We love the apartment. They really look out for the residents here. The manager, Mary is very helpful and kind. She sends text reminders of things that are happening in the community and keeps everyone updated. Jerald has installed new appliances and checked up on repairs so quickly that we never have to wait.

I have lived here one year and enjoy the calm quit neighborhood. The staff is resourceful and gets the job done. It is a secure location and low crime rate, walking distance to store and food.

It's been 2 years since I lived there. But I would definitely live there again if I could. Mary the manager was and has always been wonderful caring and understanding.

This is a wonderful community! Very clean and quiet place to call home. The maintenance is quick to fix issues that arise and the manager treats you like family. If you're looking for a beautiful place to relocate, The Rosemont of Hillsboro is the perfect place to hang your hat!!!

Mary the manager in the office is awesome! She's alway's has the answers to your question and if she doesn't she will find out for you and get back with you. I love living here and the people that are living here are very welcoming.Mary always makes sure everybody that lives here are happy and things are taking care of when you have a problem or any issues she'll get right on it. I made a visit without an appointment on purpose so that I could truly see how the property ran. First of all the manager Ms. Mary, knows her stuff! As I waited, I witnessed how she interacted with a tenant. All I can say is WOW!! She was very professional and it is obvious she cares about those living there. Our walk around the property and in viewing the unit was impressive! I found the unit shown to be well maintained and clean as well as the outside grounds to be well kept. You can definitely tell that all the employees take pride in their work there. The few tenants there were out and about the complex looked to be happy and I felt the family atmosphere with our visit. I can see our little family fitting right in with the community there. Thank you Ms. Mary for being so patient with us and having the right answers to all of our questions!!

I didn't see any info about the rent! How much for a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom?

I love living at Rosemont Apartments. They are always so clean! Mary(the head office administrator) is always so kind and sweet.
