if you're not picky by absolutely any means, this is a dope location! Super central to everything you're looking for and affordable. On a heavier note, custodial will never ever enter your room. So don't expect clean towels or refill on shampoo or soap or anything. To be fair, they did seem extremely busy with general upkeep, And it appeared as if custodial was also performing the maintenance crews tasks.

Stayed here for 6 days last month and the hotel was nice! We were told we would receive a deposit back a few days after our stay and it’s currently week 2 and we haven’t gotten anything. Other than that, we got a room with a balcony and a cozy king bed. Everything was close and the restaurants nearby were really good. It’s a perfect spot 10-15 minutes away from the strip.

Chose this location because it's away from the Strip, but close enough to it that you can get there easily. Rooms are fairly comfortable, but have that weird interior decor that a corporate buyer thought would be "upscale", but really doesn't hold a lot of things in it, or on it. There is a good amount of plugs (at least in the room I was in) for electronics. The front desk staff was really nice when I interacted with them, which made the stay pleasant. I'm dinging the property for a couple of reasons: Bathroom area in the room I had is badly designed (see the pics attached) - the corporate interior decor of the sink is too narrow for the space it's in, as well as the faucet is too short for the sink, so water gets everywhere unless it's on full blast, which makes total sense IN A DESERT. I also hope you like showering when your eyes are closed, because that's what the shower is like (again, see pic). Next, since this is Vegas, apparently no one needs to worry about slamming doors and talking loudly when they go out at 1am, or come back in at 4am. And, given Vegas' allowing use of the kynd bud, it's a treat to suddenly have your room flooded with the smell of weed smoke at 3am...so I hope you don't get the munchies. Overall a nice property to stay at; just realize you're still in Vegas and plan your trip accordingly.

We stayed here for 2 nights, and the experience was pretty good. It’s a 3 star hotel, so we didn’t expect much but just a place to crush. The room is a suite, and it is spacious. The bathroom, though, is however kinda small. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Overall, we did enjoy our stay here. The only missing star is the cleaness that one towel was used and tossed in our room prior to our stay/checkin. Which is a bit distracting, and i hope this doesn’t occur to others for their stays!

Hotels are nice but the older batista lady overcharged me for two cups of coffee today. She hit no transaction on the cashier and put the cash in the drawer. Thought it was weird but if you don't want to give me change then round down and not up.

My room door didn't shut all the way. The elevator was sketchy too. Older style rooms and beds. But did the job fit the threw days we were there. Not sure I'd go back to this one. It was conveniently located to many food locations and grocery stores. That was a plus. It seemed safe too. Needs updating.

Stayed here for 3 nights for work. One of the most friendly staffs I have met in my travels from the front desk to the shuttle driver and maids. Breakfast offerings were simple but good at the restaraunt and Elaine was joking in the morning and always greeted us with a smile. Location was safe a had a lot of ammenities in walking distance

This is my go to hotel whenever we visit Las Vegas. It's perfectly situated so that you're on minutes away from the Las Vegas strip, Ethel M. Chocolate factory and Sunset Park. The rooms are comfy and spacious. Although we weren't in the room often, the beds are welcoming. I've only had one visit where other guests were rowdy during the wee hours. It took one call to the front desk to handle that situation. I've also had packages sent to the hotel before my arrival. Once on the premises, the staff promptly handled those packages over to me. Hands down a great hotel to consider while visiting Las Vegas.

I enjoyed my time at this hotel. Location is lovely. Around lots of shops. But the noise off the streets at night is atrocious. Not the hotel's fault. People have no idea what 0300 wake up call means.

This hotel is very dated compared to most Courtyard properties. Hotel smells awful and all breakfast and coffee are for a fee, even as a Platinum member. Meh.

Good hotel, near the venues that were important to this stay (business), front desk personnel were great, room was clean. Negatives: The shower control constantly malfunctioned; could not maintain water temp and water was either scalding hot or cold. The provided shampoo and soap dispensers are impossible to read (see photo). Am I putting soap in my hair and shampoo on my face, or what? There was mildew and broken sheetrock at the side of the bathtub (see photo). We had a four hour power outage in the evening (not the fault of the hotel) and the front desk staff was excellent during a difficult time. Always bring a flashlight, always have a charger for your phone and laptop.

I’ve stayed at the Green Valley/ Henderson location multiple times. It’s truly the employees who keep me coming back! They are always very kind and helpful. On my most recent visit I left my makeup bag and glasses in the room. Michelle (at the front desk) worked with housekeeping to locate it and held it at the front desk until my son-in-law could pick it up. Thank you all for going above and beyond!

