Walked into have a look as I'd never been into one of their stores, as soon as I walked in I was followed by staff members everywhere I went, they were radioing telling eachother everywhere I went. Got made to feel extremely uncomfortable and made to feel like a criminal which I am not. They discriminated against me just because of the way I was dressed, I approached one of the staff members and asked why they were following and they lied and said oh no not you, despite me hearing them talking about me on the radio, also had a disgusting attitude towards me even though I had done nothing wrong. Phoned the manager to complain and she did not exactly seem to care other than the standard sorry. I do not recommend, and I will never be going back there.

Fantastic customer service and great products! The lady who was on the door gave me such a lovely warm welcome which really set the tone for the rest of my time in store! I needed help reaching a high shelf and the lady who helped me was very friendly. Then I needed lots of help choosing a rug and Blaze was especially AMAZING! After months of trying to choose a suitable rug I was desperate! She patiently listened to my description of my living room and gave me just the right recommendations on colours, sizes and materials, and helped me choose the perfect rug! I'm so grateful! Finally the lady on the till was very friendly. Overall I got the impression that they were a team who genuinely liked helping people and were proud to represent the company. I will definitely be going back! Thanks (visit made on Friday 27th Jan afternoon).

I wanted to say a Big Thank you to staff and the manager/I am really sorry I didn’t take her name/ for resolving my issues I had with refund of wrong colour item and changed with the colour I wanted.I am regular customer and I love to do my shopping in Dunelm,Sittingbourne brunch.Staff are always very helpful and friendly.

I love this shop for furnishings, it has quite a large range to choose from. They do made to measure curtains, a great help for odd size windows

Good store but the stock is all over the place

Great selection of Christmas gifts including Christmas crackers. Bought several bits. Staff at checkout very good but Manager just shrugged his shoulders when I asked if he knew when something would be back in stock!

Positive : Plenty of stock and big store plenty parking. Negative : staff do not know where items are in store when asked & guesses randomly which is unprofessional and they should know where items are at least lol dunelm needs to retrain them basics of floor staff knowledge

Store seems ok but online experience not so good...had 2 broken jars turn up...returned and took FOREVER to get refund back! Won't order online anymore...👎

We visit here often as we always seem to be decorating, there is a wide selection of products available to pick up directly at an affordable price.

I have just ordered made to measure curtains . The help I received by Adam was second to none . He was so helpful and knowledgeable , it made the experience so much easier. Thank you Adam . It was appreciated so much

Somehow, I managed to order two different colours of the bedding I wanted. I had opened some of the packages, thinking that there was a cover over the cream that I had bought. When I realised, I returned them and the right colours were ordered for me, no problem. I couldn't fault the service, which was first rate.

Literally only went in for 1 thing which was £3.50, came out £98 lighter, so many lovely things I could have so easily spent more. Clearly laid out over 2 floors with stairs and a lift, customer toilets upstairs, a couple of areas were a bit tight for manoeuvring my loaded trolley, currently a small Christmas section but well stocked. Curtain section is huge, with a special made to measure desk for those with non standard windows.

I enjoy having a good look round, but you have to share parking time between the whole retail park. If you have breathing problems or struggle in walking, you need to take your time. Hence why I only go if it's a necessity. Can't rush having a good look round, but enjoy going there.

Great shop, friendly staff, shelves were full with a huge variety.

Nice shop to have a mooch around, as there aren't many shops in sittingbourne anymore. Bedlinen, curtains, kitchen wear, cushions, pictures, clocks, lots of household bits and bobs. Certainly worth a visit when in sittingbourne.

Helpful, friendly and plenty of items to choose at a reasonable price.

Lovely shop as with all Dunelm great prices and love the coffee shop, good parking, disabled access, and lift to the first floor. Toilets are very clean and staff here are always friendly

Constant professionals, when managing bored teens, who're mooching about in store, because they have nothing to do... The staff, I witnessed, acted professionally, courteously & in the best interest of the business...
