused to stay at one ever again a few months ago … but the rooms are clean and updated. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the security level is amazingI felt safe at night that my car wasn’t going to be broken into or a window busted out.

Hi I'm leaving a review for my people at the front desk. they are very professional always has a great attitude and never not able to help if you need it. They call sometimes and ask if everything in your room is fine they are very considerate and nice The maids are very nice and sweet And always willing to help if they can understand English and have the means to help. Everyone here is very great and nice and give great costumer service they always treat people with the most respect. They make people feel very welcome and they are very knowledgeable on places to visit in Vegas and places to eat The hotel is in a great location right next to boulder hwy casino where the food court is , Yes they are expensive but there is food all down this hwy also.

The staff at this Motel 6 is ALWAYS courteous and helpful from the moment I check in until the moment I check out. Need fresh towels at 2am? You got it! Lost your key card or demagnetized it for the umpteenth time? Done! Need to extend your room just a wee bit longer? Don't worry, not only do they got you on that too, they'll try their hardest to keep you in the same room* if possible to save you the stress and hassle of bouncing from room to room during your stay. *NOT guaranteed so don't get yourself worked up in a tizzy or take it out on the staff if your room selection got booked out from underneath you. It's out of their control whether you like it or not. BUT, from my own experiences, the front desk will TRY** to get you into the next available room as soon as they can, it just may take an hour or so if they don't have a room that's already cleaned and ready to go. **As long as long as you don't make an @$$ out of yourself first!!!

Long story short, the office manager at my place couldn't wait til Saturday to take my rent so I end up on the streets. The friendliness, the understanding, the professionalism of your evening staff on Thursday night(2/16/2023....who wouldn't sell out to ensure I had a roof that night. Needless to say, my direct deposit didn't hit til 10pm that night. I'm beyond grateful for them. I mean it's not the strip yet you won't find humans with a heart on the strip...let alone understanding. Whatever your faith, may you be blessed 100% for your pure heart & faithfulness to a customer. The creator, God saw your hearts. He knows, he'll take care of you & I pray a multitude of blessings over Boulder Highway Motel 6 & it's staff.

I stayed only one night in the smoke-free room, but it smelled of smoke. There was no hair shampoo or rinse, No hair dryer, no tissue, just the soap. It wasn't clean. I had to stay I couldn't find the room because it was Saturday night with double the price usually charged. The front desk person wasn't kind at all. I DO NOT Recommend this place.

This is the only motel 6 I actually like. They don’t give me a hard time. It is not as noisy and it is next to a decent casino. Everyone here is nice with me.

Our stay at the Motel 6 on Boulder Highway was perfect! The first time we stood 4 nights at Motel 6, from checking in to checking out, to extending our stay, they made it easy and very accommodating in person or online, you have the option to reserve a room or pay right a way. This is our 2nd stay and I gotta say Motel 6 is a great stay and we are pleased with all they have to offer! From affordable rates, smoking/non-smoking rooms, laundry facility on-site, but most importantly, we love that kids stay free & they're pet friendly, unlike other motel/hotels, either no pets and their fees outrageous and definitely not worth it! The rooms were clean, the office staff very nice and understanding and housekeeping/maintenance staff were friendly as well! I will definitely recommend them to family/friends! Thank you again Motel 6!

Janiya is my angel. I am so grateful to come to this motel and had her as my customer service rep. Me, my husband and 3 year son had our flight delayed and we missed our flight. We were able to rebook on another flight for the next day but it was 3am and we needed a place to stay. We were so tired when we got to the hotel and she was able to get us in so quickly ti have a place to sleep. Was passing through Vegas and needed a place to stay for the night with our furbaby. Our first time in this situation where we needed a place to stay with a pet. This location was very accommodating. The manager Barbara helped us as she was training someone new. So glad she was there as we had so many questions and she answered them all made us feel very comfortable and at ease and the room was very clean.

Compared to all Motel 6 properties in Vegas, this is by far the best one I have been to. Kind and attentive staff.Quiet and safe location. Clean and spacious rooms. I would recommend this location to anyone needing a quick or extended stay.

Me and my boyfriend stayed a night there and we were greeted by a lovely front desk receptionist named Shaniya she accommodated all of our needs and answered any and every question we had and we had a lot lol She was very informative and professional. She definitely makes an amazing asset to this company! She deserves a raise asap, I will definitely be returning and recommending to my friends and family.

I started in room 160 and had to relocate to a room 161 due to the poor conditions of the room. For example, the room was missing 4 lamp shades, the plumbing was not functioning. The toilet did not flush, had to ask maintenance to fix the bathroom everyday. Moreover I stayed there from 12/25 -1/15, spent a great deal of money and I was put on the DNR list!! I have no idea why, even management could not explain. Certain staff members acted unprofessional and at times malevolent. I never caused trouble or complained through out my stay. The only bright light were the security guards who helped me and were concerned for my wellbeing. Greatly appreciated.
