For
years
I
had
tolerated
brows
that
were
done
by
others
(twice
previously)
that
I
was
unhappy
with.
Jess
was
recommended
to
me
after
I’d
spent
months
having
my
previous
brows
lasered
off.
Another
technician
I
had
visited
understandably
did
not
feel
comfortable
taking
on
the
task
of
re-doing
my
brows
due
to
my
poor
healing
tissue
and
the
fact
that
I’d
had
so
much
laser
treatment.
However,
following
a
lengthy
and
thorough
consultation
with
Jess
we
agreed
a
plan
of
action
to
finally
get
the
brows
I
had
always
wanted.
She
was
very
professional,
friendly
and
welcoming,
confident,
knowledgeable
in
her
trade
and
put
me
totally
at
ease.
I
trusted
her
judgement
and
her
advice
implicitly.
She
took
things
very
slowly,
checking
every
step
of
the
way
that
I
was
happy
as
the
treatment
progressed.
Jess
is
an
absolute
perfectionist
and
is
quite
rightly
very
passionate
and
proud
of
her
profession.
I’m
so
happy
that
I
finally
have
the
brows
I
wanted
and
would
now
not
go
anywhere
else
for
semi-permanent
make
up.
