This place is horrible. They canceled my appointment 3 times after I arrived. I had been coming to this office for approximately 5 years and had no problems. The PA was wonderful and then she left. Everything went down hill from there. I had a skin cancer on my face and they kept canceling my removal stating insurance issues or there was no appointment made. I have had the same insurance through the state for 20 years. They don't care about patience or peoples time. RUN DON’T WALK.

Allergy...Waiting room standing room only at first. Wait time only 25 mins, not bad considering. Dr. Herman is really nice, sent in a script and my insurance doesn't cover it, been a week and no response to pharmacy yet from his office for something different. To get in for an appointment takes me 3 to 6 weeks& I think something is wrong with phone system scheduling for allergy loops and will keep u on hold for 30+mins to talk with office staff with no answer ever I'll hang up.. it's very hard to get ahold of someone there. Nice view from patients rooms.

Very well organized clinic. Was treated with respect. Felt comfortable working with my doctor. So grateful there was not a 30 or 45 minute waiting time in the reception area. I was on time a little early, was taken care of in less than 30 minutes. Great medical organization.

I can’t believe they did this to me. I originally came in for a mole that I noticed that started to get bigger and change in size and color. I sent up an appointment and got in to see a doctor about this. They sent it up and in 2 months I got in. They said it needed to be removed and they set up an appointment 2 weeks later. So in March, I got this mole removed that turned out to be atypical and they needed to go back to remove more of the skin so it doesn’t cause it to turn into cancer. This is the part where I’m getting furious. They set it up a follow up appointment from about a month from then. Then they rescheduled for the summer, then rescheduled it for yesterday; mid August. The doctor walked in and said that it had been too long and she would have to resubmit to the insurance. Now my appointment is at the end of October and I’ve been waiting since March to have these cells removed. I guess I’ll just have to wait for these atypical skin cells to grow into a tumor and then I guess I can get treatment for some condition where time is critical for high cure rate. Yea, I’m not waiting around for that to happen.

Wow! I drove from Arizona. The drive was worth it! The set up in this office, for this Covid-19, was great! Checked In 5 minutes before my time and was taken back to see the Doctor, Dr. Maendel PA, on time. Pleasant atmosphere, Doctor was thorough and not rushed and very friendly staff. Overall rating is 5 ⭐️!! Thank you Dr. Maendel and staff for making my visit so pleasant! I will be going back and sending referrals! 😊

Person at Sonoma check-in desk (I didn’t get her name 😕) very helpful with my paperwork. Maria took vitals & med history - friendly & professional. When Dr. O’Rourke came in, I liked her immediately. While going over medical questions pertaining to my history, Dr. O’Rourke made me feel comfortable & she didn’t rush me. Calm and personable physician.

My first visit to the Las Vegas Skin & Cancer Center went well. The internet check in was intuitive and straight forward. The check in staff were polite and sensitive. My doctor set me at ease immediately with his professional but caring demeanor. He took the time to explain the things he noted. He was not judgmental about my time in the sun. The examine was thorough but not invasive. I would certainly recommend The Las Vegas Skin & Cancer Center based on my limited experience with them.

Brutal honesty.. scheduling is a hot mess and my appointment that I waited 2 months for was cancelled. I was not happy, but needed to be seen… Dr Ryan was WONDERFUL!!!! Worth all my aggravation; he listened to my concerns and explained each issue. Absolutely a delightful bedside manner. Highly recommend and I will see him next year!!!

The staff is very pleasant, and attentive. This is my 1st time with Dr Ryan, and I will definitely go back. He is thorough, answers any silly questions, you may ask, (I did😂). I never realized they have a whole selection of skin care, treatments and products. They are 20% off, I got a less expensive one, for free basically. The mist they offer is awesome. I have been seen by this office for routine treatments several times over several years, including twice earlier at the Rancho location. Every visit has been as professional and courteous as I could want. There have been no mix-ups or complications and everything has gone smoothly and calmly. Wait times are usually short but are always respectful of my time. The new location on N. Stephanie is considerably larger and very nice. The new location is easy to access and has much more parking. All around a pleasure and I highly recommend them.