Stayed here for 5 nights very recently. All the important aspects of the stay was smooth for me, including check-in/check-out, airport shuttle, etc., and I am grateful for all the lovely, hard-working staff to run this Courtyard Henderson location. Room is within your typical expectations of a Courtyard, bed is pretty comfy, and the neighborhood feels pretty safe; within walking distance from decent breakfast and food options, and a couple of grocery stores are nearby as well. You can hear some outside noises (being so close to the airport) and walls are not the thickest I would like them to be (meaning a degree of indoor noises as well), but all in all I would definitely recommend this location to anyone considering staying in the area. PS. I do wish they would have their elevator #2 checked out.. it kind of has a mind of its own a couple of times I attempted to use it.

Check-in was set for 3:00 pm. Arrived at 3:10. Not only was our room not ready, but the there were 20 people in front of us waiting for their rooms. The person at the front desk was extremely rude. She told us to go and get something to eat because it would be a while. I’ve never had this happen before. Is this a Marriott?

  • 2/5 LMFG . 8 months ago on Google
Stay here if you want to gamble if the elevator is gonna work. Only thing this Marriott has going for it is it's close to the airport and beds are comfortable. Second worse marriott I've stayed at. Tried here multiple times and each time it gets worse from no rooms available when they said they were, to putting me in a room that wasn't clean. Last straw was when I booked three rooms and one of my co-workers wanted to put his room on his Marriott account to get the rewards and the hostess told us she couldn't do that. We literally just came from another Marriott which took care of this for us with no problem and when we told her this she said she couldn't and we had to choose his or mine. Keep in mind we have separated the rooms and accounts three times in one month prior. Very irritating. Seems like employees need to be trained better.

The staff is great! There is a Trader Joe's across the street among several other things. But this Marriott property you cannot stream movies/tv from apps. I have Elite status with Marriott and I am beyond shocked. The gym isn't a gym-it's a room with 2-3 machines and some dumbbells. My company booked me here due to F1. Go Lando!

Not sure how this Marriott property has 4 stars on its reviews. The rooms are outdated. Bathroom is old and dirty. I stay at Marriotts over 100 nights per year and this one is a disappointment. I stayed here to get some work done. I tried to log onto the enhanced internet. It says my information is incorrect so i call the front desk. She tells me that she can’t do anything about the internet and gave me a phone number to call??? I called the number and the girl asked me a bunch of random questions and for the phone number of the hotel. I said, “I’m calling from the hotel!” She then says yeah I’m going to need that number and then disconnects from my call. Let’s just say that I’ve had this happen many times in my stays but never have I needed to call an outside vendor to fix a login issue. Won’t be staying here again.

This is a great hotel close to the airport but far enough away from the noise of the planes. The main reason I booked this specific hotel was because they offer a 24 hour airport shuttle while most hotels shut them down at from 11 pm-5 am. I was arriving after midnight so needed a shuttle. The room is SPOTLESS. Beds are comfortable and they have several pillows of differing firmness to choose from. I had a King room with a very nice amount of space. The reason I docked them a star was because the elevator was down when I got there with three bags. I was not offered help with my bags and I had to climb stairs to the second floor. I had seen other reviews about the elevator being down but they were months ago so I assumed they had rectified that issue. I was wrong. I think when you have an ongoing problem like this, you need to put it on the website so people know ahead of time. I stayed at this hotel on June 10th on my way to hawaii and on the way back on June 14th. The elevator was still not working. This time, they did offer to help with the bags but only because I made a face when she told me the elevator was down again. For a Marriott hotel, this should not be an ongoing problem. Get it fixed, or put a disclaimer on your website.

So we we're not even supposed to stay. We did an OnAir parking from 3/2 to 3/5 which is just parking our car in the lot and getting shuttled to the airport for our flight. We arrived on time and we're going to make our flight at 1143 which was delayed, on time had we gotten there on time. However it was 1032 front desk rep told me that the driver was 10-15 min out and it is supposed to be here every 30 mins. Then once he arrived at 1043 we were eager to get on but no he had to get gas for another 10 mins. Driver speeding through traffic ignoring all traffic violations And stop signs for us here. However, dropped us at the back of the airport where you get picked up which forced us to walk through the airport to checkin at 1120 which ultimately had us miss the cut off for luggage check in and not get to our flight. Mind you we had a baby, stroller car seat three luggage and backpacks. We had to come back to the hotel and get a room for the day. Luckily I found a flight just not how I wanted to arrive at my destination late! UPDATE Spoke with the manager about the manner she was very understanding and apologetic about what happened while also holding not only her driver accountable but suggestions for the future so this doesn't happen again on my end. She made the situation right and graciously refunded the room back I was not expecting that but grateful 🥲 Thank you !

The place is fine. It was relatively clean: i thought some of the interior of the room and furniture was beat up looking. I’d say my biggest gripe is that they keep the air conditioning off in the room until you check in. It’s 110 degrees outside so the room is too. The air conditioner cools it down when you put it on but takes several hours so if you check in late you are sleeping in a hot room. I’d suggest the air is at least on before a customer checks in.

