Really like everyone at the Nellis location , I feel they are doing the best they can to help me , very caring and answer any questions I might have . I would also like to comment on Jonah Larson he is very focused on my needs and what outcome I’m trying to achieve and would definitely recommend him highly! Everyone is great even the scheduling staff they really work around any other appointments you might have so you don’t miss . That’s why I requested to come back to this location

This location is top notch. I was at another location on Eastern that was awful. This location on Nellis & Charleston is very clean. The staff are very friendly and know what they are doing. I look forward to going, which makes it fun..👍👊👌💪🤗

My experience has been nothing but great. The staff are so supportive of each client not only individually but as a team. Starting from the time I enter with Esther greeting and signing me in to the prompt start to finish with Beatriz. I have also been assisted by Kenya & Adonis who always know me by name and what my therapy is. Jonah, Steph and Dawn do evaluations and inquire regularly, which is assuring that you are an individual being treated. I actually look forward to my sessions not dread them as the positive team work is paying off on improvement. Thank you all 👍🏻❤️

From the phone call I received from referral sent my visit to just schedule to my first consultation with my Physical Therapist Austin, who is knowledgeable and was so kind when I broke down in tears from my frustration and battle I have had with my injury, I no longer dread going to PT, changed all the other experiences I have had to one of compassion and caring.

I've seen so much progress in John Smithson since he's been coming here. All of your therapists are amazing! Each of them takes the time needed to help John. He could barely walk and now has graduated from a walker to a cane. He gets stronger every week and his balance is improving. So to Jonah, Austin, Dawn, Stephanie, Leticia, Ambriel, Aubrey, Brandy, Brandi, Kaya, Kiara, Adonis, Darryl, Scheccid and those no longer here...Kim, Jackie and Carnova. Since I've been doing physical therapy at ATI my is feeling much better. The staff at ATI are very friendly and professional. They take time to listen to your concerns.

I rate ATI a 10 because when I first began going to my therapy sessions, I wasn't willing to do the exercises because the pain in my right leg was excruciating. But as I continued to go to my weekly sessions, the staff/trainers really motivated me to slowly exercise despite the pain. I was told that I had to work my muscles in order for there to be less pain which I've been doing at my sessions, at home, and on my lunch break at work. I really appreciate the staff/trainers for their knowledge in helping people heal from their painful injuries.

The people here are so polite and helpful. They know what they are doing! The place is very clean and well -run. I would recommend it to anyone needing physical therapy.

I Love ATI! They are friendly and always concerned about you. It would be great if they had like a Membership, like a Gym when your prescribed therapy runs out. There's so much more available than at a Gym. Of course it would be by appointment only. You could call it a THARAGYM MEMBERSHIP!!!

My Physical Therapy is great!!!! The team watch and make sure you are alright. I have bone spurs in my knees with osteoarthritis. Very painful. They are doing what they can to help me. I would recommend this place to anyone. Everyone’s experiences are different at all places. Mine has been fabulous. They are doing what they can on their side. With the bone spurs in my knees it might not be easy to fix physical Therapy.

I am very pleased with ATI. My therapy team are very attentive to my needs and accommodated where needed due to pain in various areas of my body. My physical therapist Austin I. The center is always clean. I am greeted with my name by almost all therapists present during my therapy. I am always asked how I am doing. The allow me to work my program on my own. but they will assist me when needed. My program is adjusted when needed. I am impressed with this location.

My experience with ATI has been great, the facility was clean and the equipment was wiped down before you used it very impressed.

The staff at ATI North Nellis are very understanding and dedicated to your quick recovery.. They're all very knowledgeable and determined to get you back on track. They know that this very painful and frustrating chapter in your life and they make it their goal to help you through this and get you back to life.

I am having a great experience with all of the physical therapist that are working with me. I have epilepsy and they know it so they are wonderful and they let me take breaks and I've had a couple seizures during my exercises and they are very kind. I will tell my doctor's how happy I am with ATI since I have 3 doctor's that wanted me to do physical therapy including my neurologist. I look forward to my appointments and I get excited when they add new exercises. Thank you all

They don’t leave me alone they always watching so they know when you’re done when you need help they’re there they’re great I’m telling you everyone there. Every one is nice, patient and friendly. On my last appointment (08/03) I was having severe muscle spasms. I had forgotten to take my pain meds before starting my journey. I was in so much pain I wanted to ball up in a ball and roll out. I did as much as I could tolerate and left. I felt like a failure. But I will remember my meds on my next visit.