I always get the best treatment from the moment i walk in to when i leave to schedule my next appointment. I feel I get a good understanding of what’s going on in my situation and also what the prescription does for me. I attempted another doctor before Dr. Hall and it felt very rushed and I left with so many questions. When I was scheduled with Dr. Hall the visit was honestly the best experience I’ve had. I will literally travel to be seen by him. Thank you Dr. Hall. You’re amazing and I appreciate you!!! :)

If I have to be honest, the doctor, Dr. Herman is wonderful, great character I wish his staff would show a little bit more character like their doctor and also hard to call. Nobody answers the phone or they hang up when transferred. Very disappointing to try to get a hold of somebody to to inform of running late or to change an appointment Wish that the staff was more than necessary. Nice more friendlier Ear probably would’ve got a five.

Office is in a beautiful building, the office is very large and bright. The staff was very kind, professional, and personable. My visit included an MD, plus a medical student and a pre-med student, which was fine, and they asked if their presence was acceptable. The doctor was courteous and professional. I would certainly recommend this practice based on my experience. The only negative is that as a new patient, the earliest available appointment was about 2 months from my initial contact with the office.

Excellence service. I HATE doctors offices that make you wait HOURS to see the doctor. NEVER here. Wait times are always short or reasonable depending on the time of day. Super fast and professional meetings with the doctors, but it doesn’t feel rushed. It feels very efficient. I’ve been visiting them for several years and get the same excellent service every single time. Will continue to return.

Clean, bright, friendly place. The Doctor I saw(forgot him) but he was super professional, calmed me down, and set my mind at ease. I had 2 spots frozen off, and he told me they are not cancerous just normal keratosis spots from age and hereditary genes. I go back in a year they tell me.

My wife Vickie went to Clinic on Aug 18,2020 appt. was 9:50am. Got to office at 9:30am sign in on line 5 days pervious and did all paperwork before hand . 9:35 am took me back to see doctor 9:50 I was sitting in my car. The office sign was a breeze staff were nice and polite very efficient. Doctor Michael took care of my issue and explain procedures and it was done no pain at all. Great doctor and staff I will be going back.

This review was written during the COVID pandemic. Before coming to the office I was asked to submit my paperwork and copies of my insurance cards online. When I got there I had to do it all over again. It made it redundant. I thought the idea was to reduce the necessity to interact as much as possible. When I got called into the office my appointment was ridiculously quick. The doctor (Dr.Bryan) came in looked from a distance at my moles and said they were fine. I did not feel that I got a thorough inspection at my area of concern. He was in and out within a minute. That includes my various other concerns as well. After the nurse showed me a diagram of what to watch for with my mole. I expressed to her I was experiencing some of those concerns and if the doctor could come back in. Her response was that the doctor had already looks at it and I was fine. This in my opinion was unprofessional and not comforting for the patient. I know with COVID everyone is in a rush to get people in and out but I truly felt the doctor saw me with both feet already out the door. I paid to see the doctor I would like my time to voice my concerns and feel heard. With COVID there needs to be a better balance of speed and hospitality.

The medical care is as good as the customer service is poor. This is an exact account of every interaction I have had in the past six months, following the removal of a minor surface melanoma from my chest. 1. My insurance company and the blood donation center tell me no one from LVSCC will answer their request for records. It has been weeks and they have tried multiple times. 2. I google the Seven Hills office and call the number. It instead routs me to a call center who can only schedule appointments and answer no questions. They give me two other numbers, one for records and another for the Seven Hills office. No explanation on why Google doesn't have the correct number, nor why they can't transfer me. 3. I call the records number and it goes immediately to voicemail. No ringing, no option to speak with anyone. I have learned they also use a 3rd-party vendor for records request, who I had to track down once for my insurance company. 4. I call the Seven Hills office, where no one answers and the voicemail gives you the option to call the call center back for appointments, the records department I've already tried, or the billing department. 5. After receiving no call back from my message, I drive to the Seven Hills location, fill out a form saying I don't have Covid, and explain my frustrations to the receptionist, who has no idea what I'm talking about. 6. My doctor is great. Was probably told by reception that I hate everything else about their operation and does his best to make up for it. 7. My bill arrives right on time. They never seem to have an issue getting that done. None of that is made up nor exaggerated. Cancer is not worth messing around with over some paperwork, but this place is obviously a business first and a medical facility second. If they can't bill you for it, you're on your own.

