I had a great experience! The staff was very professional and courteous. The doctor was also professional and caring. I will definately go back and recommend this facility to others.

I made an appointment online and walked in and filled out the intake paperwork, I was then called to a consultation type of room and I provided the necessary documents. After the consultation I seen the doctor for what seemed like a normal physical and that was it. In and out within an hour ; I decided to do the two years for $170 which is the cheapest to register through the Nevada registry. I highly recommend this place I went on a Friday 4/26/19and just received my temporary Monday morning 4/29/19.

Time to renew and from making an appointment to saying goodbye at the end of the visit the experience was what you hope all your visits to a doctor's office would be. Easy to schedule an appointment. Spot on response to confirm. A staff that couldn't be nicer and more helpful. Never a negative experience here. They ALWAYS want to ensure you go away feeling good. Thankyou to everyone at this busy office that manages to make you feel important. Other doctor's offices could learn from their care.

I just wanted to say thank you to the Dr Reefer Henderson location at Whitney Ranch. I have been a medical marijuana patient since 2016. I recently switched this year to renew my license and used the Dr Reefer Clinic. Not only was it easy, but very convenient, with a nice relaxed environment. The staff and doctors were professional, efficient and my visit was a total of maybe 18 minutes. I had a great experience, the staff is super, they’re mannerisms were above the call of customer service, the Doctor was a super Dr that listened along with taking care of his end of the office visit. The process was no more than an hour of my time from being checked in, to be seated in a patient room, the doctors process and the paperwork process, and counseled on what’s next and the process of getting started....done! The staff made this a very easy experience! I thank the receptionist because he actually helped me find the building as I had went the wrong way and he turned me back around the correct way THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH

This place is totally top-notch!! Every single person I dealt with was professional, courteous and caring. Daniel was great on the phone as first contact. Then Sebastian greeted me and got me started on the process when I arrived. Dr. Eichenlaub made me feel totally at ease& Gloria wrapped everything up! In and out within 45 min on a Saturday morning, and my temporary card was emailed to me the next business day. I should have come to the Wellness Center sooner! Thank you Dr. Reefer!

My visit to Dr. Reefer did not take long as my first visit, the price did come down some ,but at least they could do is give us seniors a 3 years for the price of 1 year .

Thankful for Daniel & staff at Health and Wellness for their kindness and help with the application process. My visit was under an hour, wait time was less than 5 minutes. Appointment was at noon and was out the door by 12:45pm! Although the drive was on the other side of town for me, it was worth the drive and overall, compared to what I've seen from other medical marijuana doctors' businesses.

So quick, organized and friendly! Wish the DMV would learn from Dr Reefer! Highly recommend!

Called for an appointment and was scheduled the next day. They were excellent with COVID precautions. Everyone was extremely nice, and helpful. Everything was explained and all questions answered. I will most definitely refer my friends and family!!!

Kept seeing their billboards so finally gave them a call since I didn’t know which clinic to go with. The girl on the phone who made my appointment was super cool. Was pretty smooth inside and had my temp letter next day. Card arrived within 2 weeks. So dope.

The whole process was very easy. Everyone was very courteous. It took only 20 minutes of my time to get my card. The very next day I received my temporary card. I already had my paperwork which was helpful. They can obtain your medical records if you don't have yours. It was a great experience. I should've saw Dr Reefer awhile ago. Don't wait, they make it easy. They do all the filing for you. The Dr (John) is really nice and personable.
