So I got referred to Optimal Therapy by my spine specialist for back issues. At the time, I didn’t know it was a herniated disc, but Optimal was the next step in the process. The people in this place are made of absolute gold. I started my therapy with Tayvin. The man was spot on with his plan, and he read me real quick. Knew my ailment, knew how to reduce the stress, didn’t push me, and took all the time in the world with me. Didn’t rush me out for the next person. Exceptionally knowledgeable man, with a passion for the craft. In the process, I met Spencer for dry needling therapy. Nobody likes needles in their body, and spencer knew that, but the man also knew exactly what he was doing and his work was amazingly relieving. When I later called upon him for documentation to present to insurance, Spencer’s was Johnny on the spot and looked out for me without hesitation. Not to be overlooked are the folks at the front. You can train people to a job well, but to have someone with humanity who genuinely wants to help you and sincerely wants to see the best for you is something people have naturally; and that’s what you get from Savannah and Natalie. Those 2 woman were so kind and friendly to me, but when I needed their services, when I needed their expertise to help me, they dropped everything they were doing and made sure everything I needed would be taken care of. You just don’t make people like the ones I met at Optimal Therapy. You can trust Spencer to look out for your overall care, you can believe in Tayvin and his skills, and when you need anything inbetween, you can depend on Savannah and Natalie to coordinate your needs! Excellent experience and a marvelous place.

Optimal Therapy has been AWESOME!!!! Both Courtney and Spencer are amazing doctors of physical therapy, with a wealth of knowledge and a drive to help others. Everyone on staff is absolutely amazing! I've been coming here for about 5 months after recovering from a fracture in the knee. I've had so much fun coming here and I'm stronger than I was before my injury! Thank you so much Optimal!!!

Had to go there for physical therapy on my neck. Lasted about 2 months. My experience overall was very good. Everyone there is super nice and very helpful. I left feeling much better. An easy 5 stars for me.

My Mom has been going to Optimal Physical Therapy on Paseo Verde for several months. Best PT she's had in years. Not only is she getting wonderful treatment physically, including working on her balance, the STAFF goes above and beyond treating her as if she matters and isn't just a number. ALL her therapists have been great, Meghna, Amanda and Madison are the ones I've met. Special thanks to Armando who calls me to setup mom's schedule. He is always friendly and professional and goes above and beyond.

From the moment I called Optimal Therapy at Paseo Verde and spoke with Armando (patient care coordinator) to verify if Meg N, PT was at that location, I knew I made the right choice. Armando was very helpful and willing to extend his help with my insurance and set up a consult with Meg N., PT. Meg N. PT, had been my therapist at a previous location for a different condition and I was familiar with her knowledge and professionalism. She’s always keeping an eye on her patients and making sure they’re doing their treatments correctly, and takes her time on each patient. She listens to your concerns and goes into detail on her plan of care. The other staff team that works in the facility are also very friendly and helpful. It’s a great group of therapists, techs and patient care coordinator. I would highly recommend this team to family and friends, as well let my orthopedic doctor know of the great care I’m receiving.

Absolutely the best place I’ve ever had physical therapy. The staff is super friendly they make sure all my needs and hurts are taken care of. Courtney, Renee and Rylie are the ones I tend to see the most but the rest of staff treat me as I was theirs too and that means a lot. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else to seek treatment. When I first started coming here I was unable to do the little things without being in pain and Courtney challenged me to get back where I once was and do the the things that I like to do i.e. Golf. Plus, she takes interest into your life and remembers the little things like the name of my dog and always wants to see pictures of her. Renee definitely challenges me to try harder and pushes me to accomplish more in my time here. She gives me advice and what to do when I’m at work when my back tightens up. Renee is definitely the jokester and makes me laugh all the time and brightens the room. Rylie definitely brings a good mood to the room with her style of movies and up beat attitude.

Until seeing Spencer and his great team at Optimal Therapy, I never had faith in PT. My Dr. wanted me to try PT before considering neck surgery. After several weeks of their PT care, I am feeling great and the thought of surgery is gone! Additionally, all of the people in the office are friendly and take an honest interest in you and your individual needs. Being there is always a comfortable experience. I recommend them as your go-to for therapy.

Mike Russell & his staff at Optimal on Durango were outstanding! It was a pleasure to work with someone who actually knows what they are doing. He was truly vested in my care and recovery. I had been suffering from lower back pain for over a year. This PT Group was the second I was referred to (they are not all the same!!). I was in a boatload of pain. When I first went to Optimal Physical Therapy, I was in such bad shape I had to lay down constantly because of my back. Riding in the car (someone else had to drive!) was very painful. I wasn’t thrilled about having to do Physical therapy, but the pills didn’t really work. I was certain that surgery was my only real option. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Spencer and his team at Optimal dramatically changed the course of my pain treatment. He and the staff constantly worked closely with me to make sure I was doing OK. In the beginning, I had to rest my back 10 minutes between exercises. It was awful. The staff never rushed me, pushed me to do more than I should. When my pain was at my worst, they were at their best! There were constantly kind, helpful and caring. Step by step, day by day, I began to get better. Today I no longer need physical therapy, and I have crossed back surgery off my to-do list. I can run errands, cook, go to work, hang out with friends… I can enjoy my life again! I couldn’t recommend them any higher. They are awesome!

Amazing staff. The best physical therapy team I’ve ever work with! Went in to see my specialist thinking I was ready to get a 2nd surgery for lower back and he referred me to Optimal Therapy (Paseo Verde). After 3 weeks, no back pain! The exercises have helped me tremendously and the staff is very accommodating. I can’t thank them enough!