Can NEVER get through on the phone. Average 25 min. wait.

Heather Patz is amazing. She’s the third dermatologist I’ve seen in the past 12 years, and she is by far the kindest and most attentive. Glad to have finally found my dermatologist.

I had a 2:45 appointment, and I think at 2:47 I saw the doctor and it seemed like I was out of there by 3 o’clock. I was very impressed with the early check-in ability to do it before I even got to my appointment. The whole office seems so organized and together I’m very impressed, wish all my doctors were so organized.

First visit here & was taken in promptly to see Dr Paz. Very little interaction with the Dr. Her assistant did the numbing & gave all the care instructions. Dr came in, did biopsy & was gone. I did request a refill for a cream from my previous dr & she refused saying it was too strong & gave another option....totally appreciate that. Alot different than any other office I have been in, but I did make my 6 month appt. Will decide at that time if it's a good fit.

Health Care Partners has done a wonderful job of taking care of me. In October I went to the Urgent Care with chest pain. They saved my life by acting very quickly to diagnosis a heart attack which ended up requiring surgery. My personal doctor at HCP is terrific. Everyone I have dealt with has been great. Thank god we have them in Pahrump .

Dr. Wiggins is a terrific doctor. He takes the time to listen and is very knowledgeable. The support staff are friendly yet professional and the facilities are to notch. So thankful for this excellent healthcare available in our area.

My Doctor Flowers is excellent. He takes one problem at a time, reviews my medicine and listens to my questions. I trust him very much. He and his staff have always treated me kindly and respectfully.

I would give zero stars. No empathy, no care at this facility. I went to urgent care yesterday. My knee is broken. Doctor Allen and her nurse are so rude! They both acted like I was wasting their time. I was seen at desert view hospital on the 28th of December. They took xrays and my patella is broken. I had Kaiser insurance that ended on the 31st of December. I have Cigna now that was in effect as of January 1st. I wanted to be seen by my doctor and have a second opinion. Get a referral maybe to an ortho doctor. They acted like I was crazy. I guess I'm supposed to figure it all out myself. The nurse even asked why was I there???? Um, my knee is broken. The referral I received from desert view hospital was to an ortho doctor who only takes veterans. I'm not a veteran. I thought they'd do another xray to make sure nothing has changed since the 28th. Dr Allen, with her snotty tone, said they didn't need to do another xray. She said she saw the xray and yeah, your knee is shattered. She proceeded to lecture me that I wasn't getting any pain pills from her and she could lose her license for prescribing them to me. (I never asked for more pain pills.) I asked for a damn xray. (Never got one.) My first visit under my new insurance and it was THE WORST "CARE" I EVER RECEIVED. I wasted 25 bucks and 3 hours of MY TIME. They made me wait till they waited on everyone else. This place sucks.

YEA! Once again my visit to HCP to see Dr. Irene Barnett for my quarterly visit and checkup went swimmingly, wonderfully well. Dr. Barnett is always so wonderful, caring, kind, and friendly to both me and my wife that we just can't help but love her quite a lot. We consider her not only our doctor but our friend as well. Dr. Barnett always takes her time with us and never, ever makes us feel rushed or unimportant to her. We always feel as if she really cares about us, and trust me when I say that that is a rare thing in a doctor these days. All of the staff members at HCP are very kind, considerate, and friendly consistently, visit after visit, without fail. I would be proud and sincere to recommend HCP to anyone whom has a need to find a medical team to provide service to him or her.

The staff in the front office are very nice and do the best they can to get your app. set and to get you back to the doctor or pa as fast as possible. My primary doctor is Dr Charles Wilson and I have seen a pa but can't remember her name . Both are very good and I am glad I can see them.

