Picture this. A lake at sunset & I'm with my lover. He surprises me & gets down on one knee to propose. I was absolutely surprised & in tears. But then - he pulls out a box with the MOST gorgeous ring I've ever seen. A solitaire diamond that was shimmering in the sunset light, and it took my breath away. Fantastic work & excellent customer service. I just picked up my ring yesterday and it's perfect. I went to CT's to get a ring fixed that I already owned. The metal piece in the middle kept sliding off, so I wanted it to be permanently placed. Also the back of the ring had been scratching my finger so I asked for them to soften the sharp edges, but keep the cool design I liked. Shanto helped me out and was extremely kind and did beautiful work on my ring. I was nervous to take it anywhere at first because the ring means so much to me, but after meeting Shanto and talking with him, I knew he really cared about his customers and that my ring was in good hands. Thank you CT's!! The ring doesn't scratch me anymore and it looks awesome. Will definitely be a returning customer.

When i asked if a super tight turnaround was possible (with no expectation he could actually do it) he made it happen at an extremely reasonable price and it came out perfect.
