Medical staff is unprofessional and front office staff does not call back to reschedule appointments. Could not be more unhappy with my experience here. The office was unorganized, rude & not focused on the patient. I would recommend going anywhere else!

Kelly Hawkins has hit ROCKSTAR status!! The entire staff is so great!! My 9 year old daughter loves seeing Camille for PT. Camille makes PT so much fun. My daughter went to 2 other PT practices before and found it repetitive and boring. Camille makes every single appointment fun!! Maae at the front desk is a ray of light!! She is so welcoming to everyone and makes my day every time I see her. She is absolutely amazing!!

Absolutely would refer Kelly Hawkins to anyone in need of physical therapy. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, especially Lauren (Henderson location). I was super nervous prior to my first appointment after rotator cuff surgery and she made me feel totally at ease.

I've been to other places and I have to say these guys are the best Victor and Joe PT and their have assistance are amazing I push myself to go even though it's painful at times. But they take such care and consideration in each patient that you don't want to disappoint them and you love to go and see them. I would strongly reco mmend them.

The facility is easy to find, located on the corner of S Pecos and Pebble Road in Henderdon. Good number of parking spots. I received good service since the moment I call to make an appointment. The paperwork for first time patients need to be filled out in their office. The ladies at the front desk are externally nice and helpful, Nina and Ashton (maybe misspelling their names, sorry) Will was the person assigned to me. Very pleasant, explaining everything in detail and answering all my questions. At the end of my interaction, I knew what to expect for the rest of treatment. Greet job! Gilbert guided me with all my exercises. He was very kind, knowledgeable and funny. He was very clear on his instructions. Great experience so far! Thanks

Patient beware, They lied and I was told that they were in network with my Medicare advantage insurance. After my second visit handed a bill of $98. Billing department doesn’t answer or return calls. Then the icing on the cake I was charged $185!!!

The therapists are very attentive to each client that comes in for physical therapy. Since I first started at Hawkins, it has been a very positive experience. I think my doctor for sending me there.

I've been to several Physical Therapy through the years one in California now to here I'd have to say that this medical agency is one of the best I've ever been to the people working there really look at their patients as patients and as friends not as a numbers game or somebody to shuffle around like on a game board Dana and his crew are wonderful people patient and the bedside manner is top-notch I recommend this to anybody who is suffering from a physical ailment and needs physical therapy to get back on their feet they have a Hands-On safe approach to their patients and they really care thank you very much Kelly Hawkins for having these kind of people in your agency thank you to Dana and the staff for everything that you do God bless Chaplin Wolfe

There has never been a team more deserving of a 5 star review! I'm very appreciative of the way they have treated me. Although they are busy, they always find a way to make me feel looked after and they are always accommodating. The approach of this office seems to be all hands on deck. Every staff member from the front desk to assistant physical therapists and physical therapists take the responsibility of making sure you're looked after. If you're need of some therapy this is your place. Just try to come with a good attitude and put in some work.

I have a back surgery(spine fusion) and went to Flamingo. They took good care of me. Daniel, Tess ,Travis, Joe, Ashly, the intern and the receptionist are very nice. I went from 10 in pain level and left with 1. The excercises given to me had helped with my quick recovery. I highly recommend this place for therapy.

This team is amazing! From the minute you enter the office on Pecos, you feel welcome. They want to do right by you. You are the center of their concerns.

They took care of my issues in the first visit, taught me the stretches and exercises to alleviate a pinched nerve. So far so good. I'll be going back to be evaluated and more treatment if necessary.

Great place to go after being injured and needing therapy. The friendly staff shows compassion through mental and physical support during your time of need. They take the time to help you understand how your gonna get better and cheer you on during the process.

Staff is amazing, caring and knowledgeable. My Dr. is a Rockstar. I am on my way to doing all the things I used to before my accident. Not only are they getting me back to my old self but they are also making me a better version of my old self with pointing out my weak areas and making sure I strengthen them as well. I was in 2 car accidents in 2 years and I was fortunate enough to found this PT after many others. I am an athlete as I perform for a business and my body is my work tool so I am extremely picky. I raccomand this place to all performers in Vegas such as arialists and dancers. They are so Detailed and hard working. The best PT I found and Dana is so dedicated and knowledgeable. I will give 10 stars if I could because Dana is AMAZING at his job for real! Thanks to you guys! I wish I could have them train me all the time! I moved away from Vegas and No one could ever compere to them! I love you all for all you have done for me
