Carmen is great with hair color. I've always ended up with orange red tones because my hair is so dark. Not with Carmen she managed to get my hair the perfect Carmel brown hair color.And she's great a Keratin blow outs. Her personality is so bubbly and she's fun to talk to. She makes chair time go by quick.
