If you need a doctors note for something, they are good for that & that's about it. The things that were said to my Mom were just dumb. Is she depressed, she should get up & walk every day, not a care as to what my mother was going through at the time. He came to our house on the March 10 & my Mom passed away on March 20 & she couldn't even walk by that time. So much for you wanting her to get up & walk. Another thing he was trying to use my moms blood pressure moniter because he couldn't get a reading on his, all that money you charge for what???? Never got any paper work, receipt, nothing.

Dr. Crowe and Paul have been extremely helpful with both of our parents. Our parents are high needs patients at this point and they’ve been extremely responsive. We are grateful that we have found their service.

Dr. Crowe and her team have provided myself and my family excellent care over the last year. As long term patients we feel we are in the best of hands. Her team is one of the best we have seen. My son is a complex patient and has been doing very well. She is caring, gentle and thoughtful. We are so pleased to continue our care with her and the in home care is a huge plus for us. Dr. Crowe and Paul from H.C.D.T.O have been exceptional doctors for me for the last five years I have had them for my care. I have come to them for both physical and mental issues and these doctors have given me the upmost care, time, and remedy with every visit. I know that I even probably call them too much sometimes and yet they still put up with me haha, and I am very thankful for that. Very good people, and I would highly recommend them to everyone and anyone looking for a solid house call Doctor in the area. They truly know know how to care for their patients and understand medicine at an individual level!

When my father was diagnosed with cancer and became too weak to leave the house, we needed a doctor who could assess him at home. House Call Doctor has been a literal life-saver for my dad and has offered us peace of mind. The house calls and other services have been invaluable and fill the ever-widening gaps in our crumbling health care system. Update 1/6/23: Our family has been working with House Call Doctors of Thousand Oaks for almost two years now. We still have only the highest praise for their team! They've helped our 83-year old Mom recover from an acute, intractable infection. She's had 6+ great months of being independent, exercising, spending time with grandkids & friends with routine care & support from the staff. Well, then the dreaded fall happened. Their team shifted into overdrive that recent afternoon (right before Christmas no less). She fell around 2:00P, by later that afternoon they had a mobile x-ray service come to the house. We had the results & a consultation with the doctor by that evening. When we had to go to the hospital, the doctor connected us with the best surgeon! My Mom is on the long road to recovery. The doctor has already visited her to do a detailed check in on all aspects of her health and recovery. Words can't really begin to express how grateful we are. We are very grateful to have found this unique practice. They provided top-notch, intensive care for our 83 year-old Mom who has had a serious, resistant infection. We are very thankful to have been able to keep her out of the hospital. We've worked with at least 6 team members over the last few months and have found their skill, compassion and professionalism to be remarkable. Thank you. Thank you!

Dr. Crowe and Paul and the team at House Call Doctor are amazing! I was in a scary situation with my 87 year old mother and couldn't get her regular doctor to see her. (apparently doctor's don't have time any more) We were recommended to call Dr. Crowe and doing so changed the whole situation around. Dr. Crowe came and personally saw my Mom, in her home, within hours and from there she set up the necessary test to determine what situation we were dealing with. Without hesitation I removed my mom from her previous primary care doctor and turned everything over to Dr. Crowe's team. To not only be able to receive high quality, PERSONAL, medical care but to also be able to have open and direct communication is beyond wonderful. My Mom is now doing great and I feel so relaxed knowing they are only a phone call away should we need them again. Knowing about this type of medical practice, which is the way medicine used to be practiced, is a game changer for me. I will know go forward and look for this for my husband, myself and my family.

Calling House Call Doctors Thousand Oaks was by far the best decision in my sons care to date! So professional and compassionate. My dealings with both Paul and Dr. Crow have far exceeded my expectations. I am very excited for the next chapter. I will be back to up date reviews as we progress.
