I’m
not
one
to
bother
writing
reviews
but
I
had
such
an
awful
experience
in
here
today
that
I
had
to
share.
While
I
was
checking
out
with
my
mom
at
the
cash
register,
we
asked
the
associate
if
they
had
a
pair
of
pants
I
was
interested
in
buying
in
a
bigger
size.
She
said
they
didn’t
and
it
was
sold
out
online
as
well
and
tried
to
reassure
us
that
the
ones
we
had
should
be
fine
because
they
were
stretchy.
Upon
trying
them
on,
me
and
my
mom
both
decided
they
weren’t
stretchy
and
mentioned
that.
The
associate
helping
us
out
had
no
issue
with
this
comment,
but
upon
this
remark
the
associate
next
to
her
started
smirking,
went
out
to
another
sales
associate,
and
began
loudly
making
fun
of
us
to
the
other
associate.
I
made
eye
contact
with
her,
and
upon
this
her
and
the
other
associate
walked
away
laughing.
Deeply
hurt
and
confused
by
this
hostility,
I
asked
another
associate
if
it
would
be
possible
to
file
a
complaint
somehow,
as
I
felt
that
the
associates
behavior
was
uncalled
for
and
hurtful.
Instead
of
apologizing
for
the
experience,
he
immediately
said
that
he
didn’t
hear
anything,
in
an
immediate
attempt
to
deflect
blame
from
himself.
I
understand
retail
workers
don’t
have
to
like
all
their
customers,
but
I
walked
away
humiliated
from
the
experience,
and
I’m
shocked
that
is
how
employees
would
treat
any
customer,
let
alone
someone
spending
over
$200+.
I’ve
never
had
such
an
awful
customer
service
experience.
