Went there on a week day for lunch, very relaxing the outdoor seating and wasn't full. The service was kind of slow although we weren't on a hurry. The food was good, highly recommend the hot dog!

Fantastic experience at Belching Beaver! Waitress was super nice & friendly and this spot was a convenient location distance-wise with our hotel. Brought the fam out for a Monday evening here. We all loved the food selection and everyone gave it their thumbs up stamp of approval from the Mac & cheese to the burritos, tacos, sliders and Philly! I had a few flight rounds and just typing up this review makes me want to visit again! Thizz Is What It Is is my fav out here. Doesn't hit like a 9% ABV. Mmmm. You really can't go wrong with any of their IPAs here! Loved the very chill & relaxing ambiance! We will be back!

Impromptu date night for a quick beer and snacks. First time here and I loved it, the staff very friendly at just the right amount of friendliness. They were very helpful in selecting a beer. We got they 30min before closing and they were very accommodating. The Atmosphere is perfect for socializing and the fire pits add that little touch of a campfire feel. The food was good we had some wings and the pretzel to go along with that. Both taste very good, the wings were meaty and full of flavor, pretzel warm and that fresh baked taste and feeling. Well definitely be going back.

I went here based off a Google search while in Carlsbad last. Plenty of quality breweries to choose from, but I'm glad we chose this one. Great tropical ambience, brews were fantastic, staff friendly, and the food excellent. I'll be returning the next time I'm in town. My grilled fish tacos were amazing also.

Located in the business district a bit out of the way and kind of incognito. I'd never guess there's a cool spot to eat and drink. I had their honey blonde ale and a pretzel appetizer. The beer was very good and I'd be interested in trying other signature brews in the future. The pretzel was the size of a standard plate and was good for my wife and I to share over a beer. I watched several plates come out the kitchen that looked very good too. The place is beautiful and has a very cool outdoor setting to socialize and small stage setting for what could be a live music venue. You walk up and order your food and beverage so it's not a typical restaurant where you're being waited on so service isn't really a thing unless you're at the bar top where the bar tenders were attentive and pleasant. I'd go back for sure.

First time visitor and although the food seemed fair I’d recommend their hazy over their amber brew strongly! Be back later this summer to review them again 👍 2nd visit - I really like their beer but the food from the kitchen has gone from fair to umm - sry - the fish burrito was a salad burrito this time - c’mon man!

Customer service is tanking. The tables are no longer sanitized. We drive 40 min each wat to eat and after tonight we may support a local brewery with food. I liked when they had servers.

Usually love it here. Always nice staff, never too busy, and have always enjoyed finding new beers :) Only complaint is the fish tacos were flavorless and bland and the salsa tasted like water. A bit disappointed (i was looking forward to it lol). But hey, it could of been worse!

I’ve been a fan of the location and beer here for a few years now. I’m pretty disappointed with the food after all this time though. It started out decently well, with a vast menu and great portions and presentation. Now if you order a poke bowl, you won’t know what size bowl, what amount of fish, or how much extra rice they piled on this time. Not to mention it just looks like an absolute tragedy. ($15 for a poke bowl??? You’d think presentation would be of the utmost resilience at that point) But the beers good, and the staff is top notch!

7/18/22 first time here. In town for X. The name sounded familiar and after looking at my Untappd trail... I've had Viva! in Las Vegas a few years ago and I loved it. So now, I knew this was the place to hang. I tried the other stouts and they were just as good. A very cool place to hang out and I really love that they have a decent food menu. I had the Thai salad with salmon, it was really good and I was happy to find a healthy option. I tried a bit of the pretzel, my friend had that, it was good as well. Service was good and friendly. Nice high top tables and a few TV's to watch the game- I'll be back, that's for sure.

Nice find in a hidden culture de sac. Wings were awesome with beaver sauce and there were good reviews from others around the table on thier Cubano and Philly sandwiches. Beer is first rate. Loved the Southern Charm and Dank Vapor Bomb!

New Year’s Eve flights! Tucked away in business park. This is a huge brewery with a pool table and tons of selection! They even have a decent food menu unlike many breweries. There’s a nice outdoor seating area with fire pits and inside has tons of space. I only don’t recommend the banana pancakes stout…unless you like drinking syrup 😆

Had a peanut butter milk stout that was excellent. Also ordered food, it took long but they got it to me eventually and gave me a gift card for the inconvenience. Good outdoor area and fire pits. Good atmosphere.

Excellent customer service and great food and very fair prices. Our server was totally awesome, she was all by herself and there was about 20 people in line on a Sunday afternoon at 3pm. She was so cool and she said that it was a crazy day for a Sunday. Her server ID on my bill was AM BAR B and I was totally impressed with the way she was doing her job. She did get some help from a guy who was just as good as she was when doing his own work.