When I moved to Pahrump I was worried about leaving Kaiser. When I came to Healthcare Partners I was very surprised at the great care I am receiving. The experience of the doctors and there care and understanding of my complicated health conditions is outstanding. I feel like they are listening to me and how I'm feeling. I don't feel rushed or pushed to leave the office. They have e everything there pharmacy, xray department, urgent care, and lab all in one building.

I was able to get an appointment within a few days this time, but of course this isn't always the case. The receptionist that assisted me was very pleasant and efficient. They all were, one even went to a person that had difficulty walking to take her temperature! PA Eb Maendel always listens to your concerns and addresses them with professionalism and kindness. Very nice office, great staff & I was taken on time. The doctor was extremely through and very friendly. He explained everything to me and had his assistant taking clinical notes on everything he noted on my skin...from head to toe. I recently moved to the LV area, and I've had several dermatologist in the past; some better than others. The doctor who saw me here was definitely the best of all.

Felt rushed. No talk about topical prescription. Probably can’t find due to move? Didn’t check my whole body. Not enough explanation. I was happy the ones I pointed out were looked at but I can’t see everything. A little more time spent would be great. Was not worth the $70 copay.

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived for my appointment by the very nice and highly professional staff. Everyone greeted me with kindness and professionalism you would expect from a medical office. I met with Dr Michael which is the first time, and I felt very comfortable talking to him about my concerns. After my exam he aasured me I did not have a melanoma and that was all I needed to hear. My anxiety level improved greatly, and I left feeling much better about my skin. I really liked the office, the staff, and my doctor and will continue with their care of me.

This location has restored my faith in LVS&C. The employees were excellent. Ryan my Dr. was informative, and 100% business. I had two biopsies that went as smooth as possibly could. His MA’S were kind, caring, gentle and very professional. This is the only office I will ever go to because of everyone that I came in contact with. First time visit with Dr Logan and I was so pleasantly surprised to see the office was ran by the most professional ladies. Organized and timely! Great work ladies. My appointment was at 2:25 but I arrived 10 minutes early. I was called in fairly quickly and seen by the PA, Jimmy Tran. He checked my treated areas, we chatted briefly, I stopped to set up my next appointment and was back to my car by 2:41. No sitting and waiting for an hour to be seen. I love this!

Dr. Frederick Herman is one of the 2 best doctors I have been to in my adult life. Dr. Farid is the other. I don't mind if I have to wait in the waiting room, better to wait for a great thorough doctor than have an on time appointment with a doctor that just goes through the motions. As busy as he is I never feel rushed.

The office staff was very friendly and helpful. The medical person who checked me over seemed very thorough, but she didn't have a good bedside manner. It's more important to me that she was thorough.

To be honest, I didn’t realize he’s a NP when I made our appointments. For the first visit I would have wanted a doctor, but I have no complaints, he was awesome.

The Dr was great! The nurse was awesome and helpful. Too much confusion having 2 different offices. Also the wait is always long. My spouse has dementia and its not easy when you wait in waiting room 45 minutes to an hour past appointment and get shuffled to a different office. Need to be more organized.

I found this practice to be very professional. Office staff is courteous and efficient, not particularly friendly but not unfriendly. Staff who led me to exam room were welcoming and warmly informative in telling me where to put my belongings and to expect Doctor shortly. My practitioner arrived in very short order. He was quick in his exam and prescribed medication and left. My initial assessment was not favorable. However after using the prescribed meds and experiencing the results, I changed my mind. On second visit, He was just as the first time. Mr Efficiency but, I was different as my needs were met, he did the surgery he had described on first visit just as quickly as previous exam. Extremely friendly people. Waited maybe 5 min past my scheduled time. Saw Dr right away. Very professional & explained things so a laymen like me (lol) could fully understand. Definitely would recommend them.

I pre-registered and check in. It was very easy and was completed quickly. I had forgotten to put my handicap plack in my car, so I ask if there was time before my appointment to go to my car to take care of that. It was no problem.When I got back to the office I was called in within a few minutes. The nurse was very nice and pleasant and she asked me a few questions, the she called the doctor. He was also very helpful in telling me about the treatment he planned to do. He gave me two different options. I told him which one I would prefer.