I was there for 2 days looking to extend my stay but I didn't at all!! I had spoken to their team prior to me coming to the hotel as I just started my treatments and was very drained as well as week. I needed an accessible room and I travel work my service dog. I requested for a room with where it would be peaceful so I can relax. They put me at the end of the hall next to the door which led to the parking lot. The door slammed and was traffic the entire stay which made it more miserable for me. Also the chef did not bother to call out or anything so I sat there until I asked someone at the desk to please assist. I sat there waiting for them to try to reach him but to no avail. He stated he would call my room to let me know the status and that never happened! No type of communication or common courtesy for their guest!!! Let’s not talk about the WiFi that was terrible and my during the call I had with my doctor she couldn’t even hear me! Sickened by this..

We arrived very late in the evening. Checking in was very quick and easy. The front desk person was very nice. We had an early flight the next morning front desk arranged for our shuttle to take us to airport at 3am which we made our flight with perfect timing. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 star was because we had no idea where we were. We received an over night voucher from the airlines and once we arrived at 10pm we asked if there was anywhere close that we could get something to eat, Everything that was close enough to walk would be closing within 20 mins. We went to bed and after talking to our shuttle driver the next morning he said that there were other places that were opened all night right down the street. I just feel they should have given us all the options but instead they only gave us a couple and never offered a way to get there, keep in mind it's now almost 11pm. The hotel was nice and the room was very clean and everything I would expect from Courtyard it was a little ways from Airport and I can't honestly say the location was not the best.

BAD - Our initial stay was for 4 days for work and 2 rooms. Both rooms did not have a tv signal for the first 2 nights. No explanation or empathy or attempt to resolve was given. We were told it only affected half of the building so an offer for a another room seems to be an easy solution. After the 2nd day both room cars would not let us in the back entrance -they flashed yellow. No empathy shown by the front desk and they certainly seemed put out by the request for new cards and could not provide a reason why that happened. On the 3rd day we went to the front desk to extend both rooms. 2 employees were up front talking and clearly didn't want to help us but eventually said we were good to go after a while of typing in the computer. I also asked for extra towels since they only give you two in the room. They said they would be delivered but never were. On the 4th day the key cards did not work AGAIN. After walking around to the front entrance we asked the employee for new cards. She proceeded to state rudely that one room was checked out. So clearly they had not extended the room the day prior. No explanation, apology, empathy or concern was shown by any of the 4 employees we dealt with. I know stuff happens but when the employees are rude it makes the whole experience that much worse. NOT GREAT - Breakfast offered a whole two food items for purchase but their breakfast sandwich was really good. GOOD -The room and hotel was very clean and the location is pretty good for Vegas/Henderson.

Hotel was OK. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast option is the Starbucks "Bistro" in the lobby which was sold out every morning. But there is a nice breakfast place across the street. You really can't enjoy their outside area at night as Southwest airline flies overhead every 3-5 minutes- yes the planes are close enough overhead to read southwest on them and drown out any conversation. The noise outside forces you to stay in your room but the satellite channels go out/get pixelated every 1-3 minutes on every single channel (I searched at least 12, on 4 different days, morning before I walked to Breakfast and night after dinner. Overall if you have the money or are here on business and your company is booking a hotel pick another. EDIT: Oh and if you are here for more than one night you will get trapped by the elevator or seriously needs servicing.

Clean room. One elevator out of service, which was mentioned in previous reviews so I'm not sure why it was still an issue but overall, nice hotel. Nothing exciting nearby, pretty much the suburbs. If you want to head into downtown, it's either a very long trip on transit or an expensive Uber trip.

  • 2/5 Cin M. 2 years ago on Google
Not impressed. When planes weren't flying over then the ac would turn on and sound like an airplane. No wifi that I was informed of. No signal from TV in am. No am snack unless paid out of pocket. They would not accept my Bonvoy gift card as payment due to reservation being through a third party. Beds were comfy, room was nice. Pool was nice. Good place if you are deaf and anorexic.

  • 4/5 Ruben R. 1 year ago on Google
It is a standard Courtyard, it is in good condition, the rooms are modern and preserved, clean only kind with a weird configuration with the bed not aligned to the TV. Didn't visit the gym nor the pool. I found the nearby commerce convenient, different places to eat and a very good super market just across the street. Close to the airport.

  • 2/5 K N. 2 years ago on Google
Positives: quality bathroom products, mostly clean, comfortable beds, nice chair in room, fridge/microwave, AC works well, nice/friendly/helpful staff Negatives: Pool area was dark (no lighting in pool, no outdoor lighting). It was also cold, as was the hot tub (plus hot tub looked like it needed to be cleaned). We discovered this after we were told pool was open so we had my toddler son dressed and excited for swimming. The staff didn't know about the hot tub being out of order. Poor lighting throughout, outside and inside. AC vent dirty and walls also had a lot of marks. Stain on ceiling above sink. Elevator closest to our room was out of order so quite a hike to the room. Bath tub had obvious signs of wear and rust. Restaurant had extremely limited, expensive options. On site market missing some basic options like milk and QTips.