The people here at ATI Physical Therapy are very concerned with my health and encourage me to do better so that I can get back to the way I was before I fractured my leg and had shoulder surgery. Daryl especially goes out of his way to make sure that I am doing well and helping me with the exercises so that I understand exactly how to do them and explains the reasons for the exercises. I am very happy that I will continue to get better by going to ATI. If you want to get better and really want to work on your therapy this is the place to be! The only thing I would recommend is that for the management to get sliding doors for their facility. It is very hard for people like me, elderly, or anyone who has a disability to get through their doors.

everything is fine. They are all very friendly, both the therapists and those who are at the front desk. very professional. good atmosphere. and everything is clean, they always disinfect each machine and beds every time it is used before you use the machine

I’m having physical therapy for my right shoulder. The facility is clean, the therapists I’ve seen are good at explaining the exercises and I know that it’s helping. I have 4 more weeks and I’ll leave another review.

Beatis and Letica extremely helpful and knowledgeable about there job if they don’t have the answers to your questions they will find someone who can answer it for you , very caring and friendly to work with during my theory for a injured knee .. all the staff at the Nellis and Charleston office real pleasant and friendly..

I’m so happy with the wonderful care I am getting at this ATI. From the moment I start, they have a plan for my improvement. They watch to make sure I am doing the exercises correctly. Today, my physical therapist spent the entire session with me and ended with at least 20 minutes of manipulations and stretches. Thanks for helping me heal from my shoulder surgery.

Great place for rehabilitation of all people who are recovering from surgeries and injures. Nice crew always welcoming. Kaya is a particularly good therapist for my wife's knee surgery.

The folks here at ATI are pretty awesome and friendly and really understand how to treat people with dignity! I, like many once able bodied people now needing physical therapy, went into physical therapy with not the best of attitudes. But the positive friendly and respectful way that I was treated by the staff, from the moment I walked through the door to meeting with my physical therapist and the moment I leave there , leaves me with a sense of excitement for the next time I get to return again. Thank you to the amazing team at the ATI Las Vegas Nellie location for making this part of my stroke recovery a little bit easier.

Therapists were attentive and caring. After one week of therapy I was able to move my left leg while improving mobility with my right leg. I’m experiencing continuous improvement considering that I am currently wheelchair limited.

Staff is caring, friendly, and professional. Clean modern equipment and convenient location. Dr. prescribed 4 weeks of therapy following shoulder surgery, but even after just two visits I am more flexible with less pain than I had anticipated. Therapy is painful, but as they say "pain is just weakness leaving the body..." Highly recommend this location.

Only been going for just over a week but the workout for my knee...WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Before I stated I could not use my left leg to go upstairs and I couldn't use my treadmill over 10 minutes without being in pain. But now I can go up and down stairs and no pain and this morning I was able to do 30 minutes on my treadmill. I am not saying I am "healed" but their workout has greatly improved the strength around my knee and I can't wait to see how much more motion I can get. Thank You!😍

One of the best locations I’ve ever been to! I had about 6-8 weeks of physical therapy training and I came out better than I was before even needing surgery. I received tons of motivation and also confidence from Ally, Jojo, Kaya, PT Juan, and PT Austin. Without them I’d have probably given up so I’m thankful for them! I’m even excited to start going to the gym on my own to keep the adrenaline going. 1252 S Nellis Blvd was amazing and was worth every piece of pain and sweat that came along. Thanks again! I hope to never see them again but if I have to, this is the location I’m choosing.

Overall, this location was amazing. The therapists and assistants were friendly and helpful. There was one assistant who was rude and snotty, but I didn't interact with him thankfully. The front desk were always cheerful and pleasant. Austin and B were so nice, B always made me feel like a superhero. They both cheered me on. I shocked myself with how much I improved, but they weren't shocked, they knew I had it in me.

Love the Charleston and Nellis location. Everyone here is wonderful! So far I’ve worked with Allie and Beatrice and they both did an amazing job and the people at the desk everything I love this place
