Smith Ranch Self Storage had the best rate for the right size! Reserving the size I wanted was free and easy online. After I reserved a unit, they were quick to follow up on it. They didn't try to hurry me or rush me into a decision. I just told them what day I planned on coming if I chose them, or I would call them if I needed to cancel the reservation. The staff was friendly, easy to communicate with and made you feel at ease. The whole process went smoothly and easily. I'm glad I chose the right storage!

Experience was great got a welcome as soon as we walked through the doors. Everywhere on property was clean when we did are walk though to see were are unit was going to be. Staff was very informative on rules and office smelled good.

The cold new corporate storage facilities have become authoritative and unwelcoming. Not Smith Ranch! Alexandra was welcoming and accomadating. Our temporary need for storage is a unique need but she was understanding and conducted the agreenent and transaction professionally and graciously. The facility itself is well kept and state of the art. The rules were not onerous but practical, retaining freedom and flexibility. A pleasant experience!

Some of the doors won't stay open as you're trying to load things into the inner parts of the units. The carts, at least in the E facility, rarely has carts and takes, 10 to 15 minutes to locate one.
